Very consistent good service. Meds top of the line. The rep. Also remembered me from the first visit when I purchased nothing. Classic og/chemdog/platinum girlscout cookies/ all very good. Also told me on first visit if I rate I get a free gram. Same with yelp. Everyone, pay premium for the cause of meds for everyone who needs it. I will be back every payday.

They are in a very convenient location, right off of the 101. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They have a security guard out front even though it is in a safe location. I found that they had a wide array of medications. The information that is available there is top notch. After visiting many dispensaries in California I found this to be as good if not better than any that I have seen from SF to SD.

Very clean, very professional place in a decent location (not nestled in some stripmall, or in some industrial ghetto). The staff was friendly, and they got everything done very quickly, I was in and out as a new patient in about 15 minutes. They had some strains that I hadn't seen before, but *all* of them looked good, which seems to be kind of rare. Other strains I've seen before, like Chemdawg, but theirs honestly looked better than "chemdawg" from other sources. I've only been in a handful of dispensaries so far, but this is the nicest location I've been to, and their quality-to-price ratio is probably near the top of the market in this state.

This was my first time at a dispensary and it was a wonderful experience , very helpful with helping me find the best medication for me ! I will fer sure be returning !

The very first time I walked in, I was very impressed. The establishment is of high quality and the staff is extremely friendly. While I waited for a short period of time I enjoyed some Blue Planet on the televisions as well as the flavor morph star burst on the coffee table. The medication is great, I really enjoy when the dispensary actual has the percentages labeled for each medication, this allows me to specifically choose the right strains that I need. I was assisted by Brandon this time, he accidentally rang me up for an incorrect medication but didn't realize it until after I had paid...although he quickly resolved the issue by offering me a lighter and a free pre roll which was more than enough. Thanks again Monarch, I will consistently be back here!

Over priced, mediocre testing meds. Wasted time and money driving here from Chandler.

I came here about a week ago and was blown away by the service. The employees were very helpful with educating me on different strains and their effects. They have fair prices for top-notch quality flowers, and many choices of edibles and other smoking accessories as well. I would recommend this dispensary to anyone in the Scottsdale area! I will be back!

I was hesitant to go to a dispensary, but I'm glad I did. This place has a great variety of different meds, as I'm typing this after smoking the AppleJackthe high is kicking in and wow it is nice! Brandon was super cool very knowledgeable and he will let you know if does not recommend something. Great place trust me don't be hesitant like I was.

Gorgeous inside. Atmosphere is very welcoming. The bud tenders are all very nice and knowledgeable. I do not go anywhere else.

I have to disagree with the negative feedback posted here. Blakely was very helpful and gave me the answers I needed. Also, even though they have an ATM at the store, temporarily, they refunded me the $2.50 for the fee. The dispensary in my opinion has done a great job and I will definitely get my medicine from them in the future.

Monarch just rocks! It's upbeat and very well run. I've been coming in for months now and always impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable guys and gals who work here. Yes, the office atmosphere is upscale Scottsdale but it's really the great people who work here that create the professional, clean and caring environment. Strains and medication levels are very clearly indicated -try the tasty Pre-98 Bubba for great body pain relief. - Thanks Monarch Staff for helping me live a more comfortable life!!

I used to go to this place when it was Monarch at least once or twice a week. I really can’t bring myself to go there now that MedMen owns it. I miss the family feeling when the budtenders knew you by name. Monarch also used to offer a TON of great deals which MedMen quickly did away with. Not a terrible place, I just miss the small business feeling, and awesome deals, of Monarch. If there’s one thing hippies don’t want it’s big corporations taking over the little guys! We want the little guy back!

Would love to see the look on their faces when they close up shop for good. Their to good for a menu to be placed online and have no explanations. Point well taken ill take my business elsewhere and keep an eye out for when your closing for good.

I was following Monarch for a few months on Leafly before deciding to give them a try. Was a little scared of the prices but once I saw their product I was not disappointed. Now one of my favorite dispensaries in town.

I have to say Monarch is completely about helping the patients and being completely respectful about any situation . I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Thank you guy for always going far beyond the gold standard.
