Went for my first time today for the BOGO free Venom deal. Despite it being out of the way from where I live I came back again the same day! 🤣 I got my budtenders name but like the stoner I am, I lost it. 🙄 I believe her name was Kimberly tho.

I had the pleasure of working with JC today. He was kind, patient and very helpful! In fact, he is the best bud tender that I have had to date. Thank you JC! You are awesome!

I actually like this location and it’s general setup. Where they fail greatly is the consistency. There is none. They are constantly out or in short supply of their BOGO offers. If you’re used to paying a price and then it more than tripled because management seems to not understand their own supply and demand, it’s aggravating. I had consistently only gone here and just put up with it, but going forward I’m taking money elsewhere that had consistency. I’ve always had great service though.

Vicki is the best employee at Monarch! She has been helping me for years. She always gives me quality customer service. She is very very knowledgeable with all the products. She is an asset to your business. She takes the time necessary with each customer, in order to answer all their questions. I have been a customer at six or seven other dispensaries, and I always come back to Monarch specifically to see Vicki. She is top notch!

Every person who works here seems friendly but when I visited the store and got August she made it an experience that will make me a customer for life. The store seems to be going through construction but my service was so awesome I will be telling all my friends to come here as well! She was so knowledgeable and shared her knowledge about cbd and rso I have mixed both of these into my daily routine and my life has changed!! Thank you MedMen!!

Despite the construction, I had the most amazing service from Kyra! She was the best bud tender I’ve ever had so informative and knew all the products! She even has experience with most if not all the products and I am very happy she pointed me in the right direction for the products I received and I will be making sure she is my bud tender from now on when she works!

I came into med men the other day, I was very indecisive the bud tender August was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didnt feel rushed like other places make me feel . Great place to go!

I just stopped by for a gram of shatter at my lunch, and Cody was super helpful. We had a great conversation, and he ended up showing me some solid deals on flower and dabs. I'll be back for more soon!

Haven’t came in since prior to construction. Looks amazing. Also every time I come in I am greeted with smiles and they are always happy to answer any of my questions. Also thank you Kimberly for the help today, you are so nice and made my experience today awesome!!!!

Not the best place for your bang for your buck, but it is very convenient in its location. Bud tends to dry pretty quickly, but withholds its character and intensity. This is a great beginner dispensary with friendly knowledgable staff, but for the price the quality isn't top shelf.

Over priced, have been here a couple of times. They just seem to care about the $ not the patient. I can say that as someone who has volunteered/tended. Meds were drier than in jars viewed. I will not be going back. Think what Monarch is doing politically will hurt patients.

this was my first visit yesterday i enjoyed the knowledge and service i got from blakely. I got two prerolls of willy wonka enjoyed them both i also got some a gram of blueberry haze. they did help me with a budget i had to spend there. thanks

I was greeted by the most incredibly beautiful bud tenderess today. I had a hard time focusing on the task at hand. After filling out the paperwork I was allowed to shop in the best dispensary I've yet to see with my glossy red eyes. Monarch is a very upscale modern joint and is very clean and comfortable. I had no anxiety or paranoia whatsoever. The menu is superior to its competitors. Monarch is my #1 destination after today.
