I've been with Monarch exclusively since I began using medical marijuana. Why go anywhere else! The staff is friendly and helpful, the products are top quality and the experience is an all around good one.

One of the best in the valley

This was my first visit to a dispensary and I was very happy with my experience. They were very professional and provided me with great service and a wide variety of products. I will be back again.

I gave all 5 stars because I really can't say enough about how well they treat people here. The waiting area is clean and roomy. The Bud Tenders are knowledgeable and professional. I've been here 3 times now and will be glad to go back when in their neck of the woods.

I guess prices match the neighborhood, but I'm sorry-too much for my budget... This is just a plant right? Why is an OZ of concentrate worth more than an OZ of gold? Because noobs continue to pay it I guess, we shouldnt be paying for your Copenhagen furniture! Price match or close down when marijuana becomes recreational.

And the dispensary with the friendliest staff goes to... MONARCH! these guys know how to do it. A must try for anybody who hasn't gone before. Monarch is truly the best place in the area for quality buds! keep it up

Really unfortunate that their customer satisfaction is not top priority and that they don't stand behind their product they sell, rather they will just blame it on the vendor and say there's nothing we can do. Made me feel incompetent for my lack of knowledge on the product when their associates did not properly inform me. Such a waste!

Not knowing what to expect, I was surprised at the professional setup. I felt like I was visiting my primary care physician. I was cordially greeted, asked to fill out some paper work, then told I would be called to go in to talk to the specialists. Once I was called, I had 100% of the person's attention. I had all of my questions answered, and I was very pleased with the entire experience. I will definitely return, and recommend to anyone needing this medical service. What a pleasant surprise.

We enjoy shopping here when visiting the valley. Convenient location, good selection and Budtenders are well informed. Calm vibe, clean store. Prices are rather high altho we do receive a "silver" discount. Located in a newer building with ample parking. Picked up a quarter of Micky Kush & a few others this visit, all verry Kind!..We HighLy recommend this spot to our Canna friends & family. Be well, Stay high!...✌ & Jah... 🚀

There's no reason to look any further, this is the best place around! Everyone at Monarch has been SO kind and helpful on each and every visit. Their meds are great and they really do seem to want to help people. I have waited a few months to write a review because I wanted to get a real feel for the place and people first and honestly, it only seems to get better and better. Keep up the good work!

This was only my 2nd trip to Monarch, but it was my last. Your response to Mason84 about PGSC is a flat out lie, you are accepting donations only in 1/4 for profits, your bud tender even told me so... Allow me to explain. I came in to get an ounce by mixing a few quarters. I was informed I couldnt get PGSC or True OG as part of an ounce price break. I kindly inquired why since its the same donation as your other 1/4s that I wanted and I only wanted one of each. The response was "we had to pay more for that strain so we have to charge more"... So back to my point that you are suggesting high donation rates for profit, please dont lie. I left with a 1/4 of PGSC at $130, holy shit! I dont care how good it is, I left feeling very dumb like I was in a bait and switch, but needed some meds. Your other meds didnt even compare to the PGSC or True OG in looks and smell. I would suggest to other patients you seek out another dispensary. Another dispensary that grows all their own excellent meds, and since they dont buy them from someone else they offer consistency in their product. And please, please stop saying you do this for the patients and act like thats all you care about. All dispensaries in AZ are pretty much the same, you all only care about the money. All the games with donation rates and inconsistency in this industry are ridiculous. I feel so stupid for even getting my med card at this point. I have been a smoker for longer than I care to admit, but I would like to personally thank Monarch, our Great state, and about 90% of the other dispensaries for making this such an easy decision for me to just finally quit smoking. Amazing that it took me getting a legal medical card to finally just quit, how ironic. You guys discouraged me from smoking in a way that no one couldve ever done before I got a card, and thanks to you all I will be living a sober and happier life. Thanks!

my favorite dispensary. I drive over 30 minutes each way. the atmosphere is comfortable. the people are always helpful and make great suggestions and feedback on product. ....And I never waited a long time!

I can honestly say that the staff at Monarch Wellness Center are on top of their game especially with the promos/deals, service, & quality. I will gladly recommend Monarch Wellness Center to anybody!
