I’m half German and half French but I feel full-blooded Italian right now regarding all the four letter words I would like to say regarding my experience last night‼️
I WAS their BIGGEST FAN... I’m not kidding I shopped there exclusively pretty much during the whole COVID-19 thing the last couple months & I’ve easily spent over $1500 on their products with never a single negative word uttered re any of the flower that in all honesty can be light and underweight. Because it all evens out with the pre-rolls and what not and I understand everything is made by humans and mistakes can be made.
It’s also bothered me to go in there and ask questions and have employees look at you like you’re talking Chinese because they don’t have a single clue what they’re selling. But even that doesn’t bother me because I’m sure they’re new and you just have to give them time to learn.
But to have the manager flat out lie to my face and treat me like an idiot just wasn’t cool‼️
So long story short, I went in there Friday night May 22, 2020 and spoke to a super sweet helper and in all honesty probably the first employee there who actually answered my questions and helped me pick out two different Kiefs which I am brand new at buying.
The first jar I opened up of Coco puffs was absolutely beautiful and because of my extreme OCD or curiosity I Weigh/measure everything... including every single pre-roll I’ve ever bought from them (Over a 100 easily) and more so out of the curiosity of knowing what I have and what it takes for me to medically treat my little back issues since this is all kinda still new to me.😜
So then it comes to the second jar (but the one I’m most excited to open of Big Black Cherry) and it feels and looks different in the jar but again I’m new to it and didn’t really think anything of it until I measured it and it is barely .46g‼️ It’s not even half of the weight that it’s supposed to be which is too much to look past like I’ve done when I bought their flower... and yes when I bought their Jazz strain that same night, one of the 1/8th tins was only 3.33 g. But I was OK with that.
Having my brand new kief be barely full deserved asking questions.
First off I understand state regulations and I’m not an idiot so I know there’s a fine line when it comes to returns or exchanges... and I knew that I might be totally out of luck because of this.
Anyways I was in there last night, May 24 on a Sunday night which is slow but I still had to wait a while to talk to the manager and I showed him the two jars and how much of a discrepancy there was between the two of them. Francisco the manager took my kief jar back to measure it and then came back and told me that it measured out exactly at 1.0g which there’s no way in flipping hell that those few little kief particles measured even half a gram, let alone a full and perfect 1.0 gram “exactly “ as the manager told me.
It’s one thing if he would’ve came back out and said... you are 100% right and it is definitely not a full gram but because of our state guidelines and because the product left the store we cannot do anything about it. Just those two little words of “I’m sorry” would have gone so flipping far‼️‼️ But instead he flat out lied to my face and totally dismissed me.
It just felt wrong and I’m still so bothered by it... (so much so I still haven’t opened up their bag from last night & normally I rip their bags open on the way home😜) not because of what it cost me because I spent more in gas driving back from Scottsdale to bring it to them then half a jar of Kief would have cost me. It’s more so the principle of the thing and how I was treated then the stupid kief.
So just be aware of who you’re dealing with and the company that hired those employees and especially that manager‼️‼️
And sadly I will not ever shop there again‼️‼️
