service sucks , was 3rd person I'm the building instead took care of ppl coming in after me .plus rude and talked to someone answering their 10 questions about edibles when he was grabbing me carts like dude one person at a time . bud quality it's ok I've gotten better in steamburg at chronic link .sucks I spent alot of money cause their sale on carts . bought bud and carts but Idk if I'll go back again

I love this place. The workers there are awesome. The bud is amazing and you can’t not beat the prices. I told like 6 of my friends about this place and now they all go and shop there. By far the best dispensary in the area. Best one I ever been to. I been going there now for like 4months and every time is a wonderful Experience shop with them. 5 stars all day long.

I drive to this dispo once a month. this last trip the bud tender was rude and made me feel like I was interrupting his social hour.

WOW..this was my 3rd visit and im simply amazed. Good quality, Good service, GREAT Prices. I've purchased Strawberry Cough, Skywalker OG, Lemon Haze, Scooby Snacks, Blue Cheese and Peanut Butter Breath and have been nothing but 100% satisfied.

I ordered thru Leafly. Much of the $2 off $8 grams. I got VERY dry shake wit one or two buds. Thought the sales were decent but not worth the time. The poor cure even in buds was dry tumbleweed. The Hawk or Steamburg aw better choices.

Order online through Leafly, great communication as to being ready, or if they are out of something to recommend an alternative. Great products, at great prices. I have searched all the dispensaries in Irving, and they will not disappoint.

As another posted, they keep the menu updated on Leafly. Super friendly staff, the infused slushy"s are worth the ride The deals on OZ'S are great. Is it top shelf, No, but either are the prices.

This place is top notch. Every single time I go I get great customer service. Their prices are absolutely unbeatable. You cant get any cheaper than them and it’s quality as well.

Product wise I love the lab! In person service is great. My big issue, I drive over 50 miles to go there. I placed an online order in the morning, and it said complete and ready for pickup. Yeah no. Did not have the chocolate bar I ordered. Instead they tossed in a white chocolate. Ew. No one communicated that it was not in stock. I worked all day (start at 8 am) then got there at 9 pm to pickup my order with that sprung on me. I would have cancelled the order and saved my gas. This is now the third time something like this has happened. Communication goes a long way. It’s starting to push me away as a consumer. And there was no appeasement even offered. So 100 miles round trip to not get what I had ordered and was expecting sucks.

The weed was straight trash. Service was fine but the product wasn't good. Avoid this place unless you feel like wasting money.

we got a pound of OG Kush for personal use. That's a years worth for us with plenty left over to share with close friends. The Lab treated us right. trust me just go once and you'll be back.
