Put in online order @130pm and never got the message to pickup order...I arrived 5 hrs after placing order to find out they received my order but never filled it until I got there. The gummies are not as strong as advertised by far!

I love this spot. Once we discovered The Lab we stopped wasting our time with the other shops on the main strip of the area. They're all over priced for the exact same stuff as everywhere else has, but not The Lab. The VIP concept is great even if I don't utilize it myself, if you go there multiple times a week, it's definitely worth it. Even without the VIP account, they have great deals on the regular. I go for the $50 ounce every other week along with a glo cart, which are also the cheapest there that I've seen other than out of someone's garage. They care about satisfaction and have replaced wonky carts for me more than once, while reassuring me it's okay since I kept apologizing for it, even leaving the store and coming right back. I have yet to try the infused slushie since im always solo when i run there and dont want it melted before im home, but im impatiently waiting to be able to try! They also have a couple house made infused candies that are super yummy!(or at least last i knew) So much more about the products and prices are amazing, but enough about that. The staff are absolutely phenomenal. I've known one amazing woman that works there for a few years now, and the rest of the staff make it feel like I've known them just as long. The male staff are great and friendly and I'm not uncomfortable going in there when there aren't any women working the counter! They're always attentive and helpful, even despite how swamped with people they are every single time I go there. Quick to get the line out while still being efficient and friendly. It's a little more out of the way than some of the other places in the area, but it is truly worth it.

Third time I've been to this family owned, comfortable dispensary.Impressed with the pace and quality of products added continually.Being fortunate enough to have lived on the West Coast and included with every aspect of creating these New Medically ground breaking products is no easy feet. Growing a quality healthy harvest, which by no means is as simple as it sounds, to turning it into the medical quality products seen today is a huge , time consuming accomplishment . Kudo's to this family and all the other's that have finally been able to be given the long overdue ability to create and offer their products at an affordable Donation price to all of us. "Us" the overworked, underpaid, deserving general public Thank you again..

I stopped there on 420, I was not sure at first what I needed to try for my arthritis pain, the staff was very helpful and explained each product I asked about. I wanted to also try cbd since I had heard that would also help with my anxiety too. They suggested the cbd coffee and and the OG 103 flower, I have to say, I was surprised how much better I felt so fast. I had tried another dispensary on Rt 20 to get flower for pain before but I don't think the people at the other place knew what they were doing. They could only tell me how much thc the products had and if you need medicine, its important the budtenders have an idea of what they are selling you. I will definitely be going back to get more flower and try more of the cbd products. (I will have to try the slushy too after reading about them on here.)

I live 3 hours and 58 minutes away from here but pay outrageous prices where I live. So every other month a few of us make the drive together to go here. 2 months ago I bought cartridges but one was faulty... I was so afraid 😨 that since it was EXACTLY 60 days since my last visit (i read you only have 60 days to exchange) that I'd not be able to replace it.. but they not only agreed to replace it; they assured me it wasn't a bother what so ever! I'd HIGHLY recommend this dispensary to anyone and have done so for one friend already. When I told her about this place she made the 4hr drive that day!! 😄 🤣 😂

Started coming here in the Summer after trying s few different places on the Rez. This place is little more off the beaten path but so worth it..Prices are great, service is always friendly and helpful, and a very very nice selection of flower, edibles, carts etc. I would love to be a VIP member since I’m there literally a couple times a week but $50 a month is a bit much…love to see that y’all are expanding as well! I have recommended several of my fiends here as well and they love it, and are regulars as well

I had just about given up all hope. Recently moved across the country from WA state. Having been a MEDICAL cannabis consumer for quite some time meant finding a cannabis dispensary with quality product at competitive prices was of the utmost paramount importance. A dispensary with these two things: Quality bud at a quality price - cannot be found in Buffalo or surrounding Erie County. These locations within Buffalo expect tourists to walk through the door willing to pay ANYTHING(a minimum 4x more). I know I'm a little spoiled coming from the westside so mark my words when I say this... the product I've purchased from THE LAB is some of the most perfectly grown and cured bud I've ever seen. Farm to Dispensary!!! Nobody is doing it better. And the price! At a cost equal to or better than the WA state dispensaries. New to the area and driving through the falling snow definitely left me a little skeptical during the drive out. Every second of the drive was worth it!!! I cannot thank the THE LAB and everything they do enough. I'm a member for life! ConnorB

I have visited this place a few times since legalization and it just keeps getting better and better. No pushy sales people, affordable oz’s - all the way to top shelf. Even the most affordable oz is fantastic quality. Love the slushees and edibles offerings as well! Great vibe, you won’t be disappointed.

Took the drive down from Tonawanda today. Worth the drive for sure. First time there for me. Pleasantly surprised. The ounce specials were incredible and way better quality that I anticipated. The girls do a great job keeping their Leafy menu up to date. I will be back!!

I love The Lab. Always solid products, they’ve fulfilled every order from Leafly within an hour while I still have orders waiting to be fulfilled from other dispensaries on the Rez from 9 weeks ago. Super cool atmosphere, the menus are on the wall, the employees know what is what. Very appreciative of their time and help. Great place to buy bud!

I love it here. I have been driving out to the Lab for at least a year now. They always have amazing deals. I always place my order online and its ready when i get there. If something is out of stock in my order, I get a message and ask if i want something else, Everyone is so nice and we are on a 1st name base with most of the staff. They are all amazing.

I was stuck in the snow and the employe working helped me out. Took me 3.5 hours to get home when it normally takes 2. It was my first time with you guys and I will definitely be back. Was wondering if you guys had pictures available to look at the bud since they are not listed on the website. Thank you guys so much for everything.
