After being forced to make an online order, I thought I would hold off on the first time patient deal like ALL OTHER DISPENSARIES LET YOU DO. But they told me since i didn’t use my FTP deal this time, i will never get the chance to. No point in ever going back.

I have spent $1000s here and without even a warning. They took away all of my hard earned points. This place has no care for medical patients. When I complained to the manager that my 1000s of point were gone she gave me a $5 preroll. This place sucks. The bud tenders don’t care and the new management is really bad.

Deals are very misleading. Timeless deals always sound like they are for all timeless products, but when you get to the shop you find out they only have 4 or 5 strains that are available for the deal which I would imagine are the strains that are getting a little too old and spent too much time on the shelf. Other times I’ve been in for deals on firebrand which call for bogo but when you get to the shop you find out the deal excludes almost all firebrand products besides the low grade shatter. This place has decent quality stuff, but their deals are more of a marketing scheme to get you in the door. They aren’t giving any of the good shit away on the deals lol. Anyways, just wanted to warn some readers about that, because it really sucks when you get to the shop with a perfect list of all the goodies you want and have the perfect amount of money for, then to be told none of the stuff on your list is discounted by their misleading deals. There are other shops that don’t mislead you in their daily deal texts!

completely horrible I went in there for the first time Patient "deal" it say that you get a bogo on Mpx well, that's a lie because I was going to buy an 8th of wax (which is 3.5 grams ) and the bud tender says I can't do a bogo with that , I'm like that's fine I'll do a gram , still No , ok well do I get my DA discount, again No , so what the Hell is the point of giving my DA information, better yet wtf is up with the MPX deal , pretty shady they only wanting to dictate what you buy for your deal. NEVER EVER RETURNING TO THIS JOKE OF A PLACE. and definitely letting everyone know.

I will not return. If I could give zero stars I would. I used to be more than happy to drive from across town to visit this dispensary especially when they had cartridge sales. I got five cartridges and upon my arrival home I opened the bag to look at them and four of the five had a significant amount missing. I understand things settle and there is an air bubble but this was 25% of the cartridge. Two of the ladies who worked up front were surprised and said as patients they would be unhappy. Another person had to call the manager to see what they could do even though they have a cartridge policy posted right there on the wall and I was back less than 24 hours later after I purchased them with everything brand new still in the bag with my receipt. Upon her return after calling the manager she said she would switch them out. She brought a few out and they were just as bad if not worse. I asked if I could exchange for a different product because this was awful and was told no. I then asked if I could return them and just purchase something else more expensive instead and was told I can just contact the company that makes them maybe they can do something. This is not ok. No dispensary in the valley that I have been to would have responded this way. Even the two other ladies working up front were disappointed in this response and seemed shocked that I was given no option. It’s not like I was trying to go away with spending nothing. I was happy to purchase a more expensive product. I will make sure that others know to avoid shopping here in the future. Oh yea and the company that makes them has zero contact information so thanks for that.

I was a first time patient at The Holistic Center, I came in for the "Mix and Match" Black Label porducts, 7 grams for $150. So far I have tried the Green Crack live resin and Larry Glue rosin both products tasted AMAZING, and the Rosin got me extremely medicated. I havent tried the shatters I obtained yet, but from the look and smell they will be just as good as the other products. I also go a free pre roll and 3 free eighths because you get a free eighth with every $50 spent. The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly, and got me in and out very quickly and efficently. I normally don't take the time to write reviews, especially when there is nothing free involved; but they deserve it. Great service keep it up!

The Black Label Moon Rocks... I found myself doing Tai chi in my backyard for like an hour. I don’t know Tai chi.

this was my first time here . I got to say I was so happy I went the service from the moment you walk in to when you leave was the best. Joe the bud tender in the back took his time and explained everything to me he was great and Jessica at the pay desk was just as great. There prices are great and the meds are wonderful. Everybody there all went above and beyond to make sure that this was a good experience. I would suggest this place to anyone who needs meds.

This place was my go to place until they got greedy and started charging tax. and now 25 a gram for girl scout cookies wow you can get that anywhere for 17 to 20 a gram.I go to swell farmacy now the meds are 50% better in my opinion no tax and they have 4 different 10 dollar grams at all times. And I got green candy yesterday for 8 a gram that's cool its way worth the 20 min drive.

best in town. first off, I was impressed when I first walked in. the staff was super friendly. best, most personal experience I've had at a dispensary. Cassie Brady was my bud tender and she was so knowledgeable. I'll be a regular customer from now on.

Omar the manager very disrespectful and told me that it was ok to refer a patient that was not in lobby but when it came to the point to recive the refferal bonus he said no can do, after the person i reffered made a purchase, thats why i asked before the purchase was made, lied to just to make a buck. The person i reffered was asked Is That All Your Gonna Buy and rolled there eyes.. owner or manager not Omar please contact me...

THC use to be my favorite dispensary. They use to have the best specials in town and the meds were of superb quality. The prerolls weighed in at 1.4 grams and were only $13. Now they are $13 plus tax and they barely weigh a gram! They've done away with $10 grams and have added an extra "tax". I love the staff here but I'm sorry the prices are too ridiculous. I do not think I will be back until their prices come back down to earth.

Ok, second time I visited here. First when they opened, and two weeks ago. They bait and switch. Got the Woodys OG, they showed me a gorgeous nugget on display with lab results. What I got was stemmy shake and popcorn nugs. This was most recently, month ago or so same thing. Order and get shake and popcorn nugs. First review and last with my card expiring in a month. Never felt the need to give a review. But I was insulted by the bait and switch, shake that tastes like pine. I want what I picked, not shake. I didn't know I was at a use Car Dealership. I'm a patient, a Veteran, and I'm not made of money. Can't we be honest? This is a movement. Don't take advantage of me.

If it's such a hassle for the receptionist to tell me strains over the phone maybe you should add them to the website. Very rude receptionist makes me not even want to deal with them at all.
