Huge disappointment is an understatement. It all started in October as I had not had the opportunity to make stop at the holistic Center, and was in the area so gave them a shot...I don’t have many if any at all but one thing I will regret is ever going here. In October I had purchased two grams of concentrates, and some flower which was short and happy to have them confirm in the shop before leaving. As these particular grams were the last of the batch so the I snagged them. I was assured that no weight had been loss, knowing these were displays and opened and closed who knows how many time to show off to patients. Again they assured me no weight was loss and would not confirm. Upon arriving home; I immediately weighed them out and found one to .3 short, almost a half a gram....mind you I just purchased the most expensive two grams in the store. As we all would expect them to be on point, this was not the case...so now I have flower that’s been shorted and concentrates. I called them immediately and explained that one of the purchased concentrates was short. They apologize and express that “you can purchase any gram in the store for $30”. As a connoisseur, this was everything I could dream of and couldn’t wait to purchase something special to make up for the issue. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE!! Keep reading! January 7, came around, yes almost 90days later and finally my patience has paid off and they got a fresh drop of some rosin. I would wake up everyday and check Leafly to identify if they had something I would be interested in. FINALLY! So that morning, I set me alarm and placed my order upon the store opening. It became later in the day and living almost an hour away I wanted to ensure that all was well and that I wouldn’t be driving all the way there with the expectations of leaving with my “any gram of concentrate for $30”. So as any intelligent person would do...I called, and spoke with a manager. She has confirmed that the note was on the account “Any gram of concentrate in the store for $30” and that I was good to go using it on my online order/selected gram of concentrate. The time has come, 54 minutes later and I have arrived at The Holistic Center...wow looks fancy now a days...not like a tax office. I check-in...all is going well at this point. They call me back and we begin to review the order, she tell me the total is $86.something, and I explained there’s a note on the account. After explaining there’s a note and confirming, she must “confirm with the manager”. At this point, I’m starting to get concerned that they’re about to go back on everything. The manager Mikayla approaches and is very sweet but proceeds to tell me that “she can not discount that specific gram and that she did not know why I was told that early” at this point I’m remaining calm as what I have not told you is 24 hours earlier I was in the hospital with walking pneumonia and that I have not left my house since being home from the hospital. I mean I wait 90 days, and drove 2 hours there and back.....only to be told that I have to get something else. I’m not asking for anything for free but discounted $40 dollars, as their “ first time patient” discount is BOGO on anything in the store...so don’t tell your patients you can’t discount specific brands. There was absolutely no compassion and they wanted to assure me that they would take of care the situation by discounting me on 2 grams. That’s not what I was interested in, it was like a smack to the face. I truly would never recommend any one here as they can’t even stay true to their word. In their mind... as long as I left with product, the issue was resolved. They don’t care that I waited 90days for something to drop, not that I drove 2 hours with a fever, not that told me 4 hours before that everything would be “Good to go”. I wish they would have stuck to there word and it shows you that they could eat money for their mistake. Shows you holistic is for profit, who cares what we tell our patients.

Really bummed out that the Friday flower deals weren’t what they used to be. Really hoping this isn’t the new trend.

I dislike that they will swap or disregard the details on concentrates I ordered mimosa,gelato,wedding cake and tangieland but had bugatti og thrown instead of tangieland just because they arw both hybrids. Tangieland is a sativa dominant hybrid bugatti og is indica dominant. I wasnt told of the swap and didnt discover it until i got home because it still said tangieland on the receipt and it was a pre-order. They lie online or over the phone to get you down here then you get whats available take it or leave it. Thats very disrespectful to the community. The budtender ripped her name off my receipt too. I miss the holistic center.

After being forced to make an online order, I thought I would hold off on the first time patient deal like ALL OTHER DISPENSARIES LET YOU DO. But they told me since i didn’t use my FTP deal this time, i will never get the chance to. No point in ever going back.

Came in for the grape stomped pre rolls which they advertise on leafy, came in and they ran out yesterday. they don't sell grams so you are forced to buy eights. The concentrate are good but over price, this will be my last visit here.

I was a first time patient at The Holistic Center, I came in for the "Mix and Match" Black Label porducts, 7 grams for $150. So far I have tried the Green Crack live resin and Larry Glue rosin both products tasted AMAZING, and the Rosin got me extremely medicated. I havent tried the shatters I obtained yet, but from the look and smell they will be just as good as the other products. I also go a free pre roll and 3 free eighths because you get a free eighth with every $50 spent. The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly, and got me in and out very quickly and efficently. I normally don't take the time to write reviews, especially when there is nothing free involved; but they deserve it. Great service keep it up!

Been coming to this location for about 6 month I always had a great time..the staff is amazing..Definitely recommend this place. But I don't recommend dropping $100 to spin the wheel for a gift because that was usluess I thought i would win a gift but it's all coupons lol but still great place to shop

I loved THC hadn't been there for a while, the flower wasn't like it use to be. they had some flower I wanted to try so I did a leafy order. The handicap parking had no lights on at the end of the south side of the building and no Security guard out front. They had moved next door the front desk is now behind glass had to give my card plus my driver's license now I wasn't new customer have had my card for 3 years then she tells I have to fill out paperwork I said oh so I get the 1st time discount again she says no so I'm like then not doing the paperwork again. Nothing had changed. I had put my name and sign the paper. The waiting room has chairs that a larger person will not fit or high bar chairs again not for a handicap people. Gone is the comfort couches. The security guard was sitting in the last chair eating candy and talking with other customer. Finally got called back after waiting 3 people ahead of me. Really disappointed. I was told they had changed owners. Times change and at least flower was worth it.

This is my favorite spot RN, great weed better prices. I love this spot the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always say my name correctly and make me feel like family.

THEY NOW CHARGE TAX AND DO NOT TELL YOU UNTIL THEY R ABOUT TO COLLECT THE MONEY.. ALSO, THEY NEVER WOULD HAVE SAID ANYTHING IF I DIDNT ME TION IT.. ANY PLACE THAT TRIES TO PULL WOOL OVER YOUR EYES IS A PLACE OF NO INTEGRITY.. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT COME HERE AGAIN..

prices prices prices, people are great, but $120 more for an ounce than your competitors.... I think I will drive 30 miles to get 2oZ for half the price.

High quality --- the knowledgable staff and great strains at the right price makes this a first-class dispensary. They offer specials and great deals.

Id heard mixed things about this place so I decided to check it out. Id recommend going anywhere else honestly. The bud is okay, but other places sell better for much cheaper. The concentrates and edibles and what not were overpriced too so I didn't even bother with those. Wont be coming back unless they stop with the $20 gram nonsense.

totally bummed😑 it was my first time in today and I picked up a gram of sugar wax, once I opened it, it was melted beyond use. I think they had it under the lights too long and to spend $40 on it.... well needless to say that will be the last time that happens

Great place! Knowledgeable and patient staff. Was very pleased with quality. Also, lots of super deals-I got nearly alas free as I paid for. 5 stars.

This place was my go to place until they got greedy and started charging tax. and now 25 a gram for girl scout cookies wow you can get that anywhere for 17 to 20 a gram.I go to swell farmacy now the meds are 50% better in my opinion no tax and they have 4 different 10 dollar grams at all times. And I got green candy yesterday for 8 a gram that's cool its way worth the 20 min drive.

Their covid paractices are great, But, I always do leafly and as many times as I’ve asked the tenders to place the concentrates flat upside right so that the sauce, batter, etc does not get all over. It’s EVERY TIME!!! Bought 4 sauce batters ($60/per) and the sauce was all over the lids. Not acceptable, plus no reward loyalty is BS. A preroll costs you maybe $3. There are too many other great places. We out - Heath for life!

I would give no stars if i could. This is a new dispensary but they don't honor first time patient deals. Skip it! The guy working at the front window is extremely rude I will not do business with them again nor would i recommend this place. Thanks
