This place provided an alright experience, first time in there they said I couldn't use my first patient discount on a 100 dollar half, service was good, building was a bit confusing, buds I picked up were alright in quality, I think I'll stick to my other favored dispensaries

Huge disappointment is an understatement. It all started in October as I had not had the opportunity to make stop at the holistic Center, and was in the area so gave them a shot...I don’t have many if any at all but one thing I will regret is ever going here. In October I had purchased two grams of concentrates, and some flower which was short and happy to have them confirm in the shop before leaving. As these particular grams were the last of the batch so the I snagged them. I was assured that no weight had been loss, knowing these were displays and opened and closed who knows how many time to show off to patients. Again they assured me no weight was loss and would not confirm. Upon arriving home; I immediately weighed them out and found one to .3 short, almost a half a gram....mind you I just purchased the most expensive two grams in the store. As we all would expect them to be on point, this was not the case...so now I have flower that’s been shorted and concentrates. I called them immediately and explained that one of the purchased concentrates was short. They apologize and express that “you can purchase any gram in the store for $30”. As a connoisseur, this was everything I could dream of and couldn’t wait to purchase something special to make up for the issue. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE!! Keep reading! January 7, came around, yes almost 90days later and finally my patience has paid off and they got a fresh drop of some rosin. I would wake up everyday and check Leafly to identify if they had something I would be interested in. FINALLY! So that morning, I set me alarm and placed my order upon the store opening. It became later in the day and living almost an hour away I wanted to ensure that all was well and that I wouldn’t be driving all the way there with the expectations of leaving with my “any gram of concentrate for $30”. So as any intelligent person would do...I called, and spoke with a manager. She has confirmed that the note was on the account “Any gram of concentrate in the store for $30” and that I was good to go using it on my online order/selected gram of concentrate. The time has come, 54 minutes later and I have arrived at The Holistic Center...wow looks fancy now a days...not like a tax office. I check-in...all is going well at this point. They call me back and we begin to review the order, she tell me the total is $86.something, and I explained there’s a note on the account. After explaining there’s a note and confirming, she must “confirm with the manager”. At this point, I’m starting to get concerned that they’re about to go back on everything. The manager Mikayla approaches and is very sweet but proceeds to tell me that “she can not discount that specific gram and that she did not know why I was told that early” at this point I’m remaining calm as what I have not told you is 24 hours earlier I was in the hospital with walking pneumonia and that I have not left my house since being home from the hospital. I mean I wait 90 days, and drove 2 hours there and back.....only to be told that I have to get something else. I’m not asking for anything for free but discounted $40 dollars, as their “ first time patient” discount is BOGO on anything in the store...so don’t tell your patients you can’t discount specific brands. There was absolutely no compassion and they wanted to assure me that they would take of care the situation by discounting me on 2 grams. That’s not what I was interested in, it was like a smack to the face. I truly would never recommend any one here as they can’t even stay true to their word. In their mind... as long as I left with product, the issue was resolved. They don’t care that I waited 90days for something to drop, not that I drove 2 hours with a fever, not that told me 4 hours before that everything would be “Good to go”. I wish they would have stuck to there word and it shows you that they could eat money for their mistake. Shows you holistic is for profit, who cares what we tell our patients.

They literally have a deal that says "mpx deals threw June" and list the 3 deals they have. I went on June 29 today and they acted like that deal was not applicable on the mpx I ordered, I have previously... last week did the same order with the mpx and got the deal. but today they acted like it wasnt applicable and they had to call 2 other people and give me a hard time. They did finally do they deal after they called a higher up and realized they were in the wrong but really come on just honor your deals like a normal business.

***SERVICE GETS ONE STARS NOT BECAUSE OF STAFF, THE COMPANY OR CORPORATION THAT OWNS THIS LOCATION GETS THE ONE STAR*** i like the wide variety of products available, some of the friendliest staff and best staff I've come across. However, I believe offering a 5% discount to veterans is just sad, and it's not even offered on all products, of course it's not offered on sales and deals prices that's a given, but when a 5% veterans discount is not being applied to $18 gram of wax because "that prices is already so low", I couldn't believe what I was hearing, I guess they really need that $.90. Herbal Wellness Center offers 20% discount for vets....on everything(not deals/sales). when I pick up a $1.75 of papers 20% gets taken off....now that's showing appreciation. I'm hoping this review starts a conversation withing upper management.

People need to stop bein FEENS and appreciate that this establishment is still open during this pandemic! I thank EVERYONE at health for life even the security for putting hisself at risk to make sure all that patients are checked in & lastly !! If you need weed don’t wait until you run out of all your stuff to purchase !! Stock up like everyone else !! I’m tired of seeing bad reviews about this place because the employees work very hard for us ❤️❤️❤️

Honestly extremely disappointed in the dispensary overall! This is my second time trying them in two weeeks! They failed me twice! The first day I called about what they had, I got there and waited 30 minutes just to find out what I was told was incorrect because they switched systems and decided to have their low end stuff out only! Today I went in again and I told the guy I want the live resin badder high end stuff and the tender gave me a sugarwax when I told him I did not come for the F Sugar wax!!!! I came for the rosin looking stuff! I’ve contacted management staff and no response! I’m extremely upset at you guys because I didn’t open my bag until I got Home! Both times I’ve waited over 30 minutes! Patient satisfaction is 0! It’s taken me two times to get my first time patient and deal and they still got it wrong! I think I’m loosing days of my life just stressed out my meds! I would rather buy their product somewhere else for the same price! Or ever more to not deal with them, it’s the bad! I never talk down about establishments that are trying to do good but if this was any other business THC would not be in business! I’m sorry guys...nothing but negative things to say! Try again! And again and again!

Not happy with this place at all. For a first timer, I was not informed of everything they had. She only went over the strains, and didn't inform me of what edibles they had, or that they had pre rolls. I was basically left to shop around myself. There are no first time specials. The aroma when you walk in the business smells like a gym plus weed. Not pleasant. Not to mention the prices for subpar strains. You can buy a gram of Blue Dream at Swell for 8 bucks when they charge 20 plus tax... The prices need to be lowered if you're going to sell mediocre buds.

I visited H4L a couple of days ago. Here’s my take on my experience. First off my budtender Rj or jr I can’t remember his name off the top of my head but he was a very nice young man. Very upbeat and funny. Not the usually pissed off stoner attitude I get at other establishments. I would visit again based on the human interaction alone. But here is where they get the 3 stars. I called before arriving and was told they had grow science in stock I show up it wasn’t there. I was recommended London mints #6 good bud but not no GS which is the reason why I made the drive.

I dislike that they will swap or disregard the details on concentrates I ordered mimosa,gelato,wedding cake and tangieland but had bugatti og thrown instead of tangieland just because they arw both hybrids. Tangieland is a sativa dominant hybrid bugatti og is indica dominant. I wasnt told of the swap and didnt discover it until i got home because it still said tangieland on the receipt and it was a pre-order. They lie online or over the phone to get you down here then you get whats available take it or leave it. Thats very disrespectful to the community. The budtender ripped her name off my receipt too. I miss the holistic center.

This place used to be amazing... Lately tho it has really been falling a short of other dispensaries very close... the flower prices are crazy high... i walk out with $20 eighths anywhere else I go. The wait times lately are ridiculous. They have lost key staff members who really made the difference.

Came in for the grape stomped pre rolls which they advertise on leafy, came in and they ran out yesterday. they don't sell grams so you are forced to buy eights. The concentrate are good but over price, this will be my last visit here.

I keep trying this place because they are so close to me, and i am so disappointed everytime I have gone. They advertise their bud being from “one place” and then its all from AZHEALTHFORLIFE and its terrible quality. I can’t even roll a blunt because of how many stems are in an eighth! I have ordered because it says the flower is by a place I trust, and when I pick it up, it’s totally not. Such a shame

This place is ok. But It’s ran like a mill. The front desk people are not friendly. The first time patient special is good. Unfortunately the Strain I got gives me headaches. They have a small cartridge selection.

When I was first received everything seemed professional and comfortable once I got in the back the staff members that attended to me was very cold very an unattentive and had a dilligaf attitude, meds are pre-packaged and we're very dry probably will not go back...

It's a nice place but the meds suck I got an oz of the fruit punch and they couldn't be bothered to clip the sugar leaves or massive stems I ended up with 12 grams of sugar leaves after I got done trimming the oz just sad and yeah I don't recommend this place I didn't even get to use my 10 % off on the deal
