However, I believe offering a 5% discount to veterans is just sad, and it's not even offered on all products, of course it's not offered on sales and deals prices that's a given, but when a 5% veterans discount is not being applied to $18 gram of wax because "that prices is already so low", I couldn't believe what I was hearing, I guess they really need that $.90. Herbal Wellness Center offers 20% discount for vets....on everything(not deals/sales). when I pick up a $1.75 of papers 20% gets taken off....now that's showing appreciation. I'm hoping this review starts a conversation withing upper management.

I have spent $1000s here and without even a warning. They took away all of my hard earned points. This place has no care for medical patients. When I complained to the manager that my 1000s of point were gone she gave me a $5 preroll. This place sucks. The bud tenders don’t care and the new management is really bad.

This is Jim, Millie's husband. We have been coming to Health for Life on Cave Creek Road in Phoenix for some time now. Being that we live in Yarnell we come down once a month.We used to deal with Jessika. Jessica has since moved on and she connected us up with Amber. She has been absolutely outstanding. Millie feels very confident in the choices that Amber has given her. She has been spot on every time. It's great to have an individual who is honest and caring that you get the right products for your Medical needs.

I love this place. They have great deals on canamo and it saves me a lot of time driving. I have a question/recommendation. At other health for life’s, when canamo goes on bogo, they allow you to bogo the live hash rosin. I personally go to the cave creek location, and unfortunately they specifically in writing don’t allow it. Can you guys consider changing that rule and allowing the canamo hash rosin on bogos in the future? Thanks :)

First time visit and extremely disappointed. The waiting room area is not large enough for the amount of patients waiting. This was my first visit and I stood crammed in the corner for over half an hour until my name was called. The budtender I had helping me was not knowledgeable and extremely unhelpful. The selection is minimal almost everything I was looking for from strains, edibles, and concentrates were not in stock or they did not carry them. I left feeling like they didn't really care about their patients or their needs. There are several dispensaries in valley that are above and beyond better with customer service, patient care, and medicinal selection. I really hope this location improves. Also sad to see when I checked my receipt that they didn't give me my first time patient discount nor do they take debit cards. So I enjoyed my $2 ATM service fee on top of my small purchase without my discount. What a disappointment.

Im always searching for the best Og in town so I wanted to give them a try. The Og's did not look great but I wanted to try so I got Fire Og and Phantom Og. Neither one is what I am used to as the structure and smell and potency were not there. I did get some Platinum GSC which was outstanding though.

the selection keeps going down and the prices keep going up. Time for a new place.

Ill never shop hear again and this is why. I get home after spending 70$ on two of there top shelf flower eights, different strains to mention and unfortunately discover that it was soooooooo dried out that it litterly exploded into POWDER!!! when I tried packing it to smoke. both of them. complete waste of money. never will I go there again. I'd of gotten a better high just smoking the actual Bill's I gave em for this super bunk weed. did me filthy at this H4L

Used to be my “go to” place, but they no longer have the good deals. Now they are nothing special.

I love this place I spent somewhere in the range of 6 to 10thousand dollars here between may of 2017 and January 2018, love how small and friendly it is. Decided to try to go in for meds today 4/15/2018 and redeem my invitation for my free gift:( very disappointed there was a line of people in lawn chairs going around the building just to go inside :( ten mins after they opened :( I get it people like the place but I want my meds and can’t be standing in some Disneyland style line, just a suggestion but maybe have two types of stations like loyal customers and other. that way the people who actually help support the business can get there’s too and not have to wait with the people who are only there for the special one time 🤔 won’t denounce y’all yet but definitely put a hair in my behind

When I was first received everything seemed professional and comfortable once I got in the back the staff members that attended to me was very cold very an unattentive and had a dilligaf attitude, meds are pre-packaged and we're very dry probably will not go back...

This place provided an alright experience, first time in there they said I couldn't use my first patient discount on a 100 dollar half, service was good, building was a bit confusing, buds I picked up were alright in quality, I think I'll stick to my other favored dispensaries

I liked this place only problem I have with this place is I found a couple seeds and a huge stem that took most of the weight which didn't make me the happiest

I fell victim once again to their $100 oz special This time I called before I left to make sure the special was still availabe and it was. I arrived 20 minutes later and it was of course not avvailable anymore. They had only been open for a little over an hour This has happened to me three times now from this dispensary.....

Unfortunately I have to say DONT spend your money here!!! I purchased a firebrand cartridge but for some reason it didn’t have the plastic wrapping on it it always does, needless to say the cartridge was half full... totally unbelievable smh

Not happy with this place at all. For a first timer, I was not informed of everything they had. She only went over the strains, and didn't inform me of what edibles they had, or that they had pre rolls. I was basically left to shop around myself. There are no first time specials. The aroma when you walk in the business smells like a gym plus weed. Not pleasant. Not to mention the prices for subpar strains. You can buy a gram of Blue Dream at Swell for 8 bucks when they charge 20 plus tax... The prices need to be lowered if you're going to sell mediocre buds.

So expensive. You have got to get competitive. Your Firebrand shatter is 5-15 more a gram then anywhere else. Your flowers are good but not worth the price. How about helping patient's instead of taking all there money for BS upcharge.

I keep trying this place because they are so close to me, and i am so disappointed everytime I have gone. They advertise their bud being from “one place” and then its all from AZHEALTHFORLIFE and its terrible quality. I can’t even roll a blunt because of how many stems are in an eighth! I have ordered because it says the flower is by a place I trust, and when I pick it up, it’s totally not. Such a shame

It's a nice place but the meds suck I got an oz of the fruit punch and they couldn't be bothered to clip the sugar leaves or massive stems I ended up with 12 grams of sugar leaves after I got done trimming the oz just sad and yeah I don't recommend this place I didn't even get to use my 10 % off on the deal
