Great staff and amazing bud.

First time patient specials were nice as well as the get a free 1/8 when you spend $50. The budtender was very knowledgeable not just about flower but about edibles and concentrates.

Was bait and switched over the weekend on concentrates. Was sold a very light shatter, got home and it was super dark, almost black. Not only that but it was a CBD Shatter, which was not marked on the display, nor did the budtender inform me that it was a CBD Product. Flowers all void of smell. Left a similar review which they had removed. Way to go guys removing LEGIT BAD REVIEWS. Very disappointed on this visit.

I've been coming here for going on 3 years now. The staff is always friendly and well educated on their products. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable in both the waiting area and back in the patient area. The product is displayed beautifully and the staff takes their time with you to understand your ailment and explain what medications will help, how they help and give you reviews of the product based on personal knowledge or what other staff and/or patient's have experienced. The medication is always above grade, you get what you pay for; they are not least expensiveve in the valley nor are they over priced. They have a great client reward system, one of the better ones Ive seeen. It took me over a year to renew my card; When i did i had $60 dollars in reward money waiting for me. They still have some of the original faces there,it's like going to visit friends. Joe and Jessica are great! Daily Specials use to be a lot better A few years ago. Besides that this place rocks.

This place was my go to place until they got greedy and started charging tax. and now 25 a gram for girl scout cookies wow you can get that anywhere for 17 to 20 a gram.I go to swell farmacy now the meds are 50% better in my opinion no tax and they have 4 different 10 dollar grams at all times. And I got green candy yesterday for 8 a gram that's cool its way worth the 20 min drive.

place was okay...service horrible my tender forgot to give me my change had to mention she forgot.to give me change.. while I was with tender she paid no attention to me whatsoever talking to co-workers...will not be returning again....prices are horribly overpriced. was first time visit what a horrible first impression

meds should never cost more than gold...bring back the 10 dollar grams please....or atleast explain why the 10 dollar grams are off

Went for an advertised special and was told they were all out....left empty handed because I wouldn't pay high prices.....this all after spending around $1000 dollars in 2 months trying to give this spot a chance. Spend your money where it's appreciated. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else!

I came here when they had a event going on and the price of a mark on there was false advertisement.. and if they're going to miss something that big they should treat their patients a little bit better and offer them something free for their time being there when the price is not right and you waste gas

Ashley and all the staff are wonderful and very helpful. This being said I called last night to have them hold some medicine for me and got Mike on the phone. Not only did he not know anything about the strains I asked about he was hesitant to hold an order for me which is very unusual. I guess from what I gather he is a new manager here. To say I was unimpressed would be being kind. He acted like I was intruding on his time by asking very simple questions regarding the strains that I called about. This will not stop me from going here as the rest of the staff are beyond helpful and knowledgeable, but if you are going to be a manager at a dispensary I do believe one should have some knowledge and use of said product.

This is a good place. Only gripe is that I just drove down there (March 1st, 2015) because I received an MMS about a free 1/8th if you spend $100. I get there at opening and upon entering there's a giant sign with neon coloring "Free 1/8th when you spend $100". When I ask about it "No we're not doing that anymore." I would've just left if I hadn't just drove 15 miles for it, just so you know.

I appreciate the dispensary service and I truly want to support all of our local dispensaries. However, this time, I felt I had to share my disappointing experience. I have visited this location several times. Sometimes, I have been very happy and other times somewhat disappointed. On this visit, the $10 grams I purchased "mothers helper" was not what is posted as the special on leafly (the reason I came in), but I tried it anyway. The medication has a decent effect, but the flowers are so dry, the 4g weighed well short of 4g when I got home, it didn't even weigh up to the amount I paid for! This is the first time I've ever been shorted in a dispensary, usually dispensary medication weighs over by a significant amount. Also, it was so dried out that it had a horrible, bitter taste. I also noticed that some of the grams (individual containers) were a horrible combination of scraggly buds and hardly a decent nugget to be found in each can. I know for a fact that I could've gone somewhere else and got a better deal, with better quality, and tax included in the list price, but unfortunately I decided to go to The Holistic Center. I have seen the manager comments on the other reviews, please, if there is some restitution to make this purchase better I'd be happy to return, otherwise I most likely will pass and go to one of your competitors, thank you.

This place is AMAZING! As far as dispensaries go in the current AZ industry, this one has it all! The peeps are great and know their ish and they always have great products and awesome deals. They have shown tremendous agility and perseverance through these rough times and I will forever be a loyal customer. Shame on y'all giving bad reviews about this great place and awesome people. Helpful Tips: A) No PERSON can control technology, so accept that and be humble and B) If you act like a dick, no one wants to help you anyways! Karma comes back
