This is my third time to the location and this is the third time I have had extremely poor customer service. Aside from deals. we as patients don't know our allotment so when we place the Leafly order we are expecting the facility to tell us whether or not we can pick up that order. but no that's not how this company wants to do it they let me drive 25 minutes out of the way through rush-hour traffic and then wait in line for 20 minutes you tell me when I finally get to the counter, I don't have enough allotment for my purchase. THIS IS EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Been coming here for over a year, out of pure convenience alone. Waiting on that waiting room is painful, and they really take their time getting to you. I saw another review about how they are just hanging out back there together, that is definately accurate. Very frustrating watching 3 people come out, nobody going back in, and hearing laughter in back, and is packed in the waiting room (I don't know why). Flower is good, but how bad could it be, right? It's a dispensary. The prices have slowly crept up over the last year. $65 for an eighth? I've never paid that much when the people involved were risking jail time, now that I can walk into a store, you think I'm paying more? They must be smoking all day cause this place pisses me off more and more every time. Specials are always gone by noon. I actually went in first thing last week, spent about $130, then as I'm driving away I get a text from this place telling me to spend a $100 and get a free gram... Nobody said anything 5 minutes prior as I was walking out. Just the worst run store on the planet honestly. If I wasn't lazy as hell, I would drive anywhere else... And P.S. That bubbly as fuck receptionist is annoying as hell when you've been waiting in there for 30+ minutes, just an FYI...

The quality of the meds is not any different than other dispensaries. They all carry the same strains. The prices are very high for me. Being a disabled vet on a monthly fixed income, I can only afford to come here when they run $10 g specials but that isn't very often. I did come in for my free birthday pre-roll. The gentleman who helped me led me to believe I could get any strain but that was not the case. I only had a choice of 3 strains. I picked the Cabbage Patch because he told me it is really good. After I told him that the pre-roll was all I wanted, he got very irritated and rude with me like I had just wasted his time. Don't know if I want to come back.

Awesome location to my home! Beautifully decorated but the front office folks say hi and then go back to talking amongst themselves. Once in the back the privacy and knowledge in the staff ROCKS! Well done! The proble is the medication quality has gone thru the floor. When you first opened, the meds were top notch and what you saw, is what you got. This last time I was in, what I saw was not what I got. I prefer to have my medication weighed in front of me, not something I could purchase out of a vending machine that might be months old.

Went for an advertised special and was told they were all out....left empty handed because I wouldn't pay high prices.....this all after spending around $1000 dollars in 2 months trying to give this spot a chance. Spend your money where it's appreciated. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else!

I came here when they had a event going on and the price of a mark on there was false advertisement.. and if they're going to miss something that big they should treat their patients a little bit better and offer them something free for their time being there when the price is not right and you waste gas

I get here at 9:58 and they locked the door in my face. they close at 10. i mean i know its 2 mins but that was extremely rude of them.

Been coming to this location for about 6 month I always had a great time..the staff is amazing..Definitely recommend this place. But I don't recommend dropping $100 to spin the wheel for a gift because that was usluess I thought i would win a gift but it's all coupons lol but still great place to shop

Just spent 15 minutes on hold to get hung up on called back and got hung up on again great service guys

prices prices prices, people are great, but $120 more for an ounce than your competitors.... I think I will drive 30 miles to get 2oZ for half the price.

First impression friendly customer service. Product was OK . close to my house . My second visit was much diffent Not very friendly . More arrogant Lack of knowledge Of the product. Last I received and e mail about your new harvest Gs for 25 wow must be really proud . That's a rip and not the good kind last last is the taxes thank you for not saying a thing. high prices bad customer service booooo

Cassie Brady was very knowledgeable and twice as nice! All the staff was very friendly here and I would recommend checking them out.

This is a good place. Only gripe is that I just drove down there (March 1st, 2015) because I received an MMS about a free 1/8th if you spend $100. I get there at opening and upon entering there's a giant sign with neon coloring "Free 1/8th when you spend $100". When I ask about it "No we're not doing that anymore." I would've just left if I hadn't just drove 15 miles for it, just so you know.

If you had a reservation to a restaurant and they made you wait in line with the walk-ins, you would never go back to that restaurant. If you put in an Express order through Leafly with this company, YOU STILL HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE FOR THE WALK-INS TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THEY WANT!! The manager/front desk guy explicitly told me this tonight. You dont get any priority even though you only need someone to accept your money. Really poorly managed. I left tonight without making a purchase after waiting 30 minutes for someone to accept my money. I'll never spend another penny at this store.

Hello my name is Joseph Maloney, I will no longer be shopping with health for life. The management at the location on cavecreek and the 101 is half ass. I’ve been going to this location to years prior to it becoming health for life it was the holistic center. They treated you way better got you back faster. Today my experience at health for life was not good. I called down asking what the deals where for the day the gentleman told me spend $100 get a free 8th so I drove 45 minutes to get to the location to buy a $200 oz and I didn’t know that they consider a $200 oz bulk and it supposedly a discounted product so I couldn’t get the free 8th when they told me something else on the phone. Hear is another dispensary about the money not the patients. Take you business elsewhere don’t waste your time. They treat you better at muv down the street.

ftp,check in was easy,the lady behind the desk was very friendly.And so was my tender..razberry kush flower was very dry,,free 1/8 lemon kush also dry.free pre roll royal kush,have not used yet..flourish p.b. 100 mg cookie,was good..keef cola-blue dream,was also good,flourish 25mg cbd candy,have not used yet...all and all nice place,,flower could have been a little moister.all staff great job and very clean,safe. SUN CITY SINNER

Hate to beat a dead horse but Nick is not an informative bud tender. And yes, he does have a bit of an attitude. That's not what keeps me from coming back though. It's the lack of quality. I haven't been impressed with the quality on any of my visits. There are so many better options out there.
