I have been a customer for over 3 years. Needless to say I love this dispscery, white label, and all the farmers I do not know. I am also a medical user with only my disability to support myself, no complaint just facts. Last Friday I had an anxiety attack and melt down while I was at the store trying to figure out how my normal med's where costing so much more then normal. We are talking hundreds of dollars. Note that I left store and thought when I got home maybe my medical cost was not included or something so I went back to store obviously nervous and starting to cry. I believe it was Harold I am so bad with names because my anxiety has been triggered. Not by him by the situation I have myself in. He dropped everything and figured out it was that I had chosen 2 stains that were not on the Friday sale. This was not my intention. He involved a supervisor and again bad with names, but she had long pretty dyed hair, with her help allowed me to exchange what I bought in error and order from correct sale list. No one in the store made me feel out of place as I am crying my eyes out trying to figure out what happened. These two employees stayed calm which helped me when I was in obvious distress. I am grateful to have a place that is welcoming and helpful to their patients. Thank you both for not making me feel more embarrassed then I felt and for being so understanding. You have a customer for life and I will tell everyone I can of my experience with your company. Elizabeth Winter

My partner and I have been going to this specific location for 5 plus years and will continue to ONLY go to this spot. We use the call-in to pick-up method often. I would say 90% of the time we've had exceptional service and very pleasant conversations. Most everybody that is employed at this location is so helpful and patient. A big shout out to Katy! She is awesome. Also you can't go wrong with Kaprikorn farms, Top tier quality!!

I've been all over Eugene and Springfield and have to say the quality and selection is amazing at the herbal connection! I have been going in everyday and will continue for years to come! Tyreese is great knows everything! Mika is sweet as candy! But look out guys the budtender of the year Award goes to Lori... Not only that but I think I'm in love. She's a power house of sweetness and knowledge. Don't be afraid to ask her what she likes. I promise she won't steer you wrong... Kudos all around to the best staff and the best sticky I have seen in town! Is Lori single? What? Don't hate!

I have the pleasure of visiting many dispensaries across the state. The Herbal Centre is amazing. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I may have to drive about an hour to visit, but I stop in every chance I can. The flowers are high quality and they have a great selection. Professional and clean. They recognize me and always have a smile. When you add the incredible low prices and bulk discounts, this should be your first choice destination.

Amazing atmosphere – very upscale, clean, organized, and welcoming. I like the family culture, but appreciate the professionalism as well. Great selection of meds and supplies and strong knowledge base of staff. Very fair when it comes to replacing or fixing any products that didn't meet my satisfaction.

Could there be any better caregivers in the whole world? This dispensary is run by and supported by some of the kindest bud lovers I have ever had the pleasure to interact with! The product is gorgeous and the way they treat each other and their clients is wonderful! Imagine a world where your "doctor" actually takes the time to know you and then help you! It is like an old fashioned apothecary in a small town.... But with awesome science, clever packaging and someone who cares what you are treating your body with. I would recommend all Cannabis patients who want to be loved as well as healed go visit them.

I like this spot for when I am on the north end of town. All of the bud tenders are friendly, the staff is knowledgeable and I like the atmosphere of the dispensary. I will definitely visit again!

Good people, great weed. Always on top of their canna knowledge game. Even when they are busy, never a hassle to get in and out. Close to home and the budtenders are cool with me being super chatty Kathy. They get the A++.
