I ordered what was advertised as an all in one dab pen. However, when I got ready to use it it was only a cartridge. At this point I'm already out of town for the holiday. So I can't even use it cuz I don't have a battery thinking I was buying a AIO. So I called to let them know so they can fix the website. The budtender was very condescending and didn't listen when I said I was already out of town and kept offering me to come back and they'd exchange it.

I put in a pick up order on Leafly, as I checked out my total was $10 more than it should have been. I realized after I got home, that the extra $10 was because I did not receive the Shatter Day discount on the shatter I purchased on Shatterday! Seriously, bud tenders should pay better attention, maybe that's why I don't tip. The service has gotten very very bad lately.

I've been all over Eugene and Springfield and have to say the quality and selection is amazing at the herbal connection! I have been going in everyday and will continue for years to come! Tyreese is great knows everything! Mika is sweet as candy! But look out guys the budtender of the year Award goes to Lori... Not only that but I think I'm in love. She's a power house of sweetness and knowledge. Don't be afraid to ask her what she likes. I promise she won't steer you wrong... Kudos all around to the best staff and the best sticky I have seen in town! Is Lori single? What? Don't hate!

After my first visit I know I will be back very soon for some more of their top tier meds as well as exceptional service. They were crazy busy when I went in but they still acted like I was their only customer. Very friendly and a nice atmosphere.

It was my first visit to a marijuana dispensary. I really did not know what or how they would have it set up but they did OK. You can tell that young men put it all together, they need to get a girl in to arrange a few things differently but all in all, everything was accessible and easy to reach. When I came into the dispensary I was out of breath and they offered me a chair while they took my card information, ID, etc. and entered it all into the computer. They explained that whatever I bought would be automatically entered into the computer for future reference. I said to the young men that I had been waiting 50 years to be able to procure legal marijuana and now that I caddn I have to buy food because I have emphysema and cannot smoke. I have nerve pain from two crushing injuries and my pain doctor asked me if I would like to try marijuana to see if it would help with the pain. So I asked them what they had to eat and the prices. I came home with hard candy Lemon Drops, Red Raspberry Drops and Cherry Drops which were priced low. Next time I will try some of the gummy candy, some chocolate, etc. The dispensary was never real busy, there was plenty of time to ask questions and look around. I believe I will return here. It is less than 10 miles from my home. I felt very comfortable, relaxed and am looking forward to my next visit.

This place is amazing. my buddy kept telling me about it, so I figured I'd give it a chance. I wasn't disappointed. Aside from the Heavenly aroma that slides into your nostrils as you walk in, the atmosphere is fantastic. This place is like something you'd see in a movie. visually, it's stunning. That itself is enough to keep me coming back. There's also no shortage of medication. If you haven't been here, RUN down and check it out. This dispensary is the dispensary that other dispensaries want to be when they grow up.

This place is great. You walk in and greeted kindly and quickly ushered into the next room. they definitely know their shit. I come in and can say "I'm playing videogames for the next 10 hours" and they know exactly which strain works best. totally great I've been back multiple times just because of this knowledge and they're deals.

I always give these folks a look when I'm searching for a particular strain. There have been times they've come through when nobody else has what I'm looking for. For that alone I am grateful they are in business. Add to it that they have a vibe older customers like myself can feel comfortable in--win!

Could there be any better caregivers in the whole world? This dispensary is run by and supported by some of the kindest bud lovers I have ever had the pleasure to interact with! The product is gorgeous and the way they treat each other and their clients is wonderful! Imagine a world where your "doctor" actually takes the time to know you and then help you! It is like an old fashioned apothecary in a small town.... But with awesome science, clever packaging and someone who cares what you are treating your body with. I would recommend all Cannabis patients who want to be loved as well as healed go visit them.

I like this spot for when I am on the north end of town. All of the bud tenders are friendly, the staff is knowledgeable and I like the atmosphere of the dispensary. I will definitely visit again!
