What a great place! Everything from the start was professional, relaxed and smooth. Quickly processed, I felt at home. No strange attitudes nor inferior goods here. In this beautifully furnished comfort zone, I was happy to see very high standards. Nick and his colleagues are very friendly and well versed in their top notch selection. I can hardly wait to return. Oh, btw the Mean Green is so very nice!

Been checking out all the new shops in town and when I walked into this one I was blown away. They really set a bar for Eugene, the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. There was a few people ahead of me so I took up a seat in one of their chairs and gazed around to find everything they had in stock displayed on three TV screens. They took their time and did it right. The staff was great as well, not to mention the little cute woman bud tending. They answered all my questions and made sure I was good to go with everything before I left. I will be back as the product was great and affordable. My friends will hear about this place as I can't say enough good things about it.

I dont normally stop here but it was on my way. While their prices and selection were good, the budtender was rude, walked off when he was helping us and then wgen he was showing us flowe he shook the jar. When i commented that you shouldn't shak the flower like that his answer was, we do that for the smell. No it knocks the tricones off, and good flower smells as soon as you open the jar. I will go out of my way and shop at my usual place.

Went here for the first time today- here are my impressions! -Med Quality- I want to say there were 12 or so strains available. I scoped them out, and went with Queen (an old favorite), CNDEX (which may be CINEX?), and Headband- the special of the week. I took a bong rip of the head band before I sat down to log in and write this, and right now, I feel GREAT. Not the best taste in the world, or the prettiest nugs (certainly not the worst), but potency-wise, this was WELL worth the suggested donation for an eighth. Awesome. The CNDEX and QUEEN look and smell amazing- I am sure they rock. I grabbed some infused organic oil for my mom (also a patient), and I feel that it was reasonably priced, for what it is. They stock Coma Treats, and have BHO, but I didn't grab any BHO. aI HAVE had coma treats, and they are awesome- sweet-life style medibles. Grab those whenever you can to support 'em. Good people. -Service- Very welcoming- from the front of the office, to the budtenders in the back. I could tell that they are really trying to do something great- they genuinely wanted to grow in the "right" direction. Kudos. The buds were on display in small jars and large jars- the small ones could be opened, touched, and smelled- and the larger ones held the nuggetry. How dare spellcheck say nuggetry is not a word. Take note everyone else- this is the best way I have seen it done. I know what the bud smells/feels/looks like, but no one is shoving their faces in the stash jars, like at some other establishments. -Atmosphere- The prints in the waiting room got me high. Especially the one with the bridge. No-frills, but who needs 'em- it's just a waiting room. Inside, it could maybe use a splash of decor, but there were stools to chill out on, a cooler with some medibles and drinks, and a pretty comfortable over-all layout. I wasn't blown away, but it is as nice, or nicer than any other dispensary I have been to. Over-all, not a bad place. Their donations are on the $$ side (I admit it, I can be a cheapskate), but the special makes up for it. I am pretty "medicated" off that headband bong-toke right now- and I am no lightweight! Judging from what I have seen in Lane county so far- 4 1/2 Stars. Check them out.

Have visited quite a few shops around town and today's visit just jumped this shop to top of my list! Very clean, professional and kind. The displays of the medicines and glass is amazing. Jars atop the counter for prreviewing. An auomatated reader board with specials, strains and information is great. Genuwinly felt welcomed and comfortable upon arrival. I will be reccomendimg this shop to everyone i know. Thanks!

I was visiting this store as the only store I shopped at. I purchased a 1 gram cartridge here and it was still half full when it broken in my pocket about five days later. I visited to see if they would exchange the broken cartridge for a 1/2 gram cartridge. The managers were too busy to speak with me so the tender went and asked a manager who was in a meeting. I was then offered a 10% discount. I let the tender know that I wouldn't be satisfied with that so they went and talked to the manager again came back and offered me a 20% discount. I declined the 20% discount and won't ever return to this store. The tender was super nice, but I won't be back due to their management decision. If I purchase a product that is either made cheaply or has a defect and it breaks days later I expect it to be replaced, not to have to pay 80% for a return on a defective product.

Went in on a Monday for the special 10% of medibles .I came close to walking out not realizing that I hadn't received my 10 % off. Buy the Budtender that helped me Miranda caught it and went thru all the BS of fixing the mess up. I love the fact that this place won't allow anyone to leave screwed. There was one other time ,with someone new that messed .By the time I had reached my chair

I wanted to write a completely positive review of this place because it's been one of my 3 go to's in Eugene, but with the taxes kicking in and the shop not eating any of the percentage for their customers is a little shocking. I was hoping with a place that treats their customers the way they do, which is in an amazing manner, that they might at least eat 10-15% of the tax just to keep their whole client tel instead of driving out those people that really can't afford the extra 16.25 on a top shelf quarter. I will still be visiting because I think it will still be one of the better places in town but it will definitely deter me from going nearly as often as I have been unfortunately. Best regards -Max

We've been going here for awhile, both medicinal and recreational, and have noticed a drop in quality of the late. Flower tends to run a bit dry and employee was adamant about not having Frank's Gift for years when I bought it there within the last six months. Love that it's so close to us but hoping the quality improves so we don't have to go elsewhere!

Had a faulty cartridge and was easily able to do a refund. Much appreciated. This is why I frequent this dispensary. Thanks guys

The Herbal Connection is my go-to place for most things cannabis. The Herbal Connection exhibits among the most positive business environmént and business plan for the average consumer. In addition they honor credit cards and debit cards making shopping quite a bit easier than in most dispensaries. Furthermore the products they carry are top quality and usually readily available. I find Jimmy to be one of the most knowledgeable Bud tenders I've found, having visited many shops in Eugene Corvallis and elsewhere around Oregon. Jimmy knows his stuff backwards and forwards and is extremely helpful on all fronts! Jimmy is my go-to dude! ps. I've been shopping here for 3 years.

Nice shop & the bud tenders are even better! Stopped in last night and a gentleman with tatoos and gauges helped me. He was very knowledgeable and not only helped me with the product I stopped in for, but also introduced me to a couple new things that I am loving Definitely coming back to learn more from him and get some more awesome deals

Been coming here for a while now and its one of my favorite places to shop. But in my last few visits ive noticed the budtenders sift through and only pick the smaller buds with bigger and thick stems, skipping over others without. And to me this means youre trying short me on the amount im actually getting. I hope this isnt their new way of doings things and it wasnt on purpose. But when buying a large amount and I see the tender do this it makes me not trust them very much. Purposefully giving me the buds that have big stems.

This is my absolute favorite place for concentrates. They have the biggest selection and best prices that I have seen when it comes to shatter. They even have $25 after-tax grams of shatter also. I'm blessed to live only a few miles away to such a great dispensary
