I went around to each medicinal dispensary in Eugene and by far this is my go-to. I live near Downtown Eugene, but having lived in Los Angeles for 20 years, the 5 mile trek north is nothing. I love everything about THC; the customer service is spectacular each time becoming more and more personable I go. The quality and unlimited amounts of herb and concentrates, always keeps me steady on my feet. Absolutely the dispensary I recommend everyone to.

I have only been in a few local shops. I love the customer service and l knowledge staff at THC. They take time to help you select what will help you most and are kind and respectful. Great atmosphere and great products at great prices. It has become our go to shop for our natural medical needs.

This is my absolute go-to dispensary. I LOVE how knowledgeable the budBenders are and they are always so friendly.

Always one of my favorite spots to go pick up my meds from! Best staff and product in the area period, no questions asked!! The owners are some of the best growers/extractors in the state for sure and I'll tell you what, white label and top shelfs concentrates will blow the doors off of most of the concentrates on the market I'll guarantee it! Come check these guys out, I promise you will not be disappointed. With the best product and staff in the city, how could you go wrong?:)

These guys are great. had a totally awkward thing happen where I pushed one of the bud containers over the edge, broke, and felt bad. they didn't give me a hard time about it and made me feel better. Great people!

Great people, knowledgeable... Bright and clean inside shop. Product and gear well-displayed and spaced in a non-cluttered way. As to the flower, I've been to several dispensaries in town, and am consistently pleased by THC's offerings - both in terms of variety and quality. Flower is generally well-trimmed and cured. Vibrant - at rec prices, I want the aroma to jump out of the jar - and THC delivers consistently. Bargain flower is always worth it as well. Many places bargain jars are either filled with old or poorly-trimmed herb. Not the case with the Herbal Connection. I recommend highly - certainly over any of the other shops in the North Eugene area.

This is the only dispensary I get my meds from. Top quality flowers and concentrates. I love how they have weekly specials if you want to save a little money. The staff is always awesome and provide great service. I highly recommend checking out this dispensary.

The staff members are always excellent in the ways of knowledge, friendlines, and making sure that their customer feels comfortable. Their prices are beyond reasonable. Definite recommendation. 👍

My go to place for anything and everything. They have a great selection of herb and also have a lot of different tiers for all budgets! They have a huge selection of concentrates. They almost always have the best prices for everything compared to local competitors. They have a wall of joints for those looking for that as well. The selection of smoking apparel and accessories is pretty good and great quality. You can not beat the grab eights too!! I have been here probably 50 times in the year I’ve been in Eugene and always end up back. I have tried more than half the stores in Eugene and Springfield and they are the winners. The staff is usually super willing to spend all the time in the world to help you find what you need. I will definitely be back as always! Their bulk deals are second to none! Thanks for the help!

Been coming to this store since it first opened. I live 25+ miles away and many other dispensaries are closer but these folks have the best selection, awesome bud tenders and incredible discounts/specials. Great store and you need to check it out!!!

I love this place. My number one place for flower except sundays when nectar has their half oz for under 60 bucks. Few days ago i decided to get a gram of concentrate. I usually make my own concentrates as it's much cheaper than what the dispensaries charge nowadays. I got a gram of sour wedding cake. Smell was awesome and taste was just okay..after smoking a couple bowls over the last two days i noticed i was getting a sore throat..the same kind I'd get if didn't evaporate my concentrate properly. So i performed a test. I heated my concentrate up to see if it was my imagination or if in fact there was residual alcohol leftover. To my surprise it started to bubble. Now that it's all evaporated it tastes sooo much better. Needless to stay I'll stick to flower for now. Never had any complaints there.

Nice looking shop, good location, decent selection. The flowers looked on point, got to try it, and my lungs set on fire. I am extremely sensitive to cannabis grown with any sort of chemicals. I did not ask if the flowers were in fact 100% Organic and that is my fault not theirs. I will not be returning as I need my medication to be grown in a specific way. I am sure for someone who does not care about organics and the extra cost that comes with them will be happy here. For those of you with sensitivity to these things, be wary and ask before you buy.

Honestly my favorite dispensary around! The best selection of concentrates and flower that is unbeaten. A place to revisit regularly!

Gone to this location several times. Always friendly staff, even when the place is slightly crowded you always get taken care of. Last time in, I grabbed some Golden Pineapple, and was very pleased. High quality flower visibly drenched in trichomes, as always. Wide variety of strains, flower and concentrate, sizable glass and edible selection as well.

Great service and they hooked it up on Halloween this year! Open room that serves multiple patients at a time. Was a little hard for me to hear but they have a great selection and great specials! Loved the gummiez they have and the free gram of Blue Magoo was awesome!
