i love this store. the employees are so super friendly and very helpful. and they always have what im looking for and at great prices to match.

My favorite dispensary so far all the way around. Very well staffed, the largest variety of options and the medical and recreational sides are well separated. They are super friendly and well informed as well as being very helpful.

I love this place. My number one place for flower except sundays when nectar has their half oz for under 60 bucks. Few days ago i decided to get a gram of concentrate. I usually make my own concentrates as it's much cheaper than what the dispensaries charge nowadays. I got a gram of sour wedding cake. Smell was awesome and taste was just okay..after smoking a couple bowls over the last two days i noticed i was getting a sore throat..the same kind I'd get if didn't evaporate my concentrate properly. So i performed a test. I heated my concentrate up to see if it was my imagination or if in fact there was residual alcohol leftover. To my surprise it started to bubble. Now that it's all evaporated it tastes sooo much better. Needless to stay I'll stick to flower for now. Never had any complaints there.

I absolutely love this place! I used to go to the Flower Shop downtown but Herbal Connection is certainly the best spot for my husband and I now. It's a perfect location, the exterior changes have been great additions, and both the staff and products are always fantastic. Keep it up Herbal Connection!

What a great group of people.... was over in that side of town having a bad day.... decided to drop in and see what i could do to alleviate my panic attack on a minuscule budget..... and they really helped me out without a smidgen of judgement but with a plethora of compassion..... I drive on the 569 every day and saw the sign many times so popped on it... so happy I did. I wish i could remember their names... but to the cool dude in the back (eugene future gets 5 thumbs up from me) and the awesome chick in the front.... I am ever so grateful for your knowledge, compassion, and assistance. <3 will be back to see you soon.

These guys are great. had a totally awkward thing happen where I pushed one of the bud containers over the edge, broke, and felt bad. they didn't give me a hard time about it and made me feel better. Great people!

Great people, knowledgeable... Bright and clean inside shop. Product and gear well-displayed and spaced in a non-cluttered way. As to the flower, I've been to several dispensaries in town, and am consistently pleased by THC's offerings - both in terms of variety and quality. Flower is generally well-trimmed and cured. Vibrant - at rec prices, I want the aroma to jump out of the jar - and THC delivers consistently. Bargain flower is always worth it as well. Many places bargain jars are either filled with old or poorly-trimmed herb. Not the case with the Herbal Connection. I recommend highly - certainly over any of the other shops in the North Eugene area.

I went around to each medicinal dispensary in Eugene and by far this is my go-to. I live near Downtown Eugene, but having lived in Los Angeles for 20 years, the 5 mile trek north is nothing. I love everything about THC; the customer service is spectacular each time becoming more and more personable I go. The quality and unlimited amounts of herb and concentrates, always keeps me steady on my feet. Absolutely the dispensary I recommend everyone to.

This is the only dispensary I get my meds from. Top quality flowers and concentrates. I love how they have weekly specials if you want to save a little money. The staff is always awesome and provide great service. I highly recommend checking out this dispensary.

Been to a different dispensaries around the city but now can compare. Was personally taken care by Zach, answered in detail different questions I had for a free strains. The location is beautiful, amazing they had parking! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again and have recommended to different friends.

I am grateful to have the best dispensary in Lane County in my neighborhood. As a woman, I always feel completely safe when I come to The Herbal Center. Clean, modern, with a huge waiting room with big screen TV's for you to peruse their menus, and their meds are Top Shelf. Even their bargain bud looks top shelf too me!

I had never been in before and called to see how much their RSO was because their menu didn't list the suggested donation. When I called to ask before I decided where to purchase the large amount of RSO I need to treat my Crohn's Disease ($250+) I was told they would not discuss the price with me over the phone. As someone with severe Crohn's Disease I don't know why The Herbal Centre would ASSUME I can or am able to take the time and the effort to visit in-person just to find out the donation, when every other dispensary lists their suggested donations online so that those of us with chronic diseases can be smart in how we choose to spend our time and energy in finding our medicine. From a business standpoint and a medical standpoint this policy makes no sense, and drives away customers. I will continue to support the other dispensaries I've had positive experiences with in the future, rather than The Herbal Centre.
