Amazing and helpful staff!

I was scared my first time here. The staff made me feel welcomed and even gave me a bottle of water! Such excellent customer ! Even better they have a parking lot! I know I'm in the right place.

I am new to this cannabis world and I was very nervous about trying cannabis. When I first walked in, all I can say was this place is amazing! I had a great experience coming here: the customer service is excellent and the staff is kind, knowledgeable, and very passionate about their work, they really cared about me. They have tons of free giveaways which is always awesome! They give away tickets to events, you get a free swag bag, and many other giveaways. It's an awesome place to try out especially for first time customers, I guarantee you will go back for more!

Good evening this is my first time visiting. My Pleasant Adventure started out meeting Najee she was really informative she Express the knowledge that she had with every item that would assist my injury and also informed me what to use in case of any type of situation that would cause me to be uncomfortable with my first time experience then my encounter was mister hunter mister hunter assisted me with my lack of knowledge of the pricing he showed me how to make things work and do it with my patience because I misplaced my wallet so he had a lot of patience for me . This experience was pleasant friendly com and the ambiance was really satisfying my first time at the HC Center

Man I don't know where to start, what sold me on this place was their hours and location. I love the fact they are open 7 days a week and long hours. Its easy for me to stop in after work with out worrying about having to rush to get there. They have the largest selection out of all the places that I have been to. The fact that they had a parking lot was the cherry on top of the sundae for me. I have to say though the staff is what keeps me coming back, you guys are the best thanks THC

Man this place has the best selection by far! I love the fact that they have all of their stains on display and they always have sweet specials. All of the people that work there are so welcoming and really know their cannabis. It was awesome not having to worry about parking with their huge lot. The location was easy to get to off the expressway as well.If you are looking for a dispensary to switch to, I highly recommended you check out THC!

Every single time I visit this center I’m instantly gratified! Every one from Rosa, Zach and every single person who attends you is hospitable. Superb medicine, so much to try and choose from all on display. Always look forward to going back. Extremely recommend.

Great atmosphere - comfy couches and free coffee in the waiting area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The viewing/buying area is set up nicely and they carry the products of the best cultivators. There are large monitors on one wall that list, by vendor, what is available and st what cost. I tried shatter for the first time, and they were quite helpful in selecting a product and a method of use. -Jennifer M.

It hurts me to write this, as I've had nothing but great experiences with the staff behind the counter. However, on 4/3, I was called a derogatory term for homosexual by a member of the security team. Upon realizing what was said, this person tried to rectify the situation by offering me a free pre roll joint, which left me not only offended by the ridiculousness of, but also something they were not authorized to do. I found the entire situation left a terrible taste in my mouth. Instead of feeling welcome, I felt the total opposite. The owner was too busy to talk to me after I was told we would have the opportunity to discuss. I cannot in good faith recommend anybody patronize this business

The overall experience here is excellent. Ive been coming here since it opened and they have been kind and helpful since day 1. I live nearby and no longer have to drive a long distance to get my medication. Ive recently tried edibles (they work great) instead of just smoking and its nice to have an option when I'm at my doctors office or a smoke free environment. Check this place out! Satisfaction guaranteed.

THC Center absolutely blew me away. First of all, the building itself is stunning. They have a HUGE parking lot, and the most beautiful reception/showroom that I have ever seen in a dispensary. Secondly, the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like family. They offered me something to drink, helped me fill out my paperwork, and got me back to the showroom in less than 5 minutes. The budtenders gave me their full attention and let me smell all of their samples. I left feeling like a million dollars!! The product I purchased made me feel even better. I honestly cannot wait to come back for my next visit. Job well done THC Center!!!!
