I really love the respect an dedication that the team goes way beyond helping me I also wanted to say thank you last week the store lost wifi connection to the state it was down for hrs.anyway I stayed Anthony an his team brought out Dunkin donuts coffee anything to satisfy his customer well I would like to thank the whole herbal care team you guys rock

The med sign up process was a breeze, front desk person was very nice. one of the managers had to help me with my selection and he was not wrong at all. will visit again, only problem I had is that my first tender did not have much knowledge about terpenes or profiles. Manager did know and gave me a good recommendation on katsu bubba. I would go on a non rec day if there is any, probably less hectic for the staff to be able to talk to you or to see a strain consultant. will be back

I really enjoyed speaking with Anthony, the GM. Extremely friendly and down to earth. I came in knowing what I was looking for yet asked a few questions and was able to dial in what to buy. Can't say enough about Anthony. If you are semi-experienced and come in with a benchmark for product, you can be in and out pretty quickly. Be prepared to wait if you're buying Adult Use, yet wait times and selection for medicinal patients are much better.

I recently got my med card and was recommended this place by several people. It did not disappoint! It’s a really, really nice facility and staff are very pleasant and attentive. I’m looking forward to coming back!

The wellness advisor we had was so nice and very thoughtful. I kinda knew what I wanted going on but my husband didn’t he told him and he gave us his opinion and it was a good one!

I’ve been coming to the THC since recreational sales began in January. I chose it for location, but stayed for the people. Everyone here is friendly (including security) and knowledgeable. The shop is well-organized and the stock is great - I’ve always been able to get what I want OR (at the recommendation of a budtender) something I’ve discovered to like even better. I recently stopped in for a pre-scheduled appointment, which was much appreciated and went smoothly. The THC has earned my loyalty for sure!

I like the special 1:1 care that each budtender gives you when you are being serviced. From the front desk check in to the check out it's smooth and not intimidating.
