I liked the cleanines,respectful workers, there lobby were you can help yourself to coffee an tea until your ready to be seen you really dont have to wait once signed in you go straight to the store area an they help you from there.

It's a surreal experience going from shady deals and head shops to purchasing medical marijuana at a legitimate business. The Herbal Care Center is brightly lit and welcoming and the staff is knowledgeable about their product. They were able to recommend specific strains for my particular medical condition, and to offer those strains in multiple different delivery methods -- flowers, resins, and a wide selection of edibles. They also carry glassware and other accessories for using their products. The prices are reasonable and the selection and expertise can't be beat. Heads up: It's cash only and their ATM does not always work. Overall, I would highly recommend this location for all of your THC needs.

I have been here a handful of times and it’s been amazing every time. The product selection is amazing, the prices are decent, there are weekly specials, oh.. don’t forget about the “Wheel of Fortune” with chances to win free products, or up to 12% off your order!

The herbal care center has a super friendly environment from the front desk staff to the staff in the back. I’m a veteran and I get medical services from the Jesse Brown VA which is in walking distance from the herbal care center. The deals are amazing, the lobby is state of the art. The wait time is absolutely reasonable especially on the busy days like fridays. I’ve already recommended the herbal care center to a lot of my veteran buddies.

I had never been to a dispensary before. The lobby is clean and offers refreshments. The check-in is easy and the people in the showroom are very helpful.

I have went to this dispensary for over a year now and plan on continuing using this location as long as I am living in Chicago. They have great deals and friendly staff.

First , I feel it should be knowledge that I feel very safe when I’m entering, inside, & exiting their facility in the area . There security is tight, but I fully appreciate The Herbal Care Center taking the security measures needed . It is to protect the *healing & wellness* of myself, staff , and the other patients . Thank you .. Every time I walk through the doors ( well lol, roll through the doors, spinal cord injury ) , I always take away different , yet memorable experience. There is a genuine feeling of healing & care.The herbal care center building environment and staff are phenomenal. I was there at 7:30 PM and it was closing time on a Friday. As a staff member I would try to rush to get out. But their staff made sure all patients were taken care of, kind , and welcomed. Even though it was a TGIF kind of workday . But every employee stayed on point and they were supportive and helpFull. The med sign up process was a breeze, front desk person was very nice. one of the managers had to help me with my selection and he was not wrong at all. will visit again, only problem I had is that my first tender did not have much knowledge about terpenes or profiles. Manager did know and gave me a good recommendation on katsu bubba. I would go on a non rec day if there is any, probably less hectic for the staff to be able to talk to you or to see a strain consultant. will be back
