The atmosphere

THC is my first ever dispensary in Illinois and I am happy I chose this center to take care of my medical needs. New patients are offered an array of discounts to take advantage of (totally not the reason why I'm here *cough cough*) and even offer a spinning wheel of prizes if you spend $140 or more. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. One complaint is they lack any variety when it comes to Ounces and 1/2 OZs being sold, not everyone wants an ounce of Cresco Jack Herrer. A variety of sizes and selections of Gold Leafs flower would be a more than welcome addition to the menu as opposed to just grams and 8ths. My only other complaint would be the slightly pricey 8ths that can retail for upwards to $70 (ridiculous) but that is the cost of quality medicinal cannabis in this state for now. Nonetheless the location is convenient and I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested!

I purchased the Mary muscle freeze cream , IGF Topical and it really. I rubbed it on my knees and legs and the pain is gone. I can rest now.

2nd visit here after changing my dispensary. I really love this place. Yesterday the young lady helping explained everything. Today even though some of the items I wanted on sale were sold out they did have comparable products and I am super happy with my purchase and the help I received there.

This dispensary has a very large selection. I have been twice so far. The first time they weren't super helpful, despite knowing it was my first time. Don't make the same mistake I did and think the displayed options are the only options (yes, I realize this is dumb, I was buying pot, so back off). The sales staff clearly has favorite strains and aren't the best at making recommendations, so would recommend doing your research first. Luckily they have an online menu. Besides the lack of sales the rest of the place is great. Large selection (ask for the book), if you spend $145 you get to spin the prize wheel, and check out is always fast and easy. Would recommend for those who are experienced and know what they want. Would not recommend for newbies.

The Herbal Care Center located in Chicago is very clean and organized. They offer a variety of flowers, extracts, edibles and accessories. They make you feel like family. Paul Hunter

The area is fine with me because I grew up on the Westside of Chicago. The staff our warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable.

everyone here is thorough and kind and does a great job explaining the products through and through. Their 10% veteran discount is a sweet bonus too

Sold out of recreational product

I did not have a clue what to expect, but walked away informed and impressed. As a caretaker I needed to address specific symptoms. Sarah listened and knew exactly what to recommend. She was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. I did not have a wait time and everyone was friendly and helpful. The entire atmosphere is sleek and comfortable. Highly recommended!
