This place is amazing! Well-organized and clean showroom, about 20 different display cases of product with a great section of pipes, and they even have sample jars! The customer service was great as well as I had all of my questions answered with professional knowledge during my last visit and they made me feel comfortable as a first-time visitor. I’ll be back and probably won’t visit anywhere else! Also, as a first-time patient you get coupons, I mean come on who doesn’t love coupons.

I think the dispensary is great but I think you lack security in the parking lot. The wooden fence is too small.

Everyone there is so knowledgable and always on point as to what might be helpful for me. Anthony and Kara both made suggestions that were great when the strains I wanted weren't available.

This is the first dispensary I have been to and can’t imagine the need to go anywhere else. Friendly staff greets you and offers you water or coffee. They assisted me with my paperwork do to an error with the state. Once inside I felt like I was at Nordstrom. AWESOME!!!

You guys set the standard when it comes to Cannabis!!! Their facility makes you feel like you are at a SPA. Their staff is great especially Rosa. They always answer all my questions and help me pick out great stuff. They have me pumped for their 420 event, so much that I am taking the day off work!!!

I have visited all of the Medical Marijuana stores in Chicago. This one has the largest selection of any dispensary I have seen. The staff is knowledgable on the strains and are genuinely nice people. As a veteran I really appreciate the discounts!

This place sucks if you’re a rec. smoker. First time I went had an appointment and waited an hour in line just to finally get to the bud tender and have him tell me I couldn’t buy the weed I wanted because it was for “The medical patients.“ I get that but that was not clear on their web site. Second time no wait but same outcome they told me what I saw on their web site was wrong and I couldn’t buy the CBD strain because their medical patients really liked it. Seems like someone should fix the web site for clarification instead of wasting people’s time especially since my drive there is 30 minutes and even if I am not a medical patient I too benefit from the CBD strain.

I started going there when I first got my medical card about nine months ago. I didn’t really feel very welcomed they seem like they were trying to just rush people in and out and there was one particular female worker there with red hair who just has such a horrible attitude every single time when I’ve been in there. I just can’t even look at her in the face anymore and I try to avoid her. She along with other employees have such a horrible attitude and like I said they all seemed pit of it. I own a business as well in Oak Park if my employees acted the way that your employees do they would all be fired understand it’s a medical marijuana facility but there has to be some type of respect for the client and there that has to be some type of responsibility by the employees which there’s absolutely none every time I go there. The last guy that helped me seem like he was out of it is seemed like he was on something other than cannabis. I will be calling corporate and letting them known.

I went to The Herbal Care Center with my daughter to get treatment for her MS. We were not sure what to expect but we were beyond impressed, it was like walking into an Apple Store, that feels like a spa in Las Vegas. Everything was clean, modern, and very well laid out. My Budtender was very educational and explained all the different options my daughter could do for her treatment...lotions, edibles, CBD oils, THC free options and Many more! I would recommend The Herbal Care center to anyone looking for help.

Boom! Just like that I finally found my favorite dispensary. After visiting about 5 other places I have no reason to every want to switch again. This place is AWESOME! They had a ton of product on sale and had a lot more strains on display then the other places I visited. If you're looking for a dispensary to register at, do yourself a favor pick THE HERBAL CARE CENTER!

The Herbal Care Center (THC) is honestly the best dispensary that I have visited Chicago. I started out at Dispensary 33. Though the staff there is great and knowledgeable, they lack the variety that THC does. I also tried MOCA, but again, they did not have the variety of choices that THC does, and although there are a few great people on staff, they aren't as consistently personable as the individuals at THC. Now that The Herbal Care Center is my dispensary, I cannot fathom patronizing any other. Everyone on the staff, is knowledgeable, patient and honest in the care they provide. Mike, Conner and Anthony, three of the general managers, run a smooth operation where they also interact with the clients on a routine basis, allowing them to keep their fingers on the pulse of their client base to identify and address issues and concerns, especially during the cannabis shortage in Illinois and the current COVID-19 crisis. They have demonstrated that they put their customers FIRST. The immediate adoption of additional security measures, clear and open communication of those measures and their solid implementation kept us safe and eased our fears about leaving the safety of our homes. The Herbal Care Center wonderful and inviting environment with a chill atmosphere; a compassionate and knowledgeable staff; and the availability of an excellent selection of choices for medical cannabis patients that cannot be matched. Whether a medical patient, caregiver or recreational user, this establishment will be able to meet your needs with professionalism and expertise. THC is absolutely BEST in Chi-Town!!

I really love the setting here. I appreciate being able to bring my non-weed card friends in with me, at least into the lobby. The lobby has coffee and snacks and is temperate. The service is great and I like that you can request items and call and ask about them. I would appreciate a comprehensive menu with all the items and deals listed on it so I’m not looking back and forth between menus.

Clean & organized, professional, knowledgeable. For a first time buyer who did research prior to her first visit, it was time consuming and overwhelming. My tender was VERY cool, professional, and patient with me. Great experience overall. Wondering if there is some questionnaire that could be developed prior to entry to save time, confusion, and center in on most beneficial strains? Thanks so much! The ones I went with are great!
