Smallish lobby and product room, but great service, prices and quality! Love the wholesale pricing and the HUGE selection. Almost overwhelming if it weren't so much fun! Great flowers in every price range!

The Herb Center is my medicine shop of choice in town. My medical condition has kept me from working, so money is slim, and the Herb Center keeps their prices reasonable for patients without skimping on quality.

The Herb Center has been my favorite shop to visit, since getting my medical card. Their service is unbeatable, their variety is unmatched. Bud quality is mid-high. I haven't found anything that works for my cluster headaches, but everything here has helped my stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, nausea, and fatigue. I love this store!!! Always lots of good specials. The girls are amazing, very nice and helpful.

Going in for the first time, they made me feel quite comfortable. Sharing that I was Very Old School when it came to "weed", they helped educate me on the latest information. Helped me pick out what I needed for my health issues. I love going back to them, even after checking some of the others in town. Very professional, yet casual and friendly. I'll keep going back 😀👍

I have been coming here since day 1! I went in the other day and was very disappointed in how people were treated. I do not live in Bend and we travel JUST to get our herb in Bend every few weeks. we spend good money there. I was greeted with attitude and I guess I was interfering with this girls convo with her coworker about a guy who was a "douche canoe". she rolled her eyes when I asked about the specials and treated me like I was just bothering her. I was advised there was no specials. I got way less than i planned on getting at this point. I am walking out the door and I hear the sweet guy tell his customer "here is the new menu and specials for today". QHAT IN THE ACTUAL HECK? We went in intending to spend a bit of cash and left with 2 pre rolls AND went to find a new dispensary in town who would at least be kind and not treat people like shit. Brad should be highly disappointed that he has lost at LEAST 2 dedicated customers of many years. I miss Dani and Brad from the good ol days of trying to actually help the OMMP community. very sad to make this post.

There’s a few really really nice bud tenders here who are really willing to help and show you whatever strains you wanna see and generally be cool and genuine humans. The long time girls who have worked there forever are awesome as well. (Amanda / Jessie) Then there are the other few who work there I can assume all these other reviews are referring to. Absolutely 100% correct they are. These few salty, rude, unhelpful, inconsiderate employees are ruining your reputation, but I’m not sure that really matters as money is the key. Lots of people will shop there regardless but I guarantee you’re losing more money on customers who won’t shop there anymore, then you're paying these kids to spoil your business. What’s the worth in keeping them employed? If you can’t be nice to people working as a budtender in a pot shop, I see an issue with that. Maybe they can go trim bud instead. Totally understand having to deal with people all day and the aggitation that comes with that but honestly it’s so bad and it’s uncalled for. I like the product being sold there these days, but not sure how much longer I can justify shopping there if I’m going to be treated with such shitty attitudes. I cross my fingers I get a nice helpful budtender before I get there because the unhelpful ones can really make your trip in the shop an uncomfortable one.

I think I know which female staff person that everybody complains about I have used this store many times and and it just seems to be one bud tender in particular and she is not very nice at all I don’t know why they keep her employed she has no knowledge of the products and if you ask her to look or check for anything for you she throws a temper tantrum. It make you want to shop someplace else even if it’s out of your way. Plus they only give a 5% discount to veterans while all the other shops in Bend give a 15 to 25% discount to veterans

I wish I could rate the Service lower than one star. There is always a ridiculously long line and at the end of it you get some budtender that doesn't know what they're selling, and frankly don't care. They always have the worst attitude ever. I don't understand why the line is so long when they have so much space... They need to rethink their use of space for sure. Also, they have really great prices!

Ordered 3 items on line. Then notified that order was ready. Perfect so far 🙂 When I arrive I was told only one item was available. I feel I should have been notified that my order couldn't be filled. Had to stand in line anyway. BUT....the lady(w/long black hair) that helped me was OUTSTANDING and therefore waiting in line was worth it. And the products she recommended were perfect!

I absolutely love the staff they are friendly and helpful! My Husbands and I haven't gone to anyother dispensery and only recommend the Herb center! Thanks guys!

Happy Holidays everyone! Decided to treat myself to an early Xmas gift, and that CBD Clear has me feeling pretty Merry; its also got a really nice minty (2/2) terp flavor. Oh! & check out the Jack Herer Live Resin if you get a chance, I can't get over the taste- stuff's candy!

So my wife went in and purchased a piece of glass as a gift for me, the sales rep handed her the receipt and told her she had 14 days to exchange since it was a gift and he helped her pick what HE thought I would like. Well I didn't like it so we went back receipt in hand to exchange for another piece. The sales rep was ready to help us and well right before we picked another piece the ASSITANT MANAGER cam down stairs and said all sale were final!!! Please spend your money at a place that doesn't lie and take advantage of a woman whose 2nd language is english and was trying to buy a gift. What a way to treat folks who have been customers for over 10 years never again will we spend a dime here. The worst service ever, I get you have policies but if your sales rep lies then you should handle that situation differently

I like that they have expanded and can serve more than one customer at a time now. If you ever have an issue you can come back with product and they will work on making you happy with your order. This is my #1 dispensary in Bend OR.

Nice buds, nice people , nice prices. Have always loved the outside of this sweet old landmark.The waiting area is super cramped and uncomfortable.

i came in and got blue widow flower and gods dream concentrate both were great an the service was wonderful id definitely reccomend this place
