The Herb Center- Bend

I’ve been coming to the Herb Center for years, however I will be shopping elsewhere going forward. The staff was point-blank rude and gave the impression we were inconveniencing them by showing up. Couldn’t read the strain names on the jars so I asked to see and smell several strains, again inconveniencing the budtender apparently. The bud I looked at was all poor quality. Definitely not A, B or even C-sized nugs, more like leftover. I’m super disappointed.

The budtender's did not know how to answer any of my questions and their products are mediocre. Prices are cheap but you definitely get what you pay for, and this is the crappy cheap stuff for sure.

Think of this place as the Costco of cannabis. Huge selection of Ganga goodies. Great friendly staff...not “mean girls”😉. Do your homework and at least have an idea of what you’re looking for. Working retail is trying enough, especially when it’s as busy as ‘The Barn’...so don’t be a dick. You wouldn’t go to a bar and expect to be informed about every aspect of each bottle. Veterans get a 10% discount.🇺🇸 Arguably the best joint in Bend.

very unknown legible and unfriendly budtenders. they were like the Mean Girls from high school. Is childish is that is it fits. I've been there many times in the passed, it has changed. I will never go back.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Service is horrible. All the female staff is beyond rude and totally unknowledgeable about their product. I asked a single question about concentrates and she rolled her eyes and didn’t even answer my question before she rudely brushed me off. Not only is the staff horrid, they have double charged me multiple times. I only found out because I checked my bank statements. They also talk smack about their coworkers right in front of costumers. There’s plenty of amazing dispensaries in Bend, this is NOT one of them.

People managing and working at the Herb Center were not polite. Not one of them smiled - not one. The budtender that waited on us did not know the product they were selling. Will not go back.

The best of the best. Quality meds, employees who treat u like family, safe, professional, and a great selection of edibles. Thank u for being a great resource to our community.

Another wonderful place for patients to get high quality medicine in Central Oregon. Love the edibles.

Pre packaged bud was almost a year old, packaged 8/2016, purchased 7/2017. one employee was rude when I chose their pre packaged product over their jars on the shelf. very odd. At least the smoke is cheap.

My husband and I love going in here! We have visited most of the dispensaries in Bend now and are now very loyal to The Herb Center. All of the employees are extremely professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. They have a very wide variety of medication and a large selection of "medibles" as well. They always have an accurate suggestion based on your symptoms and I've never been disappointed with anything I've brought home from them.

I've been to many cannabis centers in Bend and found Caleb at the Herb Center was not only extremely knowledgeable and professional but also very caring and compassionate. I had been to the herb center in the past and didn't care for the service I received. The woman I worked with seemed annoyed to be answering my questions. I’ve been waited on by the same woman twice and she is rude and condescending. As I read other posts I’m finding others have had the same experience with the women there. Not sure why. They may need training or an attitude adjustment. As I was walking out I spoke with Caleb and he totally turned my perception of the Herb Center around. He was engaging and genuinely interested in providing me with exactly what I needed. Then I asked about pet meds and he referred me to Simply CBD and they took care of me as well. I will definitely go back to the Herb Center but only if Caleb is there to help me.

Very low quality flower and rude female staff with zero knowledge about the product. All flower had no smell, bone dry and looked 2 years old. I walked out and won’t go back, I’m local and do not recommend this place

The best selection and prices in town that I have found. The staff is great too. The only negative, I'd say, is the no touching policy. I much prefer the shopping at dispensaries that have sample jars you can handle and open and smell. The selection is so big, which is not a bad thing, that it is a little uncomfortable for me to keep asking "Ooo can I see that one? I recommend looking over the menu here before going in. Overall though, the best spot in town in my opinion

The first place I went after I got my card 2 years and will never stop going back because they got the jack, Jack Herer that is that is. And the best prices in town. Always willing to help and best customer service anywhere. Dave's not here man.

Been going to this place for a few years. The staff is all very helpful. There concentrates are awesome. Love being able to use a concentrate that is smooth and doesn't burn. CO2 Oil is awesome! Keep it up guys!

Favorite place in bend.

A great dispensary with wonderful meds, people and service. The shop is a little small so can be busy and congested. Prices quite reasonable with weekly specials.

i have been a client of THC for about a year now . ive been to almost all the dispenserys in bend . i go all the across town and past 5 other dispenserys to get my meds at THC . the staff is very professional and knowlagable . they are very patiant with me and i can be a tough customer with lots of stupid ??. i woul recomend THC to all of my friends . check them out you wont be disapointed.

So, there are now 13 dispensaries in Bend, and I've been to all but 1 of them. I have a few I really like for various reasons that you can read about in thier respective reviews. That being said, THC is my "all around" favorite. There's really nothing to NOT like about this dispensary. The prices are reasonable, the selection is awesome and they have a few exclusive strains that I enjoy. Everything is high quality from their flowers to their edibles and extracts. They run regular awesome specials that change regularly. I'm especially a fan of their CO2 oil. So, on to the staff.... Everyone is friendly and helpful from the owner all the way down to the newest girl. I really like the people here. They are fun and always make your feel welcome. There are a lot of choices in Bend, but THC stands out from the pack with consistency, value, quality AND service. Did I mention express ordering? If you don't want to visit and browse, call them up...they'll get your order ready before you show up! I could go on for days, but you're best off just coming in and checking these guys out. You won't regret it!

Best shop in town people! These people really put a lot of hard work in what they do, and it shows. Best stuff, hands down.

Having just moved here from LA, I would like to share a popular California saying with my new Oregon Neighbors who complain about rudeness, "if you want a friend, get a dog." I came here for weed. It is the best in town with the best prices. My service was very good, but even if it wasn't that would be ok as long as the weed and price stayed great. I find friends at social gatherings, get my car fixed at the mechanics, buy food at Trader Joe's. I come here for the best quality and priced cannabis around. If you want the best pot at the best price, you should come here too, make your friends elsewhere.
