i just honestly cant stand this dispenserary. Overpriced, Weed isn't special and you cant even call to get a hold of anyone... just goes straight to voicemail EVERYTIME... honestly only go here when i habe to because its the closest to me 😒

Well they always have quality weed they just don’t hold up to there deals. I have had the buy 10 eights get one free which is 500$ spent to only be told we do t honor it anymore when I had a full card. And I was spending an additional 240$ on this pour jade alone. Oh and I am a medical patient who can never get ahold of anyone other than counter help and they have never offered any bonus to make up for it.

I came there as a first time patient and BOGO they offer for me, I got there and it was bait and switch, only BOGO on one item!! It said in ad BOGO and Leafly same BOGO for new patients, I didn't appreciate driving there and it was one item, I came to buy several items but got only two , I will not be going back, Isaiah the one who helped me knew about it and apologize for misrepresentation but no BOGO:(

they have a buy one get one on flower but they don't let you select the one that's free unlike most places. they give u a weak purple punch an they is no warming . it's false advertising when everyone ones else has a buy one get one free of your choice. they should put buy one get a free purple punch so we can research the products. I want be going back for any BOGO free with this shady practice

This was a pretty decent dispensary until they decided to not include taxes in there price. Now there is nothing great about this place. Not a bad place just know that there are better deals out there for your meds.

Budtender was amazing very nice and knowledgeable. However it was the WORST bud I've had in a long time worse than Reggie.I was super excited to try the Clementine but then I did and it had the worst taste ever, similar to dirt weed and to say the least it's weak. I should have looked at it better because when I did this morning in the light I quickly realized why I was so disappointed.So I'm sure they have to have some good product because this was my second time in and they were much better the first time, just really look before you buy and stay away from the batch of Clementine or other SF grown products.

This is the absolute best dispensary in town. I have been to quite a few others, and their products and service are second to none. Sunflower has the most beautiful bud I've ever seen, as if they only hand picked the best. They then let you pick out your own gram, 1/4, 1/8, etc., but keep the portions in the small pouches rather than having it in a big jar and overexposing it to the air. Always fresh, always tasty! The staff is very informative, friendly, and helpful. This is my dispensary of choice for sure!

This is by far the worst place i have been to in the last 3 years. The people have no care of the patients, just $$$ signs. On top of that. Worst specials around. Don't waste your time or money.

I think their trying to be better but still not all together. Sky cans are cool... if you need to smoke after the apocalypse! Hahaha. But seriously, you canned weed. What a waste. I called to check my allotment, girl on the phone immediately says they don’t do that over the phone.. well congratulations! Every other dispensary does, which is why I’ll be going to one of those dispensaries. Their definitely better than sunflower was. But that’s not exactly a hard thing to accomplish.

I love this location best tree I've seen and great prices on top of it. along with the phenomenal staff

At first I loved this place. Now I think they are a joke. Was very excited to try Syrup for 3rd time patient deal. Now I've been waiting 3 weeks to pick up. Can't even pick up at other location cause of their rude staff and they took stamp card. Don't go here.

After not shopping here for over six months I decided to give this place another go around, but its even worse then why I stopped shopping here in the first place. Over priced tuna can bud..... no thank you! The workers attitudes have even changed unfortunately. R.I.P. sunflower meds!!

I walked in with every intention to become a new customer until I took a looked at your prices. Jesus, how much money does everyone have to make? Wouldn't it be smarter to charge less and have more happy customers. Bloom charges $165 per ounce on Thursday. Close to a $100 difference. Seriously, your prices are over the top. How much can seeds, water light, planting & harvesting cost?It's insulting. There was no ATM on site that I saw. The employees were great though. Dispensaries are forgetting a huge market. The senior retired population on social security. The discounts for them should be substantial. We are on a limited budget. Work with AARP or something. There were no lists of the choices of strains to browse from before you went in the room.

I have been attempting to contact several times about being sold an 8th when purchased a quarter does anyone answer phones?

They list deals on the website and will not honor the. In the store. Menu never accurate. Low quality flower. Don’t bother. Lies! Twice in a row!

For the price, the bud is pretty dry. And also, if you’ve already been to sunflower meds, sky won’t honor any ftp deals. Which is honestly stupid and unfair. Don’t even bother with this place.

So dissatisfied. I show up in the middle of the day after receiving a text stating their deals to find them closed. At 2 on a Tuesday. They greet me outside with a free preroll coupon for my wasted time so that’s pretty cool. Go back four days later to wait for 30 minutes to find out they are no longer honoring the preroll coupon. I ask the gal “any deals in the store today?” (I’m not even phased by the coupon at this point, I’m still in a good mood) and she replies “No, anything else I can help you with?”. They sent me the deals via text just that morning. I’m done with this place. I spend a boatload of money in dispensaries and I’ll never go here again. It was a bummer because I fell in love with the girl at the front desk. Too many dispensaries to deal with time wasting and rude little tenders. Bummer

They're not even worried about med card anymore, freaked out when I went to pull my med card up on my phone.. I hope some dispensaries will go Medical only.. BS

I am extremely disappointed with how my situation turned out. I went into Sky Mesa location yesterday, was told about the specials, how it was "flower day", & the specials were great. I bought 4 gms of flower for approximately $40 but today for the exact same strain of flower they are offering $20/8th. When I called in & spoke to the manager, he apologized, stated they could not post the upcoming specials as the other dispensaries under cut them, & offered a preroll. I'm sorry, I feel like I was ripped off & a preroll doesn't cut it. I have referred 3 other family members to this location & after looking at the receipts, we spent over $1200 there this last month. I guess our loyalty to Sky is unappreciated. I am not asking for anything free, I just expected them to make it right for a loyal customer but I can see that isn't the case.

Went in to purchase a gram of virgin purp they were all out told the gentleman helping me that I prefer a strong indica he recommended the vanilla bean. Garbage!!!!, It has no business being on the top shelf menu it was definitely a waste of my money

I've been here three times and had a negative experience each time. Two times after buying and paying online, the price has gone up when I pick it up. The first time it wasn't a huge amount, but enough to be irritating. Today's order was almost double and I only noticed after I got home. Every other dispensary I've ever visited has charged what it said it would be, or at least within a buck or two. The other time I paid cash, but there was a whole thing about checking with the manager about a new customer special they e-mailed. There are plenty of other places with fewer hassles.

For awhile this place was great and really stepped up their quality. Now everytime I go they barely have anything to choose from and they always only have 1 or 2 truly Top Shelf strains and they all sell out in a day. Of course everyone's going to pick Grade A meds for 45 an 8th over dry meds with no smell for the same price that I've seen sitting there for a month. Also bought one of their "Top Shelf" strains for the "Top Shelf" price only to see it drop $10 and go to their discount rack the day after. Just annoying because I didn't even want it to begin with but it was the only thing that they had left that looked half decent, they sold out of what I came for and I didn't want to drive all over town. Hope things improve.

Spent Thousands of Dollars at their stores only to have them change their loyalty program without any notice and wipe out all my points... Management was extremely rude and did nothing to resolve the matter. Will Never shop their again!!
