They encourage criminal activity. I left my wallet on counter. It hard my key card to room im staying in. not only did they not have it. They copped out of looking for it or going on camera to see if someone snagged. I did not get out of car except at gas station. Yet they would not look on camera abd require me to wait. Having no way to get in touch with office for my room. Now I will have to pay and stay in hotel tonight. This is not my first issue if many with these guys. I wouldnt have even returned if it werent for quality. I won't now I encourage nobody to ever go to this place. There are plenty of places who value customers.
Very rude guy at window with glasses. I told him it was my 3rd visit and that I had gone to another location and they were out of syrup and had been for weeks. They had took my card and told me they would make a note in system. Doesn't show up at this location. So instead of trying to help he just says. Nothing I can do. Don't use this dispensary. Horrible customer service.
At first I loved this place. Now I think they are a joke. Was very excited to try Syrup for 3rd time patient deal. Now I've been waiting 3 weeks to pick up. Can't even pick up at other location cause of their rude staff and they took stamp card. Don't go here.
