Been a customer since rhe Phoenix store opened and then a solid customer at the Mesa store.......until now..... prices went back up to some of the highest around, tax is no longer included with price, no more free prerolls if using debit card. Wow, new ownership is taking it the wrong way. Parking lot and waiting area empty. Walked right in with no wait. Two months ago you struggled to find a parking spot and there was always a short wait. Too bad, nice staff, quality products but pricing is WAY out of line. Sorry, but you have lost my business until pricing becomes reasonable.

This was my favorite dispensary and the lone place I would come for my meds for the last year and a half. The staff will always be my favorite, their constant smiles and great attitudes are the best. Over the last few months though they have been increasing thier stock of Sky caNnabis at the expense of their own. The sky flower is not worth the extra price charged cause its in a can. They also added taxes on top of their prices, which used to be rolled into the prices. These things alone were workable, but now they have even stopped giving prerolls with debit purchases. Besides the impeccable crew, they are eroding everything I loved about this shop away. I may stop in here and there just for the smiling staff, but I will be looking for a new dispensary to call home.

everytime I come here it's always something from not having the product I need or they closed early it might be nice to advertise through text that they will be closing early. I'm done trying to shop here. no meds for me tonight. literally got there on the dot and she had an attitude couldn't even open the door to speak to me just yelled through the door. this place is garbage

Where’s the selection? Seriously!! Everytime I look to see what “the flower shop” has it’s crap! Today I look and it’s two choices and both top shelf! How can you call your self “the flower shop” when you don’t have any flower?

Had the drip displayed for 35 a gram didnt realize I paid 50 plus tax till I left. Then get home to realize its sauce and they put the jar in the bag upside down. Not cool. Loose .2-.3 going to the lid and with the price being literally the price of gold that's unacceptable. Wont be back ✌

I don’t think hanging up on a patient who has stuck with you guys thru all the changes, rebranding and so forth is a good way to keep patients around. Obviously I’m a patient who called inquiring about the cost of some meds and the girl who was very negative in tone stated the already known, that you can’t buy an OZ, It comes in grams, And when I said yeah I know this so what would X amount cost and she hung up the phone no goodbye nothing. Great business tactics guys. I’ll now think twice about spending my money where it’s obviously not appreciated. Sad because you guys are so convenient but quality service over convenience is a thing.

Crap experience a to z. The specials are deceiving, the bogos are full of exclusions, the security guard is mouthy, they have to touch up your phone and can't figure out how to scan your medical card correctly then wipe their germs on your phone. I wish someone else would buy this the other 15 places I goto here are all good , avoid this place if you can. I only hope some big chain or even another established small guy buys this and runs it correctly

I came in looking for wax. bud tender was very nice and knowledgeable but the 25 dollar in house wax was way too dark, like almost black. So after passing on the "poop soup" I decided to get a gram of the High Grade sugar wax because it was 20 percent off today. Well, I get home and take a dab and it's just not that tasty and kind of has a trimmy/low grade taste. I'm kind of disappointed considering you guys have 5 stars. I'm not sure about the flowers here but the wax was disappointing for sure.

this place blows never got my third time patient deal told me they only had the THC syrup only ones to sell then when I called about it they hung up on me so what "great" customer service lol terrible service

WOW just reading all the poor reviews on here. this place sucks...I bought pre-rolls here and they are not very good at all. I think the thc content they put on the "menu" sheets are just made up numbers. half the time the pre-rolls look very short and last time in (and it will be my LAST TIME IN) I got an empty container for one of the pre-rolls. They gave me a hard time trying to just get what I paid for. I wrote about it a few minutes ago they started reading other reviews...wow so many poor ones...Flower Shop...you suck!!!

Not going back. I'vebeen accumulating points for quite some time now..1300ish. I asked about my points last week and was told I couldn't stack them with the great deals, but that I could use at a later date. Even though the "manager" stated that, and even named ther tenders that helped me, that they "should have told you" I WAS NEVER TOLD, but i sure saw the mask sign on the door, point sign? Did i miss it? Not only was I completely embarrassed by the "manager" when I asked the he honor my points, I got a stone cold, "sorry, can't help you "friend". Nice staff, mostly, but I find it quite shady to screw the patients out of the deal you baited us in with. Not going back, ever. I'm sure that your establishment is benefiting financially from not honoring your deal. Shady, shady, shady..

I have shopped at sky before and went in to Sky for a special on cartridges and was sold a low thc and high CBD cartridge when I wanted a strong thc content cartridge. I’m a rookie with vaping so when the female sales rep said it had 23% THC I thought that was high. The $70 one was the large size and by the time I finished it I went to get the second one and realized I didn’t get the same free I got half the size free which is false advertising. When I called they said that was the deal and nothing they will do and to save someone else I might as well give the name of the cartridge Select. I also wrote select and have heard nothing from them stating their products don’t work as expected.To spend $70 and could not get high pissed me off. Took it back to the store and the woman said we don’t do returns and you don’t get high from these you get stoned first from the flower then smoke this to stay stoned that was actually the answer I got. I said the reason I bought the Vape pen was to be able to smoke in public.? That’s the help I got. I called them and basically after A bunch of BS excuses and blaming select and blaming Each human body is different and reacts differently, they said nothing they can do. I don’t know about you but to me that’s not doing business correctly and so very clear I will not go back to sky dispensaries in Mesa on University.

i just honestly cant stand this dispenserary. Overpriced, Weed isn't special and you cant even call to get a hold of anyone... just goes straight to voicemail EVERYTIME... honestly only go here when i habe to because its the closest to me 😒

First time at this Location - I will NEVER come back to this location. I did a pick up order for the 500mg Haze and Main candy bars - when I stopped by a nearby store I looked at my order and I was given the 250mg Haze and Main candy bar. So I went back and the front desk person was very apologetic and said that they would correct my order and I would have to wait for the manager to do it. When the Manager Javier came over to me he said that he can't help me, because he didn't have any 500mg in stock - with a attitude. I asked how can I bring this to corporate and the Manager said that I would have to Google the information for corporate and he wouldn't provide me with the information. Javier was rude and kept repeating himself that there was nothing else he could do, and walked away. So I didn't get what I ordered and the Manager no help except very rude and too busy to help me. He was also talking on the phone to another patient very rude as if we are bothering him. If it wasn't for us he would not have a job. He may want to start being nice and helpful to the patients who visit that location. Definitely would not recommend this location and will not ever come back.

Well they always have quality weed they just don’t hold up to there deals. I have had the buy 10 eights get one free which is 500$ spent to only be told we do t honor it anymore when I had a full card. And I was spending an additional 240$ on this pour jade alone. Oh and I am a medical patient who can never get ahold of anyone other than counter help and they have never offered any bonus to make up for it.

This place is bs...dont trust the testing they advertise...I went out of my way to purchase their Jenny Kush at 32.3% and after I didn't feel much, I looked at the second package before I opened it at it read 19.9%...so I went back and the manager says they independently test and that's what they advertise for percentages...what a crock of bs...thats false advertising and she smiled when she said thats what our testing came up with...I told her their testing SUCKS!

Disorganized, online order took 4 hours to receive fulfillment text and when I went to pick up, the salesperson said she could not honor the bogo that was advertised, ordered and finally confirmed with correct pricing. What a joke!
