I don’t think hanging up on a patient who has stuck with you guys thru all the changes, rebranding and so forth is a good way to keep patients around. Obviously I’m a patient who called inquiring about the cost of some meds and the girl who was very negative in tone stated the already known, that you can’t buy an OZ, It comes in grams, And when I said yeah I know this so what would X amount cost and she hung up the phone no goodbye nothing. Great business tactics guys. I’ll now think twice about spending my money where it’s obviously not appreciated. Sad because you guys are so convenient but quality service over convenience is a thing.
