Budtender "Tricia" ALWAYS does such a great job and she always up sells me and makes sure I'm satisfied with my selection. She goes above and beyond for The Dispensary. This is a must go to place.

Christine is wonderful as are all the staff. Always have good recommendations, great atmosphere, comfortable place, happy people. My favorite place.

I have a medical card from Cali. Been to this dispensary since they opened. Today they tell me no longer accepting Cali med from nuggmd. Said it was part of nv regulations. They lied. Called Henderson dispensaries and they said no where does it say anything about that. Ended up going to the dispensary in Las Vegas Decatur location and they let me in no problem and said that was false. No regulation came out about that. Smh.

The dispensary is the best in town !! I always get the best service. I especially appreciate Jesse he always makes sure that I’m updated on all deals happening and is knowledgeable about all the product i always find myself coming back here !!

Terrible service, terrible people, terrible ordering system.

Well I quit smoking pot in my mid twenties I'm in my 60s now. I found people at this dispensary to be extremely polite to me very helpful. They've gone out of their way to help me . they've given me good advice ! I started using cannabis again for weight loss if you can believe that. And I've lost almost 100 lb in the past year by smoking the herb from this shop. All employees always help me out find the right strain.

Great local place to stop in and snag something on the go. Good selection and decent prices.... everyplace has that really good deal on something, same here. Staff are friendly and courteous and make sure you get what you are looking for and help you find what you might need... always a plus when you are torn between strains and need advice 🙃

Small office, but great people differentiate it. I was critical and impressed. I’m very picky- I ask for harvest dates and measure my purchases and regularly study terpene morphological aspects. Tim F. Was very detailed and especially knowledgeable about flower deals I wanted and the unusual terpene profiles. Furthermore, he was very patient and highly positive at 8:02 a.m. 5 stars EARNED.

I have waited all week for the W Vapes specials at this location. The budtender Tyler applied the 500 mg cart pricing to the 1000 mg cart. I was not even aware W Vapes made flavored carts and that's what I ended up with. I seek out the W Vapes brand for taste and quality. The budtender did not tell me it was a flavored cart. I was already replacing W Vape Carts that were leaking. I had picked up two MONSTER MINT BEAST carts. My brother liked it and I did not. I called The Dispensery in Henderson and explained the situation. The employee I spoke with told me to bring it back for exchange since I was with in the 3 day return time and had not opened the cart. I figured they would just exchange the 1000 mg cart for 2 500 mg carts. They would not do that exchange. They wanted to charge me the regular price difference. The budtender apologized and said it was the manager's decision. I now have a 1000 mg W Vape MONSTER MINT BEAST vape cart that I didn't want in the first place. No added flavors wanted for this smoker. I was angry when I heard that and left because the bartender offered no reasonable resolution. The industry is already facing problems with publicity and trust problems concerning carts. I am an advocate for safe and legal marijuana products. Very disappointed in this dispensary. Bad for industry public relations.

This place has the worst service in all Henderson and Las Vegas. I had an experience with Kris a tall goofy looking employee that works for you. He took my Id and money and decided to comment on something I said by using profanity towards me. The customer service is bad as it is and now you have employees disrespecting your customers and lying. If you have employees lying then be sure that they will steal from you!!! Owner really needs to look in who they are hiring. This place is like a circus and now Kris makes the act complete. What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was a loyal customer that only shopped here until today. I bought two full gram cartridges, first one was fine, opened the second one the next week and only got about halfway through it before it was clogged. I kept trying to get it to unclog but it kept burning the oil only and now looks to be a little less than halfway full. Called in the morning and let them know I bought these cartridges within the last 2-3 weeks and it’s clogged. The girl (I think her name was Kayla) said no problem, bring it by today and we’ll switch it out. Stopped by and was told because I bought it over a week ago they won’t replace it. Even though I just opened the second cartridge a few days ago and they already told me they would replace it. Instead, they want me to spend more money and they’ll discount a new cartridge by 25%. So now I’ve wasted money, time, and gas. Definitely not the way to handle this situation.
