I have gone 6 times so far. The budtenders are always very helpful, patient, and friendly. Most recently I was served by Taylor, and she was great! She kept bringing over lots of different prerolls when I kept asking for different things, and she ended up making good recommendations. This location has never been too busy, so I've never had to wait in line. Someone is available right when I walk in, so I'm in-and-out in a couple minutes. Getting $10 off for your first purchase (of $40 or more) is a sweet deal and a great way to bring in new customers. The reason I give this location 4 stars instead of 5 is that I've had prerolls that weren't rolled well. On 3 separate occasions I had to smoke half of the joint before any smoke started coming through. Considering they are not cheap ($15 each), I felt like I was literally burning away my money for nothing. Perhaps this is partially my fault for not learning my lesson the first time it happened. Aside from these incidents with the prerolls, I only have positive things to say about The Dispensary. I recommend checking them out if you're in the area!

I came in with a few items in mind, but asked Garret for some recommendations on some new products and he did a great job. Can’t wait for my next visit.

I visit this dispensary almost each day of the week and mainly buy prerolls. They have awesome customer service and well educated staff on their products. Never disappointed each time i visit and would recommend to all to visit the dispensary.

I like the customer service and the convenience of this location. Chloe was the cashier that took care of me and made my shopping experience so much more easier. The quality of flower is excellent. I don't like the prices are so high but they have deals on the daily basis!

DELIVERY SERVICE REVIEW -UPDATE-Revised : Coming from someone who I believe myself to be an extremely loyal client I am very disappointed to see that during these tough circumstances that your prices have increased dramatically for your delivery services. However I am unsure if this was due to the cultivators or the dispensary? Or a combo? I hope this is fixed as this used to be one of my favorite dispensary’s. I love the staff here including management, this is all very confusing! Perhaps they will roll out specials once they get a better grip the delivery system? Let’s just hope otherwise it’s way too expensive! I want to support but there’s only so much we can do during a time like this 💙🌈

Great local place to stop in and snag something on the go. Good selection and decent prices.... everyplace has that really good deal on something, same here. Staff are friendly and courteous and make sure you get what you are looking for and help you find what you might need... always a plus when you are torn between strains and need advice 🙃

I was a loyal customer that only shopped here until today. I bought two full gram cartridges, first one was fine, opened the second one the next week and only got about halfway through it before it was clogged. I kept trying to get it to unclog but it kept burning the oil only and now looks to be a little less than halfway full. Called in the morning and let them know I bought these cartridges within the last 2-3 weeks and it’s clogged. The girl (I think her name was Kayla) said no problem, bring it by today and we’ll switch it out. Stopped by and was told because I bought it over a week ago they won’t replace it. Even though I just opened the second cartridge a few days ago and they already told me they would replace it. Instead, they want me to spend more money and they’ll discount a new cartridge by 25%. So now I’ve wasted money, time, and gas. Definitely not the way to handle this situation.

This is now my go-to dispensary. Ordered online and was in and out in 5 - 10 mins and it was my first time which usually takes longer. The special line for folks who ordered ahead was fantastic! Also the sales guy was great. I didnt know it but I was $2 away from spin on wheel - bought lighter and got spin - got a free pre-rolled! Got Crescendo and Rainmaker - good stuff at good price.

I have waited all week for the W Vapes specials at this location. The budtender Tyler applied the 500 mg cart pricing to the 1000 mg cart. I was not even aware W Vapes made flavored carts and that's what I ended up with. I seek out the W Vapes brand for taste and quality. The budtender did not tell me it was a flavored cart. I was already replacing W Vape Carts that were leaking. I had picked up two MONSTER MINT BEAST carts. My brother liked it and I did not. I called The Dispensery in Henderson and explained the situation. The employee I spoke with told me to bring it back for exchange since I was with in the 3 day return time and had not opened the cart. I figured they would just exchange the 1000 mg cart for 2 500 mg carts. They would not do that exchange. They wanted to charge me the regular price difference. The budtender apologized and said it was the manager's decision. I now have a 1000 mg W Vape MONSTER MINT BEAST vape cart that I didn't want in the first place. No added flavors wanted for this smoker. I was angry when I heard that and left because the bartender offered no reasonable resolution. The industry is already facing problems with publicity and trust problems concerning carts. I am an advocate for safe and legal marijuana products. Very disappointed in this dispensary. Bad for industry public relations.
