The Dispensary - Henderson

I really enjoy this location. The bud tenders are knowledgeable, quick,friendly and always eager to give me a recommendation on which product is the right one for me. They almost always have some kind of deal or special going on which is always a plus.

I went to The Dispensary recently to find a new cbd product for my dogs, who both experience separation anxiety. The misinformed budtender insisted that THC is totally fine for dogs, and that higher amounts of THC would have no adverse effects on them. She even offer an anecdote about her small dog getting into her edibles, laughing about how the dog was incapacitated for 2 days. Her advice goes against a mass of proven research, and could be dangerous if a customer doesn’t know any better. I know this is a relatively new field, but please make sure your associates are well-trained in ALL of your products.

Not very helpful. My first experience and not what I think it should have been. The lady helping me wanted to get me out of there and didn’t take any time explaining anything.

Eh it's ok for what it is, prices are too high compared to a lot I've visited though. Staff was amazing.

As a retired USAF veteran, this dispensary is the best in the Vegas valley. As a patient with crohns disease, its difficult to find relief from this disease utilizing traditional medical prescriptions and OTC products. After 26 surgeries, my body does not cooperate like it used to, and I find the best relief through various cbd/thc vapors. The Dispensary in Henderson offers BY FAR the best prices and discounts for veterans. I have tried other dispensaries in the valley, but am happy to stay with The Dispensary Nevada, Henderson location.

Henderson is officially in the rec game! Today was my first time visiting this dispensary. But, it won't be my last. I've been traveling to dispensaries in Las Vegas since July 1. As of today, I can go to the closest one to my house in Henderson, and I'm stoked this place is it. A true class act. I will be back.

Good place simple and to the point . Just wish they upload all their menu items to the Leafly app instead of an annoying daily text messages on “deals”

I absolutely love this dispensary. They always have the best deals in town by far; always awesome and friendly customer service. Plus now they have an amazing loyalty program were you earn points and can spend them on different items, I got all my dab stuff minus the dab rig for free because of the points how awesome! You can also get prerolls or an 1/8th with the points as well. It's always fast there was like one time were I had to wait about 30 minutes but it was totally packed usually I'm in and out within 10 minutes. I've been to just about all the stores in Henderson at least once; this is my go-to store for sure and nobody else hits all the marks like Thedispensary does! Oh I almost forgot about their great promo going on now were if you buy a $49 1/4oz you get a Peel-a-Deal sticker and if you spell OUNCE or POUND you get one! I heard if you get one of their other deals thats over $50 you get a sticker as well but i'm not positive on that; if anyone has a D message me and lets work something out.

Amazing discounts and a very nice selection of flower! Can't believe the FTP deal they have! Best I have seen! Ashley was a great budtender! Will be coming back!

I've always liked this place. But the one time I had an issue with a product. I promptly returned it thinking something was wrong and there was just probably an error, the budtender I dealt with just laughed and said there was nothing that could be done and that I should complain to the company. I was shocked and beyond surprised that the dispensary wouldn't want to know if there was a problem with a product. a product that they are selling. I guess it's time for a new place. I won't purchase from a place that doesn't care what they are selling and if it is doing harm to a customer. :(

I was helped by two people; I believe one was in training. The two had a bit of a difficult time understanding what I wanted/needed. In the end I did leave with a few products. We’ll see how satisfied I am after trying them.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgable, Carissa helped me find something I'd like without making me feel pressured or confused, which I appreciate a lot! The whole staff seemed very knowledgable and happy to see you leave happy. Also I love that this location is close to old henderson where I live so I dont have to go into vegas.

Gave 2 stars for service....When you first get there you have to show somebody behind the glass counter your ID. Maybe because I was from out of state she put my name in as Thomas Gilbert. Sorry for the Hippa law violation. But I gave you my drivers license and you didn’t even get my name correct? Gave 2 stars on Atmosphere...... As a first EVER in a dispensary in my life. I really wanted to know the inns and the outs and wanted to talk to somebody about CBD and marijuana. We just had to go during rush hour. I felt like a cow going through the lines getting to get slaughtered. I went at 6pm? The picture is deceiving it had fabric polls making 3 lines just to talk with a bud tender. I can’t remember his name but he is the married one with a beard. Some what knowledgeable but, it was busy in there. Felt like no ac but probably had 25 people in there. Thank goodness I had a hat or I would’ve have looked like a sweaty pig. I guess I was just nervous too. Bumped into a grower in line from another dispensary that was weird, maybe some NV law that I don’t know about, and I asked more questions to him than the bud tender while standing in line. I became friends with the grower on Instagram. Gave 5 stars for Quality.........As I got to the counter I got some Shango Wookie....BOOM that was the best bud I have ever had. Besides a moon rock. Highly recommend Shango Wookie. I was a first time buyer so I got free $10 towards anything besides the special of the day I got a VERT strawberry cake. I just about called the shop later when I opened the package there was this film on the bottom of the cake broke into 10-10 gram squares. Thinking to myself is the paper biodegradable? I tried to pell it off but didn’t work it was sticky on the bottom. So I took my pocket knife out and cut the flimissy paper off. First night I took 30 grams nothing? Next day took 70 grams and nothing? I would not recommend the Strawberry VERT cake. I would go again next year in 2021.
