I really enjoy this location. The bud tenders are knowledgeable, quick,friendly and always eager to give me a recommendation on which product is the right one for me. They almost always have some kind of deal or special going on which is always a plus.

It was quick and easy usually at the other places it takes 20 min in and out but here 5 min

I liked that is was not in a busy part of town. Tim was my bud tender. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Great service. Will be back.

Gave 2 stars for service....When you first get there you have to show somebody behind the glass counter your ID. Maybe because I was from out of state she put my name in as Thomas Gilbert. Sorry for the Hippa law violation. But I gave you my drivers license and you didn’t even get my name correct? Gave 2 stars on Atmosphere...... As a first EVER in a dispensary in my life. I really wanted to know the inns and the outs and wanted to talk to somebody about CBD and marijuana. We just had to go during rush hour. I felt like a cow going through the lines getting to get slaughtered. I went at 6pm? The picture is deceiving it had fabric polls making 3 lines just to talk with a bud tender. I can’t remember his name but he is the married one with a beard. Some what knowledgeable but, it was busy in there. Felt like no ac but probably had 25 people in there. Thank goodness I had a hat or I would’ve have looked like a sweaty pig. I guess I was just nervous too. Bumped into a grower in line from another dispensary that was weird, maybe some NV law that I don’t know about, and I asked more questions to him than the bud tender while standing in line. I became friends with the grower on Instagram. Gave 5 stars for Quality.........As I got to the counter I got some Shango Wookie....BOOM that was the best bud I have ever had. Besides a moon rock. Highly recommend Shango Wookie. I was a first time buyer so I got free $10 towards anything besides the special of the day I got a VERT strawberry cake. I just about called the shop later when I opened the package there was this film on the bottom of the cake broke into 10-10 gram squares. Thinking to myself is the paper biodegradable? I tried to pell it off but didn’t work it was sticky on the bottom. So I took my pocket knife out and cut the flimissy paper off. First night I took 30 grams nothing? Next day took 70 grams and nothing? I would not recommend the Strawberry VERT cake. I would go again next year in 2021.

I was helped by two people; I believe one was in training. The two had a bit of a difficult time understanding what I wanted/needed. In the end I did leave with a few products. We’ll see how satisfied I am after trying them.

Here is my problem...spending money on vape products both ooze and matrix only to be told they have no medicine for me and have no idea where to get them...than they try to sell me somethingelse....stickers don't fix my pain budtenders...no one has called as promised sorry but 2 days and no matrix cartridge refills BS

The staff was very friendly and knowledgable, Carissa helped me find something I'd like without making me feel pressured or confused, which I appreciate a lot! The whole staff seemed very knowledgable and happy to see you leave happy. Also I love that this location is close to old henderson where I live so I dont have to go into vegas.

I've always liked this place. But the one time I had an issue with a product. I promptly returned it thinking something was wrong and there was just probably an error, the budtender I dealt with just laughed and said there was nothing that could be done and that I should complain to the company. I was shocked and beyond surprised that the dispensary wouldn't want to know if there was a problem with a product. a product that they are selling. I guess it's time for a new place. I won't purchase from a place that doesn't care what they are selling and if it is doing harm to a customer. :(

This place is great for many reasons. They will get you what you need and what you want. Criss is a killer bud tender, always takes good care.

Noah was my Budtender. He was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff were friendly and inviting. The store is clean and well maintained. Thank you for make my first time a welcomed one!

Can you get more variety of Greenlife bakers batches is stock. The only brand I'll buy they are the best. making my butter for baking and cooking and a variety on hand keeps me happy.

I never feel rushed or like I am bothering them by being there or asking questions! Very inviting and I always leave smiling as though I'm a kid leaving Granny's with fresh baked cookies LOL!!!!

I’ve been to several dispensaries here locally and have had mixed experiences. I’ve shopped “The Dispensary” three times. Twice a walk-in and once online ordering. Tonight I used online and have to say the experience was seamless. I’ve tried online ordering with other places only to have my order f#@ked up or it was an impossible task to even place an order. This couldn’t have went any better. Also I’d like to comment on the staff. I didn’t get the names of the two girls working in the lobby. They were super friendly though. The employee who helped me inside was this cute girl named Katie. You can’t miss her. She was happy, helpful, and fun to chat with. I hardly ever write reviews. Sometimes you just got to give credit where credit is due though. You all earned this one. 🤘🏻

Love this place

I visit this dispensary almost each day of the week and mainly buy prerolls. They have awesome customer service and well educated staff on their products. Never disappointed each time i visit and would recommend to all to visit the dispensary.

I come here every payday with my lunch crew from work! We love the people here and the weed lol. We are always greeted with a smile & helped in a timely manner

This was my first visit to the Dispensary. I suffer from rather severe pain from nerve damage to my left foot and leg. Tim, the 'bartender' who helped me was VERY helpful and took the time to explain things to me in a way I was able to understand fully. I couldn't be happier with the experience.
