Great staff. Super helpful, nice, knowledgeable. Atmosphere is good, lots to choose from. This is the retail experience I have been looking for. It doesn't feel seedy, or like it is still on the DL. They are open about their love of weed.

Great place to go to they have very helpful staff, they will walk you through the store and try to help you find a great strain for you. They also make sure you're educated about different types of marijuana!

I bought a plant from them. It isn't growing and the leafs are curling. I was told from a family friend that the kind I got doesn't grow in Eugene only in Eastern Oregon but Terpene station staff didn't tell me that. I can't take it back because ALL SALES ARE FINAL. So now I'm stuck with a shitty plant. I'm gonna tell everyone not to go to Terpene Station Eugene OR Portland location

This is a great Dispensary! All of the offerings are high quality flower. Even their pre-rolls are all flower. No shake. Everyone that I've dealt with has been friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I go in, there seems to be something new added to the inventory. I definitely recommend Terpene Station in Eugene as well as the one in Portland.

Really unsanitary for patients how you guys dispense you medicine. Please take the time to learn correct sanitation and cleanliness for patient safety before you claim to be a "safe" access point for patients. Not using gloves, washing hands, and not cleaning the containers/bowls that you weigh out product with is absolutely unacceptable. Please, take time to learn about helping patients, you need to take the time to actually care and not just try to make a quick buck.

This is the best dispensary in my opinion. Everyone is friendly and they have great stock of bud.

Very good flower. I think people need to keep in mind that this is a new business location, and that Terpene Station has a great rep in Portland. These people know their stuff. Great customer service. The atmosphere will get better I am sure.

thanks for tripling the price of our medicine, ya'll. gentrified the shit out of it, didnt you? really, though. i was quoted $60 for an eigth, and im an actual OMMP patient. your price gouging is ridiculous. if i could give zero stars i would. congratulations, you hipster poufs, you ruined a good store.

I like coming here because they stock sugartop buddery mondo bat joints and they always have a big selection of these joints. They are super good joints. I enjoy my visits to this dispensary and will come back. It is very well done and I like the people who run the place because they inform me well about their products and they are all quite fine conversationalists. Wow those joints I bought at this dispensary made me happy and high... they worked great, THANK YOU!

It's a great location with pleaseant sale associates. A store full of potential!

The animal Cookies did help with my nausea, great flavor, and cured nicely. It was my first time at this dispensary, was not offered first time medical joint that it says in the description, not sure if supplies ran out or if I was just not offered one. Nice big environment and the prices are fair. Might come back tomorrow, however I would like to also look around lots to see in Eugene, in town for the week til Saturday.

one of my favorite shops so far!! The staff were not only helpful and informative but educated and plain uplifting! I could tell from his enthusiasm and happy vibes that the budtender who helped me really loved his job and made me feel welcomed. The store is well put together, clean and polished and if that wasnt enough, the selection was out of this world. Came back a second time after I couldn't find anyplace that could match their prices on vaporizers. I will definitely be coming back!

Ok, going to start with the very positive pro's and make my way to my con's. Pro's: Some of the absolute best flower I've smoked this year. Picked up the Animal Cookies and Funfetti, and both knocked my socks off. Very nice high, and an even better flavor profile (very terpy). The guy at the door was inviting, though at the sign of new customers at the door, he finished his conversation with me mid-sentence to then welcome and assist the young women who entered the building. The budtender lady whom assisted me was also inviting. Cons: I wanted to buy some True Blue instead of the Animal Cookies, yet less than 24 hours after re-opening their doors, they were out (major bummer). As a medical patient, I was very disappointed to see the prices of the flower at Terpene Station. I was told that they only offered flower in pre-packaged increments that weighed no more than 2 grams. That was disappointing, as I am familiar with Washington recreational cannabis, and it had the exact same vibe to it. Then, I was told that no matter the weight you were interested in, the price was the same, and that was at $17 a gram. I didn't pay that much when I was in Texas and paying top dollar for Oregon bud that was transported halfway across the country. The fact that they're charging so much is concerning, but it's sad when you consider they call themselves a medical dispensary. There are no ifs, ands, or buts, about it; this is a recreational shop currently operating under the guise of a medical shop. As a patient, I won't be back -- but if you're a very well-to-do individual who wants to feel a good high (and pay for it), you will likely find something you enjoy.

Very poor customer service, actually no customer service. Dry bud for high prices. Had to wait when the store was nearly empty. They do not seem to care about the customer. Not worth the time it takes to drive there.

Always something new to check out and the staff is fantastic. I was helped out by a young man who listened to what I needed and found a perfect strain for my pain.
