As a US Veteran, I will not shop here anymore. They once supported us, not they do not provide Vet Discount.s anymore, except on Tuesdays. Whats up with that?

good buds, friendly staff, convenient, great pre-rolled joints, decent new prices and selection. wish the buds weren't pre packaged, mine were flat and not so pretty looking. will return.

PROS:
Very good flowers.
Good flower variety/selection.
Nepalese Kush was excellent.
CONS:
Customer service is spotty and depends on the bud tender.
Jars of flowers on the counter are all mislabeled.
You need to ask to see a strain to know the THC %.
And the biggest CON is the price. $50 for an eighth?! Yikes! I thought I had traveled back to San Francisco circa 2007. With the market in Eugene pretty saturated and an eighth of quality flowers for $25-$30 at most dispensaries in town, I'm not quite sure what this shop is thinking with $50 eighths. I would go back if prices came down, but until then I'll pass.

I'm sorry to have to do this because I have been coming to terpene station for awhile now and have spent thousands of dollars. After this tax was imposed I was hoping that at least they would eat some of the tax for VIP's if not everyone, and I'm not saying the whole 25% (even though that would be excellent of them and I would never go anywhere else) but even 10 or 15% would go a long way for those who don't make alot of money but do benefit from their flowers, but on arrival I found out not only everyone was paying the 25% tax also that the VIP discount had been taken away at this point. I love the staff and the products but the owners have very much disappointed me as I held them in high regard around Eugene, so unfortunately tonight might be my last visit. Good luck in success and if things change around there you have my email, just tell Manager Z that Max would like an email. Yours sincerely.

I visited Terpene Station in Eugene because they have an excellent name. I mean c'mon! Terpene Station is a great name!
That's pretty much where it stopped being great. I agree with the previous reviewer regarding the rec-heavy business model.
When I visited, they had no jars of flower. Instead they had everything pre-packaged in gram increments. They had very little packaged in "eighths". The packaging is terrible. You cannot see the medication at all. You have to rely on the tiny little nuglets they have displayed in magnifier boxes.
As for the quality? I'll pass thank you. Although the strains I got were somewhat unique (one was named "Where's My Bike"), they were dry, harsh and tasteless. I found the therapeutic value of the strains recommended to be negligible. The weight was accurate, actually bang-on. This was likely achieved partly because the grams I bought looked like jar bottom shake.
With so many other medical savvy dispensaries in Eugene I'll let the rec folks have Terpene Station all to themselves.

I am hurt as a patient that you would take down an honest review that is pointing out for the safety of all OMMP patients the unsanitary practices that your shop uses. All you had to say in response before you deleted my review was "Glad you felt the need to leave such a horrible review." Really? No, sorry for your horrible experience that could have gotten you killed due to our lack of desire to have basic sanitation? Until you actually have a response to the lack of hand washing after eating in your budroom before serving me my medicine and the unsanitary containers you use to weigh you meds, I will make sure that my voice is heard on here for other patients safety.

I visited Eugene for the first time this spring to check out the dispenseries.
If it wasn't for Terpene Station I would have gone home with a bad taste in my mouth. The shops I visited before going
to the Station were disapointing to say
the least & some of them were downright creepy. I was sad & disappointed. I almost went home. But then I asked the locals where to go & thankfully they led me to you.
I felt like I was walking into a high end department store, but without the snobby sales clerks. The staff treated me like I was an old friend & the Budtenders were very patient, kind & knowledgeable about their products. I got exactly what I needed for pain management. I am very grateful to this place. Terpene Station will be the ONLY shop I go to every single time I
am in Eugene.

Honestly one of the most awkward experience at a dispensary I've had.. I walked in & there was virtually nothing in the building. I walk over to the receptionist & she takes my ID & medical card, asks a few times what I'm looking for & if I've looked at their items.. I eventually had to ask where they were. They had 4 or 5 different statins. All in which were enclosed in plastic boxes with "air vents" for you to be able to smell through. If I'm going to spending my hard earned money on flower I actually want to be able to take a good look & smell before I decide to buy. I know they were renovating & whatnot but I definitely won't be returning for awhile I hate to say..

$34.00 for 2 grams?! Considering the market is now flooded. What ARE you thinking. I have nothing against a business making a reasonable profit, but this is ANYTHING but reasonable. There are sik people who need meds and this is how they are treated?

This is hands down one of the best places I have ever been for getting my medical marijuana.
When you goto some dispensaries you speak to a pot head about weed.
When you goto this dispensary, you speak to professionals about cannabis.
It's the only place I go, best place in town and the staff is amazing!

Honestly I like the place when I first went, untell one of their cartridges quit working and started leaking. Normally you return it no problem... I had half a gram left in a gram cartridge so I brought it back thinking it's alright it's faulty they will give me a refund. (BTW this was my first faulty cartridge.) BUT it didn't happen they took my half gram I had left and gave me a 35%off card. so he ended up making me buy a new gram for $32.50.... me and my friends/family will never go here again. BEWARE FAULTY PRODUCTS AND WILL NOT REFUND. 👍 THANKS

Very friendly and helpful staff, and they were quick to recognize me on return visits. Highly recommended.
Pros:
-Friendly and knowledgeable staff
-Amazingly high quality selection, I really enjoyed my purchases!
-Never seems overly busy or rushed
Cons:
-Price and number of recreational options are on par with the rest in the area, but nothing to get excited about as of this writing, although the quality of the few they have is great.

The employees at this location are always very helpful and willing to discuss strains and help find what is right for you, I went here on day 1 and have gone back a few times since, great place and excellent flowers.

Very impressed with the quality of the flower here. Convenient location and beautiful inside. They were still setting up when I was there a couple weeks ago, but definitely will visit again soon. The bud tenders were friendly and the flower was impressive quality. I loved the funfetti and where's my bike. But Animal Cookies is absolutely AMAZING! Hands down they have the best strain of animal cookies in the area.

Very good flower. I think people need to keep in mind that this is a new business location, and that Terpene Station has a great rep in Portland. These people know their stuff.
Great customer service. The atmosphere will get better I am sure.

Welcoming from the minute I walked in the door! Very clean and bright room. Some shops feel a little cramped and stuffy. I look forward to my next visit!

This is a great Dispensary! All of the offerings are high quality flower. Even their pre-rolls are all flower. No shake. Everyone that I've dealt with has been friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I go in, there seems to be something new added to the inventory.
I definitely recommend Terpene Station in Eugene as well as the one in Portland.

Ok, going to start with the very positive pro's and make my way to my con's.
Pro's: Some of the absolute best flower I've smoked this year. Picked up the Animal Cookies and Funfetti, and both knocked my socks off. Very nice high, and an even better flavor profile (very terpy). The guy at the door was inviting, though at the sign of new customers at the door, he finished his conversation with me mid-sentence to then welcome and assist the young women who entered the building. The budtender lady whom assisted me was also inviting.
Cons: I wanted to buy some True Blue instead of the Animal Cookies, yet less than 24 hours after re-opening their doors, they were out (major bummer).
As a medical patient, I was very disappointed to see the prices of the flower at Terpene Station. I was told that they only offered flower in pre-packaged increments that weighed no more than 2 grams. That was disappointing, as I am familiar with Washington recreational cannabis, and it had the exact same vibe to it. Then, I was told that no matter the weight you were interested in, the price was the same, and that was at $17 a gram. I didn't pay that much when I was in Texas and paying top dollar for Oregon bud that was transported halfway across the country. The fact that they're charging so much is concerning, but it's sad when you consider they call themselves a medical dispensary. There are no ifs, ands, or buts, about it; this is a recreational shop currently operating under the guise of a medical shop. As a patient, I won't be back -- but if you're a very well-to-do individual who wants to feel a good high (and pay for it), you will likely find something you enjoy.
