Curaleaf - Bell Rd.

I bought a 1/8 of the Lemon Brûle and found seeds in the the flower. When I asked the bud tender about the flowers she was clueless.. don't buy the The Sunday Goods flower..

needs improvement. check your order. I ordered cherry tang and got home to have SF OG. Called in all I was told by the lady that answered the phone was,"I'll tell them to look closer". Nope to many other choices this is why I stopped going to swell after they branched out.

I ordered online thinking it would be faster. After one hour I called and asked for an update, the gentleman said it would be about twenty more minutes. I waited and decided to just drive there. I went in and got what I wanted instantly with no wait. Online orders are a joke if it remains like this. How hard is it to put four cart boxes in a bag for an online order. I am unsure if I will trust their online ordering any longer as this has not been the first time. Kinda sad.

Jodie and Brooke are awesome although I did check leafly and forgot about the 2 prerolls for the 2 8ths I got but said to rate them on leafly for another 2prerolls well I hope you have 4 prerolls waiting for me as Youngtown never forgets them when they do that special. This was my second time here very nice place next time hope you remember to include the prerolls as advertised.

TK was amazing. She has the best customer service. Swell keeps a clean store. The employees are all professional and have product knowledge. Swell is my go to when I'm out here on this side of town. One of my favorite MMJ stores out there.

For being a first time patient in any dispensary I chose Swell, and very happy I did. Was very pleased to see security at the door. He was very friendly and opened the door to welcome me. I go to the window and spoke with another very nice gentleman who greeted me with a smile and told me to fill out my first time paperwork. I then waited tops 7 mins if that. Door opens to be greeted again with a smile to call me back... Well I have to say my experience with Kathy was wonderful. She was very informative about all the many different strains and products and the uses. She did not make me feel uncomfortable for not knowing alot of the new techniques, Vapes, edibles,wax, etc. She spent alot of time with me and I so appreciate it. I loaded up on so much I don't need to go back for awhile......But I'm so looking forward to coming back real soon.....Thanks so much, keep up the great work!!!!!

It is way bigger then Youngstown location with a very nice modern waiting room. I did like the flower at Youngstown a little better just because it seemed fresher straight out of the jar rather then the prepackaged stuff. I was in and out here with super quick and efficient service. Highly recommend this dispensary for great deals, service, and clean environment. No fees on ATM... can't beat that!!

This is the place to be! Awesome staff and awesome meds! I'm so happy they have a location close to my house

the special listed is 20% off from 5-10pm.. I get there and guess what.. it just changed to 7pm today.. such a disappointment when they show one thing and you get there and it's changed.. how hard it is to keep your stuff online up to date?? well, I have to cross this location off of my list.

There isn't a bad budtender at this location! Service is always on point and the flower is AMAZING!

Swell is a fantastic company. I have been to two of their locations and was impressed by both. Their quality is top notch. With a swell down the street, on my way home from work, and down the street from work I am never far from top quality medicine.

I bought a couple O.pen vape cartridges and one of them just stopped working. I went in and spoke with Ryan (I'm pretty sure that's his name) and he tested it for me. It turned out to be dead. He was kind enough to exchange it for another one. That's why I keep coming back. Thanks! PS make sure you keep your packaging in case you have the same issue.

Every visit is great, the quality is amazing, and the customer service is excellent. The medication is superb and the staff is very helpful. I recommend other patients come check swell farmacy out. Thank you swell!
