Shame on all the cureleaf locations for forgetting all your loyal medical customers, most with serious and painful conditions. What a slap in the face. You need to change your name to DollarLeaf. I know it really does not matter to you because you are raking in fists of $$$ now but what goes around comes around. Just terrible but now we will find out what dispensaries were really just all about the money and not the cure. Not sure I could ever stomach shopping at a leaf again. Serious stab in the back.

It’s shameful that you guys would force Medical card holders (some with physical ailments) to stand in an 1.5 hour long line with recreational users. You should have a separate line and prioritize your medical PATIENTS.

As a medical patient I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I've been a customer for a while. Today I stood in line extra long at Curaleaf on Bell Rd so they could cater to the recreational 3-1. When I did eventually get inside I found the prices are going up and their selection was poor.

This dispensary chain has lost my & my sister's business for good. Absolutely appalled at the atrocious lack of customer service (and seemingly, a failure to adequately plan/organize for the start of recreational). I arrived Fri & 7:45pm to pick up my online order (I have med card) to find a long SINGLE FILE line wrapped around the building, there was no separate line for medical patients nor for people who had already placed their order online. It was physically very difficult for me to have to stand for so long, especially in the cold weather. It was just plain wrong. Earlier that same day my sister was at 2 other competing dispensaries nearby & BOTH of those companies has separate lines & priority processing for medical patients. The cherry on top was when the budtender wouldn't give me the $10 credit I had on my account (from 2 weeks ago) because they got a "new system" & any account credits didn't roll over. We all learn in kindergarten that actions speak louder than words, and Curaleaf's actions tell me they have zero regard for, or loyalty to, the customers (med cardholders) who've been their sole source of revenue until now.

Med card holder. I ordered online, and would still have had to wait in that line wrapped around the block? Terrible service. Once a regular, now probably won't ever go back.

So no specials and fewer discounts... Looks like the only thing we get for years of patronage is 15% off, which used to be the veterans discount. Time to start shopping around and let the marketplace adjust.

I will never give Curaleaf my business again. Alex, the manager, is a condescending employee who does not understand what customer service actually entails, perhaps that is why he has only risen to the rank of pot store manager. I am a medical patient with MS who will be taking his business elsewhere because of Alex and the staff on duty at Curaleaf (Bell rd. location) on 05/22/2021. Herbal Wellness North is 11 miles away but I will happily drive there than ever have to deal with Alex and the horrible customer service he provides to medical patients.

Was my main spot until they went recreational and decided to start screwing over medical patients too, i get it and I saw it coming but it's getting bad to where I'm growing my own weed now, people who actually have medical problems are going back to pain meds and other medications instead of paying for marijuana that they were getting for a reasonable price, quite sad

I used to love Swell. The BEST house strains, plenty of good flower quality. Since you have tried to go corporate you have been wholesaling your own flower and stocking CHEAP guest strains. Tax now?? Swell is not a friendly personal experience it was just a year ago. I really miss MK Ultra😔.

Swell on bell is in a rapid Decline! The $18-30 weed is that price because that is all is worth...barely!Dry,Dusty and not Potent at all!It is deli style, but there are no smellers or small jars to look at...you have to look over a counter, and some stations do not even have that! My budtender was a Hipster Doofus that just wanted to rush you out! You know who you are "Brotherman!"I do not know what happened here,I was here last year and it was good!Must be the depository for all the Crap weed from the other locations!Stay Clear of Swell on Bell! They are Rude and they sell inferior product...thats why it is so cheap!!Too many other good places in the Valley!!

Why can’t they answer the phone or let me know what is going on?

I'm a bit torn about this dispensary. On one hand they have great product, great prices and friendly customer service. On the other hand, service slows down to a crawl when it gets even slightly busy (expect to wait AT LEAST 30 minutes if there are more than 2 people ahead of you) and on about every other visit there is someone that comes in well after me but gets called back before me. Another issue I have, but I'm not sure what to think about it, is their labeling... or lack thereof. I have been to about 15 different dispensaries during the several years I've been an MMJ patient and at every single dispensary they are very meticulous about their labeling. Products are labeled with strain names, harvest date, harvest batch numbers and other pieces of information to ensure that what is in the bag is what the customer asked for. There is ZERO labels on their product at Swell. How are the patients to know that what we're getting is what we're supposed to be getting? How do I know that the sativa I just got is actually a sativa? They also do not put purchase labels on the product after you buy it. There's nothing indicating that the cannabis I walk out with was purchased from a dispensary. If you buy prerolls, they are just in a tube. No labels. If I'm pulled over and searched, there is no way for me to prove that I legally bought cannabis from a dispensary and I could very well be arrested. They provide ZERO PROOF OF PURCHASE which is a bit unsettling. No labels, no receipt. They even ask you if you want a bag or not if you only buy 1 or 2 things. I thought that it was LAW to label all product and to put all product into a sealed non-clear bag yet you let customers simply put their purchase in their pocket without a receipt or label and let them leave with the risk of being arrested for cannabis possession. That may be a stretch but it's going to suck if it happens to you. I still come here at least once a week because you can't beat the prices, but I can't help but feel that this place is asking for legal trouble with their lack of proper labeling.

Walked in today and noticed quite a few people waiting. After 15 min they still hadn’t called anyone back. A guy who was there before me asked how long it would be and he said 30 min! I couldn’t wait that long so i politely asked for my card back. With no apology the dude give me my card back. I’m a regular at Swell and that straight up pissed me off..look it’s fine if you guys are busy but warn people as they turn in there cards and maybe apologize to the customer for any inconvenience? Bad enough your house flowers have been crap lately and now customer service going down hill too?

I was disappointed. I didn't buy anything because they didn't have what I wanted. But what drove me away the most was the people were not friendly nor knowledge able the girl just stared at me the whole time and didn't say anything. I was like so I'm looking for anything with a higher CBD and she's like nope only THC. I was like ok thanks anyway and she didn't even say anything so I walked out. the security guard was nice though.

this place changed for the worse. they changed their loyalty program with no notice in advance to patients. this is really upsetting cause I was saying my points to get a voucher to renew my card like the advertised. they changed it and no I am unable to get my card renewed through them and they are forcing me use store credit on their over priced bud. how can they lie to customers and change up on them? not cool.

I come here a TON. That said I was very disappointed this time. The 30% off for Medical ended without warning and I paid the same rate as rec patients. Might look into other places still offering medical patient discounts. I've come here as Curaleaf still felt patient friendly. Grabbing at wallets now is how it feels.

I love the enthusiasm from the budtenders. Every question I have had, has been answered in detail. The flower and shatter are exceptional at Swell. See you soon. 😊

I have been a member of the Cannabis world since 1980 and have been to most of the dispensaries throughout the Phoenix area over the past years. Generally speaking all of them have a friendly and respectful staff. That being said; after going to Swell at 32nd and McDowell and now the newest Swell at Bell and 19th ave, I have stopped going to any others. The staff at Swell truly feels like family. From my first visit I was treated like I had been going there for years. The newest location on 19th and Bell has become my primary dispensary. As someone that is 50, I wasn’t up to speed with all of the newest methods and products. The people here walked me through it as if I was their Dad and they explained the whole process. No rush or worry about how long it took this old man to catch on. One last great comment is on the Veteran discount. Its common in this industry to get 10% off for being a Vet, this place gives a 20% discount to all of us Veterans! That is unbelievable and more appreciated than I believe they realize. Since they do not have “Tip Jars” out for the staff but are allowed tips, I personally just flip all of my discount savings to the tender as a tip. I strongly recommend any Swell location to anyone but especially Veterans. I failed to mention that they also have a lot of prior military personnel working for them as well. Thank You Swell for being there and for expanding to more locations.
