So I've been going to swell for 2 years now and have never been so disappointed in the quality of medicine from them until Friday 9/15. I drove over 10 miles to this location to pick up some stuff that was on special for 20 dollars an eighth. After looking them over I decided to pick up the grape ape. Big mistake. I get it home and look at what I was given and I was very let down. It was nugs of leaves with a tiny piece of bud on each nug. I understand these are guest strains but this is the reason I stopped going 6 months ago. And it's funny how they keep opening shops knowing they don't have a quality grower or the same quality house strains they where known for. Stop trying to open as many stores as possible. Just shows that swell is money hungry pigs that have lost the passion for the industry. They have lost all their good budtenders because of these changes and it's just sad.

I really like their products, I have purchased the prerolls, flowers, edible and a cartridge. My favorite tender is Eric he is very helpful and was extremely patient with me as I made my selection. Would definitely recommend to others plus is less than 1/4 mile from my place.

FTP visit was disappointing. The BT was not very helpful, half explained a product to me, told me they had rigs and I thought he would show one but he handed me my bag and was done. I got home and found no stickers on my purchase with my lic#, no receipt in the bag. Doubt I'll come back. Positives are tax is included, and the front desk is quick and easy check in.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! Put in online pick up order. Received text that it was ready 20 min later. Drive to the location only to be told it would be an additional 20 min wait, for just a pick up order. I’m understanding and wait 30 min before asking how much longer.... I get told there are still 5 people ahead of me and it would be another 15 min along with a tirade of excuses!!!! Due to ridiculous wait times/bad customer service I’m never going Curaleaf again.

under staffed. Express orders have priority over patients in waiting room. you can order and get what you want. but well you wait Inside the product will be gone before you get to the back. no compensation for lack of personal and your time. I came here for a deal and there were 3 ppl waiting 20 minutes later I go back and there out of my product. sweet

Literally the worst dispensary I’ve ever been too, waited THIRTYY minutes just for them to say they couldn’t sale to me and by this time it’s past 10 so I couldn’t go to anymore dispensaries.

after ordering online, one I got there, I still had to wait for 40 minutes, ridiculous.

So I'm waiting for over 20 minutes outside as a medical patient .. totally unacceptable. We haven't moved in line in 10 minutes man. If I didn't absolutely need my meds, I'd be so gone. whoever is in charge...FIRE THEM !

The bud tenders here are awfully rude and they unhelpful. You would think they’d be nicer trying to sell that brown flower.

Was excited to try out the beautiful/yummy smelling flower I got here, but when I opened the pouch, it was extremely dry. I can tell the quality is good, but the dryness makes it very harsh to smoke. It was the same for both strains I had purchased. Will give it another shot because the budtender was excellent and I appreciate the layout and environment/vibe of the space, but if I get such dry buds again, I won't return.

Been going here for years now and I love the product they carry. Not very happy with the shift to recreational. Being someone who is immunocompromised with health issues and worried about COVID it is annoying that Leafly Pickup orders now do not allow you to quickly pickup an order. Even if you do a pickup order through Leafly you will still be waiting in line with everyone else for over an hour. This is probably the last time I will be going to this location based off of this experience for the foreseeable future. If you have health issues and want to quickly be able to go in and out with low risk this is no longer the place to go.

Great service. Just be prepared for a little bit of a wait. It was a little cold in the waiting area but other than that there was a nice selection and the tender was awesome!!!

I recently got my card so i am new to using dispensaries. I visited the location on 19th and bell and was very impressed. Ryan was my budtender and was vey patient and knowledgeable. He helped explain all the various methods of use and helped me choose strains specific to what I needed. I definitely recommend this place.

Swell is a great place great bud great staff when I go back I know I'll have a great day.

I bought a 1/8 of the Lemon Brûle and found seeds in the the flower. When I asked the bud tender about the flowers she was clueless.. don't buy the The Sunday Goods flower..

needs improvement. check your order. I ordered cherry tang and got home to have SF OG. Called in all I was told by the lady that answered the phone was,"I'll tell them to look closer". Nope to many other choices this is why I stopped going to swell after they branched out.
