False advertising. Got email saying simply call in. curbside service. BS. cant call. no answer. way too long of wait. understaffed. disorganized. yes good prices but not worth the hassle. my last visit here.

Coziest and warmest of the current open dispensaries here in Cincinnati. The open floor, all the plans, and general vibe of the place seemed comfortable the moment of walking in. all tax included in prices. I found an Ohio 1/10th of Hiker's Blend for $35. (though, I've seen it go for as low as $22 elsewhere in the state) The gentleman who put together the menu did a great job breaking down the lineages of strains. Overall the menu seemed really well put together. Finally, as more dispensaries start to open, I do hope to see prices drop as they start to compete business with Verilife. Way to go cincy!

I am wanting to share our experiences with the Cincinnati location. After today, we will be utilizing another dispensary that runs way more efficiently and more importantly- safely. By the time we've been waiting here, we would have been in and out 3 times at Verilife- which obviously means this location is understaffed. When you run a sale, then don't staff enough for the known fact that it will be busier than 'normal'? Yeah, that makes total sense. I'll pay another dispensary 20% MORE just to feel safer and have things run more smoothly. We receive a text that says "simply place" your order by phone to receive curbside service. There is nothing "simply" done in this process. The phone is not even being answered. An employee just said that calling and getting through is like "winning the lottery". If that is known to be the case....then why is it not understood that more staff needs to be on site to answer phone calls and take orders?!?! The wait times are too long and 6ft separation is not being adhered to at all. It is not marked where to stand and when it's not marked, people won't adhere. They apparently don't require patients to wear a mask while doing business here. The sign on the door says "IF you have a mask, please wear it in the store." This is more than merely inconvenient (e.g.,the wait times, no call in and curbside pickup while it's being advertised), it's dangerous. On a less severe note...their menu is not great (they don't offer THC percentages) and the building inside does not feel 'clean' like Verilife does. Because of these reasons, we will not be doing anymore business with Verdant Creations and I plan on sharing this as much as possible so others can avoid the stress that we just endured.

Terrible service. Takes forever, got here when it opened and I am 15th in line. 2 hours later they’re only on #5. Don’t waste your time.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the menu has a wide variety of options and they are open on Sundays. Cozy atmosphere that makes patients feel welcome and they show a genuine interest in the well-being of patients. Menu prices include tax to make budgeting easier and they have sniff jars to interact with the flower before deciding on a purchase. They will also print out your medical marijuana cards so you can have a physical copy to keep in your wallet.

I've been to this location twice and have received very wrong information on both accounts and have had to spend more than double the time I initially expected each time

Waited almost 3 hours to get any product yesterday, stood outside in line for a good hour then had to wait inside for almost two while watching multiple people go before everyone who had been waiting because of their pick up service that they never mentioned. When asked what was taking so long, the only explanation they could give us was that the other dispensary down the road was closed and they couldn’t handle all the people coming in which is the worst excuse a competing dispensary could possibly give 😂 will never be back to this one.

You people are all sheep. This place is price gouging you. One company shouldn't run all the dispensaries. Stand up, we deserve better than verdant, more like vercrap.

So, first things first. Prices, TAXES ARE INCLUDED on the menu price. I dig this. There is some high dollar stuff, but plenty of reasonable choices. Selection, so far so good. Manager said that there's always room for improvement and suggestions. (FIREROCK!) The staff was friendly, process went smooth but my Hyper wouldn't download, so I had to leave to go to the atm. (guy at check out said an ATM was coming the following week!) I've already been back. It is a new shop working things out, but the process is typically smooth and the people are nice. Thumbs up.

Hour in the sun and I didn't want the product they brought out and they said I was stuck with it, take it up with the manufacturerand didn't even give me a receipt so I can contact the company.

This dispensary was good, I thought a lot of it. Until I had to deal with an issue and asked to speak to management. WORST customer service ever. They started a new call in service for the COVID situation. And anyone who calls in and makes an order automatically gets in front of you for service. We have people who have been stuck here for 90 minutes. Don’t mention this though until you’ve been waiting over an hour and people keep passing you. Save your time, go someplace else...

Amazing service. I can’t help but laugh at all these angry reviews. Y’all silly. My experience was extremely pleasant, pulled in. Checked in with security, received a buzzer like a restaurant and was soon buzzed into the building. It really all makes sense if you think about how it’s like a pharmacy and not a retail store. “I pLaCeD mY oRdEr 30 min ago Y NO READY?” Welp something tells me they aren’t just willy nilly grabbing handfuls and throwing it into a plastic bag.... I love this staff, there’s a blanket of comfort you feel immediately. It’s safe to ask questions and sometimes they are the one asking more than just “what do you want today” it’s like “how are you feeling? What are you looking to alleviate?” It’s amazing what charisma can do. Now it must make sense that they aren’t just churning out orders like McDonald’s, there’s a conversation behind like every order right? My entire experience from checking in the parking lot to leaving with my bag was about 20-30 minutes Now... 20/30 multiplied by every person in the parking lot... makes sense chill out and burn one up ya pansy

As a cardholder for a long time coming from California, I tried to give these people a chance. But honestly, it’s embarrassing and I’m gonna go ahead and make that lil trip out of state. They do NOT have knowledgeable budtenders. I guess that’s fine for people who know how to shop for entourage effect, while others desperately aim for just a high THC%. With that said, I don’t know how this place hasn’t been shut down. Check your weights, by the way. Something’s not adding up, or they’re not storing things right. It’s been 3 times I’ve had dusty dry nugs or wet…not sticky, wet like, this strain is sick and moldy type ish. They have no type of order going on there, I’ve seen beer lines at the county fair move faster, more orderly, and with better service…oh, and cleanliness. Tf are they doing in there, squatting when they close? Leave it to Cincinnati to maintain the most shameful dispensaries. Hear me out y’all…go where the big lakes are. It’s cheaper, better quality, and their budtenders actually went to college and they know things. You can get full zips for a bill, too. Byeeeeee ✌🏼 😂

Go to Verilife instead. I’m willing to spend more to do so also.

It’s crazy that at Verilife, even when there are 20-30 people, seems to take always 20-30 minutes total, at verdant, expect to wait 1-2 hours, staff is nice but damn is that place slow, only thing they got going for them is the quality of flower, why verilife doesn’t get any good flower anymore is beyond me

waited over a hour to be seen then flowers were dried and the weight was off.. only to find out from family they giving deals to only certain people probably won't be back.. my receipt said 47 his said 38 with tax same product mine was old his was packed this year.. always treat people equally never no who knows who.

First time in tonight (around 530pm sat) and if you haven't had a chance to get here, you MUST! I had no wait, was checked in quickly, and was invited back. Mercy was super knowledgeable and professional about picking out my medicine. The entire place is SO visually appealing! You can see all the flower in a display- everything was labeled well too! Also, I got a menu and to my surprise, they had additional products on sale! Great first impression and I'll be back soon! They do run specials often, check the website!

called to set up order for pickup and waited on hold over 30 minutes to get a message to leave a message. I'll never be back to this location ever!

Worst dispensary I’ve ever been to. Hands down. I called first before goin to make sure the items I wanted were in stock. Received confirmation that they were in fact in stock. Waited over 30 min in my car before I was called in. The front desk receptionist were very slow and seemed they had no clue what they were doing. After another 15 min they send me into yet another room to wait another 15 min. So mind you I’ve got an hour of my time invested in this. Finally get called back can see clear as day the items I wanted are on their menu. While waiting again some more just to find out they actually had none of the items I wanted. After seeing on menu confirmation via phone call just minutes before I pulled in and I get “oh I’m sorry sir...” excuse me what? I just waited an hour for you to prove how incompetent you are. Listen Ohio if your gonna run a legitimate business you can’t have a bunch of dope burnouts as your staff and do a better job at updates on your menu. Not everyone lives close. So thanks for nothing verdant and I will NEVER go back there. First and last time they will ever have a chance at my business.
