I am wanting to share our experiences with the Cincinnati location.
After today, we will be utilizing another dispensary that runs way more efficiently and more importantly- safely. By the time we've been waiting here, we would have been in and out 3 times at Verilife- which obviously means this location is understaffed.
When you run a sale, then don't staff enough for the known fact that it will be busier than 'normal'? Yeah, that makes total sense. I'll pay another dispensary 20% MORE just to feel safer and have things run more smoothly.
We receive a text that says "simply place" your order by phone to receive curbside service. There is nothing "simply" done in this process. The phone is not even being answered. An employee just said that calling and getting through is like "winning the lottery". If that is known to be the case....then why is it not understood that more staff needs to be on site to answer phone calls and take orders?!?!
The wait times are too long and 6ft separation is not being adhered to at all. It is not marked where to stand and when it's not marked, people won't adhere. They apparently don't require patients to wear a mask while doing business here. The sign on the door says "IF you have a mask, please wear it in the store." This is more than merely inconvenient (e.g.,the wait times, no call in and curbside pickup while it's being advertised), it's dangerous.
On a less severe note...their menu is not great (they don't offer THC percentages) and the building inside does not feel 'clean' like Verilife does.
Because of these reasons, we will not be doing anymore business with Verdant Creations and I plan on sharing this as much as possible so others can avoid the stress that we just endured.
