They have good products but lately there’s a line out the door no matter what time you come. They don’t have enough staff and the staff is more worried about a chill work environment than fast service.

This place is not worth your time or money. They have the worst staff. I've interacted with in my area. Long wait times.

This is the slowest unorganized dispensary to man kind I put in a online order only to pull up and still have to wait an hour I most definitely won’t be back

I’ve been going to Sunnyside since they took over for Verdant Creations, and at first I was really impressed by the way their organization of things speeded up ordering, checkout, etc. The inventory was also pretty darn good. NOW, however, I am actively searching for a new dispensary. I’m not sure what happened, but the variety and the brands of their edibles and vapes have been whittled down to the bare bones, and their selection of these products is crap. I’ve asked at least once a week for the last 6 weeks if they’re ever going to get more in and I get shrugs and blank looks. While I’m aware that they have the downtown market basically cornered because so very many of their clients are unable to seek their medical elsewhere, I find myself reluctant to ever spend another penny here now. Then you add in the fact that they just changed their already short hours to 10-5, and I will only be shopping here again if it’s a complete emergency and I have nowhere else to go. It’s pretty bad when a 5 star review on quality drops to a 0 (or would, if they made that an option) and the 5 star I had on the atmosphere and service is struggling to make it to a 3 star review. The streamlining has gone way too far and there really are other dispensaries that have a better selection. Even their own other dispensaries have much better menu options than Cincinnati! I’m guessing they think (correctly in some cases) that people will settle for what’s there since they’re closer or the client is already there, so don’t even walk in the door unless what you want is on their online menu. Do not trust any other source for their menu and promotions (sorry Leafly) because if it’s not on their online menu, regardless of what other places say, it’s not there and they’ve probably never had it, sadly.

This Is My Chosen dispensary not only because of its location but because of its comfort level. The couches are a very nice touch to people in pain. It has a pleasing sunlit atmosphere in the waiting room and a modern look inside. The plant life is a nice touch. A suggestion might be some music. 7 out of 10 employees have been pretty knowledgeable but you're always going to have one or two that lack. The one thing I don't like about this dispensary is the same thing I don't like about any of them. It takes too long to see what you want to see. I hate having to ask the guys 30 times to see jars. I wish they would just have an area where you can look at the jars more freely without having to have all the involvement. I understand a budtender is a valuable asset to those who are new and even to those of us that understand the product better . However I don't pick my strain by the menu or the THC content alone. I want to see what the finished product looks like and smells like. And that requires looking at samples. Overall I like this place and I do plan to go back. However I recently had a bad experience that I cannot contribute to them specifically or specifically to the grower(pure ohio) Both seem to be in blame of the other. I got the ol bait and switch. An absolutely beautiful sample and a container seriously lacking in quality. I made them both aware and while they didn't seem to want to take responsibility they did seem to want to look into. So I'll be returning to give them another try. One thing to look out for though is if something's on sale it is so for a reason. If you want quality you better be ready to pay for it.

Really disappointing after making the trip up there for nothing. They let me place the order online just fine. Previously nobody told me that a 880mg vial was supposed to last me 8 days. I’ve only had my card a few weeks and cannot use it anymore. I don’t think I’ve used a 45 day supply. I only bought a few vials of concentrate and rso. Plus they close their doors way to early always have a long line and just leave a icky taste when buying sacred flower from a corp. I did like the RSO but can probably find it from a more friendly establishment.

I have been to this location twice. Here are my recommendations: Due to the Covid 19 crisis they are extremely busy. Call in orders ahead of time. If your a new patient during this time it may be best to fill out the form and make a pick up order if you know your prescription needs. Also please be patient. A relative and I found this dispensary to be very nice and another dispensary to be very pushy with product. Remember a lot of people have anxiety right now. And patience is not our friend.

Dislike the fact that my online order was not available or ready for pick-up time as indicated. I had to wait an hour or so for my order after paying for it. I also lost days or did not receive back days after returning a product incorrectly priced on dispensary website. So not cool.

As a first timer today, I was very pleased. A chill atmosphere, positive vibes with the staff, and some menu prices were cheaper in store on items❣️👍😉💨

This is my second dispensary in Ohio, but the closest one to home. they have a wonderful setup and cant wait to see what new products come through.

The only reason I like this dispensary is their prices. They always have good deals going on, and their prices are already a lot lower than others around. The waits are definitely longer, but the fact that they have curbside is nice. The best thing I’ve found to do is to not call ahead, but go ahead and get there early in the day and the waits aren’t as long. Also if you want knowledge about their product, this isn’t the place to ask.

The staff was super nice! Both guys were cracking me up!! And the red-headed guy made sure to explain everything to me really well (which they didn’t do at another place I’ve been). I think I was there at an opportune time, so I didn’t have to wait very long. I was also very impressed by how thorough they were, they double checked all my products for accuracy before handing me my order. Definitely will be going back!

First time there.And must say this dispensary is FAST,EFFICIENT,and AFFORDABLE! Love the staff.They were very helpful.And I was in and out with my order in no time.Don’t forget their wide selection of products.This will continued to be my #1 spot.Thanks Sunnyside

I think Verdent is the Absolute BEST in town! There can b LONG wait times but you MUST strategize here if you want to save money on OHIO bud. Heck the place around the corner wants 19.95 a GRAM! Verdent, Worth the wait!
