Hello all, On the third day all seed bearing plants of their kinds were created and it was good. Nature’s Medicine is something that has been around from the beginning, this dispensary with the namesake is above all else with great Buds and tenders. Which leads me to Karrin “SPECIAL K” my favorite tender in all of Arizona! Knowledgeable and full of positive energy! Truly a delight to interact with. I’ve been around the industry over 25 years and hands down, she has entered my top two Budtenders of all time!!

I ordered online on 4/9/21 to hit a window for delivery, the called and said it wouldn't be arriving ti after 12-1am.. the delivery service needs some work. this is unfortunate because this was my go to spot for medicine.

Dope location , fast bud tenders, polite service and the buds are always fresh! Definitely a good spot to get your herbal medicine from.

This was my second time at this location, and most likely my last. It started with the ATM, but rather than expressing that debt was accepted for the same fee of $2.50 they receptionist watch me struggle and didn’t have any clue on why the ATM was not working. Then after being called back I had asked what the daily specials were and the bud tender was unsure and recommended signing up for the daily deals text message...which I agree is helpful but I am here now. Pulling the deals out of the bud tender was like pulling teeth with tweezers. Finally after we had figured out the deals, I selected the items and was on my way. At this point I just wanted to get out of there.

I suppose they are doing their best but they really aren't putting people's safety or the seriousness of this pandemic in consideration. They order process took about 6 hours total. Placed my order at 8:30, confirmation by 12:30, then stood in line in a parking lot with 50-60 other people right on top of each other. Also, when your order is confirmed you wait another 2 hours in line because they still let the people without pre-orders or confirmations go before you if they are in line. It's crazy, I get it, but I don't see this kind of chaos at any of the East valley locations, it's all smooth out here. Nonetheless, don't be an ass to the bud tenders, they don't have to be there and they are just trying to do their jobs.

So thanks to COVID-19, the 50 dollar 1/2 ounces are now 60 bucks. The last two Fridays I have waited in line for ages, so it isn't like they are needing business. Might be my last visit.

This place sucks now, I’ve been a loyal customer for the last 4 yrs and now I have to find a new dispensary. Their bud tenders don’t know anything about the products they sell, they’re frequently out of stuff, edibles, tinctures, vapes and you can’t call to check if they have it because they rarely answer the phone, and if they do answer it, they’re rude and try to rush you off the phone. They promote deals that they don’t honor, they had an ad playing in their lobby and when I got back to the med room they wouldn’t honor it, if that’s not a BAIT n SWITCH idk what is! He tried to say marketing didn’t update the add yet, but if that’s true why are you advertising it? No other respectable business advertises deals that they won’t honor! And this isn’t the first time I’ve tried to take advantage of a deal that they just wouldn’t honor. This place has really gone downhill, idk who’s running it now but I’m done with them. Used to have good knowledgeable bud tenders who were focused on customer service, used to have a lot of products anything you wanted they’d have a few choices stocked, and their wait times where much shorter. They’re also prioritizing rec patients before medical, two rec patients got served before I did! Meanwhile all the pre orders are waiting in line too! Nature’s Medicines sucks, don’t waste your time!

Natures medicines used to be my go-to for concentrates, they had the best in the valley. They havent had any of their concentrates in stock since rec started, I called and asked about this and was told to check in the morning, I did multiple timed and they still didn't have any in stock. Now that they cant supply concentrates theyre only good for flower, and their flower is just not that good to be coming in just for that.

I placed an order online and the products are misleading and has incorrect information. I purchased some flower with it showing 20.4% thc, when I got it, the agent did not go over anything but the price with me. When I got home. It was only 15% thc. A little disappointed because I could have chose something else.

I love the fact that it doesn't take long to retrieve my online order. Always friendly budtenders. Thanks for keeping me sky high 💕

Cashier's too stoned to comprehend, long unnecessary waits, Flowers are not trimmed properly or cured right, numerous fake unheard of strains that are premature and all virtually look the same most strains have No smell or smells like manure

Lost a customer... tired of having fetty wapp stuck in my head after waiting 50 min for medication....In addition to a extremely unprofessional environment. Won't be back, best of luck to ya

As a newcomer to Medical Marijuana, my first visit to a dispensary was a little indimmidating. I had researched the strain(s) with high CBD content as my primary goal with Medical Marijuana is to alleviate killer migraines. Zina and the other lady in the store were very helpful in recommending products to me, and Zina was very patient in explaining how to use what I purchased. Very professional, safe and non-judgmental environment; I liked that there is a security guard at the door greeting and monitoring who is coming and going.

You're going to wait for at least a half hour because the budtenders all move really slow and they don't know how to act professional at all. This place used to rock, now it's not even close to worth it
