I visit Nature AZ quite often and I love the deals that they have to offer me as a patient. Personally , lately, I have been on a kick with the flourish brand items such as the pumpkin cheesecake or the brownies!! Majority of the budtenders I receive are knowledgeable of strains and products and don’t just rush me or shooo me away. Not to mention my last budtender was extremely pulchritudinous and had a perfect smile!👍🏼😁 🙃😏

Oh I loved this location. The waiting area is nice and comfy. The popcorn bugs are really good and cheap. Also the employees are really nice.

It’s a year into a pandemic with an airborne virus and almost every employee pulled their mask below their nose, or pulled it completely down to talk to one another. If it wasn’t for the huge pieces of glass separating us and my need for my medicine I would have dipped before picking up my order. It was clear none of the employees in the building took matters seriously and it was very stressful being in this building at all. Quality of product is decent however one of the grams of crumble I purchased was sold to me with it scattered around in the sealed package. Overall really dissatisfied and regretting coming here at all. This is what happens when you betray the dispo you’ve been loyal to and are swayed by cheap extracts.

Right from my first visit to my latest visit, This place has the Best medicine and prices to match! I highly recommend Nature's Medicine for all your mmj needs.

WOW talking about a take over. This is the 1st place to actually use us as just for numbers like a big Medical Company. They are by far the worst with communicating. Plus the wait times is crazy. The people all good attitude and can care less. Maybe that's because it starts with the Management. This just might be the 1st dispensary to be shut down, and it would deserve it. They won't get me AGAIN that's for damn sure.

When placing an order for delivery at 12:48 pm and it doesn’t arrive until after 9:00 pm when you were in the 2:30 -6:30 drop off window is wrong. Also, that manager telling me that it’s my fault because I talked to the pre order specialist who called me and told me my order was on the shelf ready for delivery. How is it my fault when I don’t work there. I placed my order and expected the weed to get here in the time a lot I selected. Wil never give my money to this dispensary again, and am definitely reporting the staff at Phoenix location to HR. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I'll start by saying this is the first and probably the last review ill do. picked up an ounce of animal cookies. not only did Andy take the time to answer questions but he trimmed my beautiful flower as we spoke. he knocked it out of the park. I would suggest bringing in some gelato if possible and be easy with the guy at the front with the gun on his hip ✌

this would have been my first time visiting this dispensary unfortunately when you have 50 people sitting out front first thing in the morning it's a no-go I wasted a 25 mile trip coming here only to turn around and go home. I will never come back to this dispensary I'll make sure to let all my friends know that if they're down for a two-hour wait to go ahead and take your chances here. I would never recommend this dispensary to a friend no matter what type of product or prices they have it's just not worth it

Their delivery sucks. Their Shatter melts and sticks to the paper, 3 Gs in a row like that that were replacing the original bad one! 4 of 5 deliveries were late, and I mean hours and next-shift late. Prices are good but the weed is mostly menial shit. I paid their primo price and got small buds in the small prepack jars. Complaining gets you nowhere. They simply do not respond and if you try to track a manager down the phone center cannot do it, not authorized, no matter how badly you are being treated. There have been no shining stars, no great experiences. They are too big and don't give a shit about you. Go back to Jars. 5 experiences, 4 negative, dozens of calls. Order the weed at 8am and get it at 7:21pm, not playing. Watching the delivery times change all day, keeping me close to the house and not giving me the opportunity to go elsewhere until the day has evaporated and I sit here empty-handed. And I spend 100 a week, every week. On hold 7 or more minutes trying to fix their screw-ups. And still, they don't care. Understand? They are a corporation. The supervisors do not care about anything but laying low. Sick of it, I'd rather pay more. I can get this service anywhere and everywhere... Daniel Columbus

the actual dispensary/ store location in Phoenix has the best dispensary, meds and staff in the Valley. BUT DO NOT USE THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE!!! I say this in all cap because 3 out of my last 4 orders did not arrive in the time window they provided. In fact, it took over 8 hours to arrive for those 3 orders to arrive (my second order arrived after 10pm at night! 😬). Staff will tell you the 2 hour window stated by Leafly is inaccurate and something Leafly will not fix for them. Regardless, they are consistently unable to meet their own delivery windows which is unacceptable for people who use Marijuana as an actual medication.

They do NOT honor seniors or vets with ANY discounts on flower. Will go elsewhere.

great deals and great quality. the majority of the staff are awesome and very helpful, but at times ive had to deal with disrespectful staff memebers other than those few individuals a good place to good would recommend
