My first visit here was not too well. Even though I enjoyed the friendly receptionist who shared her passion for the Mustangs with me and another friendly guy who called me Demetrius Manning for some reason, I left with a bad taste. The (Asian) guy helping me had no personality or knowledge. I went there to get some OG Kush and asked the guy why is it called "SB" as the label suggested and he told me it was internal lingo and I dont need to worry about it. I found out when I got home that it was the seed batch. Why would you give your first time customer a SH*tty batch. My suggestion is to have the receptionist work while the Asian guy learns from her personality....

Nature’s AZ Medicines is for one a real mouthful. Not sure how effective that name is when it comes time for SEO, but I digress. This establishment has been affectionately dubbed “The Walmart of Weed”. Think about that one for a minute. Location: Conveniently located off the 17 and I-10, adequate signage, and sufficient parking accommodations. Secure access to the main entrance with a buzzer and usually a security guard stationed inside somewhere gives added peace of mind. Staff: The land of misfit budtenders first comes to mind. One employee from the former glorious ‘Green Thumb Academy’ (RIP), one from good ol Jim Brown’s shop (Horizon THC), and one seriously pale gentleman from Encanto Green Cross. It goes to show there is not much original about this shop, beginning with the staff. Product Quality: Commensurate with the price usually. Not the best quality available, but not the worst. It’s arguably a good value to be honest. They have yet to not be stocked with concentrates and flower. They are reliable in that sense for sure. Thank you for that. With that being said, it would be to your benefit to be thorough in inspecting your product and searching for the possible ‘hidden gems’ among the inventory. It’s relatable to shopping at Ross. You know...rummaging through the bargain bins for that one deal that makes the whole trip worth it and the still having the real possibility of not finding any treasures at all. I’ve left disappointed and feeling I had to settle on quality on occasion. This place definitely serves a purpose and it’s evident in how busy they are. Seasoned consumers of cannabis are likely to not gravitate towards this shop simply because of the sub par quality, relative lack of product knowledge, and lack of professionalism. Bottom line, if you have a considerable tolerance, you may want to consider your options.

I GOT SHORTED! My gram of dab was .8!!! That's BS. I called and talked to CORY!! He said that he can't do anything about it unless I bring it in. Do you think I want to drive back through afternoon traffic!! Maybe they should make sure it weighs. I spend lots of $ there. good meds. Great staff. Bad experience. An opportunity for this company to extend their customer service has been missed!! You suck

Why didn't I listen to all the horrible reviews about this location!!! This place has the WORST SERVICE! It's like nobody enjoys being there let alone helping somebody. I swear my bud tender was annoyed with me because I was looking at so many different strains. Isn't it their job to help you find medication that will help you with your medical issues?! The bud tender I had did none of that she had no idea what strain would help with the medical issue I have. She literally knew nothing and referred me to some piece of paper that they have that has little information. I have never been to a dispensary where the bud tender didn't know what they were doing. I mean I was asking her Basic questions and all she did was stare at me like I was stupid. I'm trying to remember her name but I can't I think it started with an H. Customer service::: -5 STARS Medical quality::: 0 STARS The product I bought was not what I expected or what I'm used to buying. I swear the bud burnt faster then a piece of paper which makes sense since it was from April! What dispensary sells a product that is that OLD? Apparently Natures Meds does and that's F***** up! Honestly that's explains why there are so many bad reviews on here about the product you sell.

This dispensary has got it all! Such a wide range of products and great prices for budgets or splurging. Sensi Star certainly is my favorite strain here, it's so sweetly fragrant and potent. It's always super busy here so plan your visits. The staff is plenty and very helpful so ask them anything you would need. I like to layer my dosing with edibles, flower, and a contrate it all goes a long way.

Haha they made sure NOT to post my review about their meds. This is for reviews so don't be dishonest Nature's! My opinion of their meds are that they were dry, smelled like urine well the Black Betty smells very much like urine.most the flowers were dried out and smelled like grass. I have been to compassion clubs with better service and much better meds.Step it up!

Some good overpriced mids, but man too much of this stuff tastes like powdered cooking ingredients and bud perfumes instead of weed. One day maybe patients will realize their bud should not taste like this.

Sadly there quality has dropped down hill.

Avoid this place for its cramped lobby and slow service (though the people are friendly enough), but mostly for its uninspiring offering of tiny, popcorn granules and jelly-bean sized budlets, filling every jar on display. You won't find any nuggets or colas here! Blah.

I used to be a fan of this dispensary until a recent visit. It was NOT a $10 day and there were only two people in front of me, but I still ended up waiting well over half an hour just to go back to the dispensing room. There I waited several more minutes before a budtender came out to help me. The medication is good, but the service was awful. The girl at the front desk was unprofessional and the wait time was ridiculous. I won't be back.

You really charging $100 for half ounces now? Seems like you took a look around, said fuck it and decided you could squeeze an extra $20-$30 out of your med patients. Industry greed strikes again.

I would LOVE to give higher recommendations, or reviews for this dispensary. Ive been a customer for over a year, and frequently *try* to use this dispensary, only to get a phone call after placing my online order that more than half of my over 100 dollar order is never available as advertised on the website or on leafly. This, is bait and switch or false advertising. Grocery stores are not allowed to do this, certainly a dispensary can manage it's inventory better than this. great if you want to get the idea that youll have relief from your cluster headaches, go down hang out and find out they dont have what they brought you in *thinking* you would be getting. terrible.

My experience here was less than satisfactory. I placed an order for delivery and everything was okay until they asked me to call them regarding my order. I asked them repeatedly through the leafy chat what was wrong and they wouldn't respond. I tried the number they provided over and over and no one answered. I told the person I was supposedly chatting with about my order that I was not getting through and received no response. None. I finally got fed up and requested to cancel my order. This was done almost immediately on their end. They did nothing to help me. Nothing. Never again. I will not recommend this to my friends and will be reporting this to the BBB and Leafly.

I have had 3 ordered canceled in the last 2 days now due to you not updating your menu. Definitely makes me not want to shop here. Your menu is NEVER correct. What a waste of time this place is becoming.

I USED to brag about how this (WAS) the only place that didn’t raise the prices.. At least for medical but that’s not the case anymore .. And I’m going to assume that you’re response is that you feel gutted ??? Well I feel let Down !!! This is the second time in a year that the prices went up and quality went down .. now that you can’t smell it they spend less time curing it... luckily with the help of Mars hydro and your seeds I put a end to it b/s .. hope this review helps you decide where you’re going to get your meds ..

Just had my worst dispensary experience here. I will not be back! And it "was" my favorite place. Good luck.

The freaking absolute WORST place in the valley!!!!!!!HANDS DOWN!!!!!!!

The worst customer service in the valley and the quality of the flower has dipped bad. This place used to have good flower and great prices but those days are over. Rude staff especially the guy working the door with tats on his face.

Bought two edibles here yesterday that were made in October of 2013 went back and all the yilo edibles were from the same batch. Be careful if you go here and make sure you give yourself enough time.

5 stars on Natures Medecines entires get down. EXCELENT PRODUCTS..FRIENDLY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF... and the establishment is top notch and always clean fresh and welcoming! Thx Natures

Everytime I place an order there is an issue. It's always so much back and fourth it's a damn headache. They text you back and fourth and call multiple times just to tell you that they dont have anything you ordered. Yesterday they cancelled my order saying they were too busy so they just canceled a bunch of orders. ? I would never refer this company.

This place has horrible service and the workers are incompetent! I use to come here all the time, but when i moved it was a little further than I wanted to drive, so I was excited about their delivery service. NEVER AGAIN will I even GO to their store let alone order another delivery!! At around noon I set up a delivery for their latest time slot (7pm to 10 pm). At 5:25pm I got a call AND a text confirming my order and and asking me to confirm my address, which I did via text (they didn't understand the address in the text apparently, so they called me back and I confirmed AGAIN over the phone -even though the delivery instructions when set up was VERY clear) and was told my delivery was set up in the queue. It is now 11:13, my order says ready for delivery however, no product has shown up, no answer from the dispensary (its now after store hours), and absolutely no contact info for the driver to see if he is even still coming or if I should just go to bed. Their are so many better dispensaries in the Mesa/Tempe area. Might I suggest Sol. Their delivery and prices are on point.

Company got bought out. Prices and selection have become awful. Pick another shop.
