Worst 420 spot ever! Zero specials on flower or shatter. I waited 40 minutes to spin a wheel only to find I was paying full prices today and only getting a raffle ticket for a chance to win a gift basket. A raffle that has no chance of being random or unbiased. I went to another dispensary and picked up Natures Concentrates cheaper than at their own Natures Medicines. Super disappointed👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 You lost a frequent flyer!

I was a first time patient. They were very friendly and the lady I delt with was very knowledgeable. I love this place and that they have the marijuana unpackaged.

MANAGEMENT!!! Please get control over your pre-order room. Most of us pre-order due to time constraints. It is VERY frustrating after you've been checked in to sit in the waiting room and watch walk ins get called and served while there is whooping and laughing in the preorder room and you're waiting and waiting. I thought there must be patients in there picking up, but sadly no, just a room full of employees that don't really care how long you wait to get your pre order. Sad effort.

The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is great, and the bud is awesome! The staff is also very honest, and are happy to let you check out everything available and share their knowledge. Sydney is a great bud tender as well as a great manager, and everyone there does a great job of continuing to make the experience better every time I go in!

I USE to love coming to this dispensary I would drive a good distance just to get my weed from here BUT the pre order option is a complete waste of time, I place my order at 8am!!! I don’t get another text about my order until around 1 pm and at that time they call to tell me they do not have what I picked (at 8am). Honestly shouldnt pre orders be prioritized since they are “pre orders”? I have not had this issue at any other dispensary but this one, honestly so disappointed in the system they are using and it’s a shame because they have some good quality stuff.

The cannabis here is mid at best. You get what you pay and nothing more. Even the top shelf is below average. No real taste or smell in the buds. Also enjoy one hour wait times to. If you go in between 4:30 and 5:00 pm you will have to wait for a long time, due to the fact they take there sweet time in between shift changes.

Bought two prepacks from there went home and the bud was dryer that the desert we live in. Lots of stems and just not very good quality. This was my first visit there so I might give it another chance and see but not anytime in the near future. Also their security guard was out socializing with a girl instead of well, doing his job. People were lost trying to find the right line to get in. Signage was bad and no one to direct them outside.

Bad customer service. I placed an order online and could not pick it up because it was pouring raining. due to the COVID-19 everyone is forced to wait outside in a long line. I attempted to place a other online order today and I am getting punish by not permitting me to place an online order until 3/26. What kind of place prevents patients from getting their medication ! there are no rules posted on leafy or in the text that you must cancel or you get punished from this online service. Due to the current pandemic you can only order online, which I am now prohibited from doing so.. When I call in, the person could care less. Stated rules are posted in the store and online . There is no rules posted on leafy. Worst service ever.

When placing a PRE order the small print says ( nature's cite ) 35 min. 35 minutes for what. The is a confirmation text sent at each stage, that is what I was told anyway. I waited 2 hours never recd competed text mess. Arriving I see a line. This line is to wait in line for a pre order. Not in order of text time stamp, maybe cuz someone in power decided not to send the completed text mess. Staying in line another hour. Found out didn't have enough allottmnet for order. Did they call in that 3 hour period don't know, but no missed calls or vm. Today in line again with a pre order. The men in front cleariy had to know no way 30 min in this line. 1 gentleman said he was the expiditer of orders. While standing 6 ft apart per Dept of health almost 2 more hours. The average time a person was in was over 7 min. What were they doing. Pre-ordered 7 min each???? The last 6 pre-ordered orders here were mishandled by this bunch. If they allow new orders not just preoders. How much do they expediting. While I stood listening to a manager talk to me instead of listen himself repeating the same thing over and over and instead of owning the issue alittle he deferred to Dept of health which I suspect has nothing to do with preoders and people that work at nature's repeatedly said well they to me 35 wait. The best part was 4 of the 5 people suppose to be the front line 5 order do ers were laughing and joking instead of helping. The manager saying this is all new. Cause of there past 4 preoders being mishandled with no pendemic ..why should I have thought this would be better. I've noticed working folks here seem like I should be happy they help me at all whenever they want. Maybe listen 2 times as much as ya talk. 2 ears and 1 mouth get it. This comment is directed at the manager I spoke to. This is the 2nd time he did that to me.

this place is horrible in every way. the flower is so bad that they give it away in other dispensaries.you can buy a half a get a half for free some other place.

I’ve been to this place so many times and only purchase from them their meds have never gotten me sick. However I was extremely disappointed once they took away the med stations in the waiting room. No one there seemed to care about safety. There was many people in a small space some without masks on or taking their masks off. I saw many employees taking their masks off while walking through the store or behind the register. Virus still passes though behind those sneeze guards with your mask off. As a place that is supposed to be taken seriously that serves MEDICAL PATIENTS who many are at risk and/or immuno compromised, I’m disappointed. Please do better and care for your employees and customers by providing a safer environment.

Sadly, this location has disappointed me. The staff was nice but the quality of my product has been consistently poor. I bought a battery pen 1 month ago just to be told it hardly works now. Today I gave it another shot. I bought a cartridge and drove all the way home (25 min each way) just to find that it did not work. I took it back (another 25 min) and they replaced it with one they made sure actually worked. I drove home. Again (25 min). I enjoyed the cartridge with a charged battery pen for a few puffs. Came back to it and, once again, the cartridge stopped working. Checked my pen, which is still working for other cartridges. Not sure whether its even worth going back at this point...Wasted $45 and too much gas... :( Otherwise, it seems like a great place with an abundance of options.

Cheap weed. If you're trying to save money go here. If not, go literally anywhere else. I've tried most of their top shelf weed and all of the disappointed! I only go here when I have to!

I shop here frequently because of the "fresher" green they tend to have but I just got taken for I paid $48 for 3 eighths which was great until I got home & read the thc level on the venom og 6.4% seriously! I paid for my license to get the level of thc I expect to help with whatever I have going on "medically" & that was a huge disappointment I basically paid $48 for 2 eighths absolutely ridiculous & I will find a different place to shop & on top of everything nature's medicine raised prices for this?! Not too happy at all & trust me I shopped here loyally every week pretty disappointing check your stuff before leaving the store make sure you get what you pay for very very bummed

Been trying to get my discount and weed from the dispensary I really like and pre ordered to get the good strong shit I love. I always pickup so I would have a shorter wait in line as opposed to standing in a long ass line as a walk in for Medical and 3 hours later still waiting for my confirmation to head over there to pick it up just to get a text saying sorry we are all out of everything you ordered and can substitute it for other but limited on choices. I went down to talk to them and complain in person just to be told, we can substitute but what we have it's not as great of quality and lower THC, but that's all we have. I asked for a manager and a discount cuz this is the 2nd day in a row they did this, they said can't discount any further and next time to preorder as soon as they open so the inventory is well stocked due to recreational sales! I was pissed!!!

I really really really disliked the fact that the person who served me cheated me and just smiled in my face and acted like my best friend while doing it..okay so it was my first time there..me and my man went together and both made purchases separately. on the way home we were discussing it and the dude cheated me on my bogo..I chose whatever the top tier is there as my bogo..an eighth..its been a couple months so I don't remember which strains specififcally..but I had a first patient bogo to use that time..my man did not..he bought an eight of mid tier and I purchased and eight of top tier and picked out what I was told was a top tier eight for my freebie. on the way home I realized he burned me. the same mid tier my man bought was given to me as my top tier freebie..I know that the bogo is equal or lesser value. I get it and i know how to order and I was flat out told that I was getting one thing and received another. I actually explained that if there wasn't another indica in that tier available for my freebie I would order concentrate rather than get a lower grade freebie. so I felt so jipped to find out my man got the same thing for less money. I know this is not the end of the world...but it was my first experience w this establishment and honestly, even though the product was really pretty good, it left a bad taste in my mouth especially for a first impression and thats why I don't expect that ill ever shop there again. I appreciate quality over quantity probably more than most so burning me in that way, well, its just really unappreciated and I don't trust them because of it..good day😁

Well I knew it would happen sooner or later. I used to travel a good distance to come to Natures Med, but sadly no longer. They used to be the best for selection and price for cannabis, but now they are just like all the rest. Lets see; their halves used to $39 then it jumped to $59 then $67.5 and now $77.95 And yes ,I know a lot of places raised their prices and I understand supply and demand but there's absolutely no reason to travel to this dispensary when I can get pretty much the same or cheaper price at one of the dispensaries closer to me. and there is 7 dispensaries closer. And they don't offer their in-house concentrates like they did before. They used to have an entire page of (in-house which is very good but very much cheaper than name brands) concentrates to choose from. Now, most of the time they don't have any or just one to choose from. Again there is no reason to go to this place anymore. It was a nice run. Good-by Natures Med. I really enjoyed it.

This place used to be a lot better. I was a loyal customer for 5+ years but as of late I’d rather go elsewhere. Waited TWO HOURS in the PRE ORDER line!!! I pre ordered, why am I waiting in line for 2 hours. All I need to do is pay. They don’t control their patient flow, their preorder system is behind. An employee named Bailey verbally accosted me in line because I stated that it was taking a long time- to another customer, not even to her. Unacceptable. Won’t be coming back

this place has been going down in quality for a minute now but with the new owner this place has lost all the reasons why you would want to visit

This place used to have the greatest deals but recently there is absolutely no point to returning. The location is terrible and prices are on par with your neighborhood Cura leaf, so why risk time and safety coming here.

Been coming to this dispensary for a while now. It has pretty good bud and the bud tenders are amazing. They have really good daily deals on half Oz that you can’t get anywhere. Definitely recommend stopping by to check out their bud and they also have a sections to buy wraps and papers, which saves me an extra trip!

Experiences at nature's meds are about 50%positive and 50% negative. I have gotten both the best and worst flower from this dispensary. They typically do not have the same stock available that is posted online and on the screens in the store so make sure you wait until you see a bud tender to make a decision. Some bud tenders are very nice, most are not. My last bud tender was very dismissive and it seemed like a bother to get my order. My experience before that was the same. I've come here the most since I've had my card, but it almost feels like they're trying to get me to go elsewhere. Hopefully my last three visits were just flukes.
