Couldn’t find the place. Navigation didn’t help. Tried calling - no option to speak to a live human. Unless you have to drive over a curb, and through the woods, I’m not sure how to find the place. Maybe I missed something, but after 6 tries, went elsewhere. I’m a pretty bright guy - even if I did miss something, this place is not easily found by a first-timer.
Curbside is better at other places. ordering ahead of time on leafly doesn't matter, you still wait forever even after they text you its ready. Other places have it ready. parking a mess. much better pre covid
Lots of options, which I really enjoy! I had to ask a lot of questions to get what I wanted but I had a wonderful time with my selection after I arrived At home!
Fast service and friendly service. All of my questions were answered and even got some great recommendations. The only thing I had a problem with is the parking situation is not great
I LOVE the employees! Every time I am there they warmly greet me & always friendly! When they had downtime everyone was disinfecting counters & doors! I am so thankful for all you guys do for me!
I come here very often and am usually always satisfied! I went today and since the curbside pickup only started, they have been VERY slow (they usually are not). I understand that the circumstances we are in right now may cause a longer wait time. However, I ordered on Leafly before I picked up. I waited 30 minutes to finally receive only part of my order. I checked my Leafly account and 3 items were ordered, and only 2 were in the bag. They did not charge me for the 3rd item so I did not turn around. But I must say, for waiting that long AND pre-ordering the order should have been correct. Now I have to go back sooner then expected and wait again! Hopefully, it doesn’t happen again!
I will never be returning to Storehouse! I drove over an hour to get my medication from this location only to be turned away when I arrived. I tried calling and no one answered, if they were that busy to the point of turning people away, maybe send out a text. Anything would have been better. You are a medical facility and should communicate with your patients better.
This place is a great dispensary. The staff is working ultra hard to keep up with these trying times. They still work on keeping deals going, and the point system is solid.
Pick up only is tough for everyone but this is my go to for sure.
Not good customer service to allow people to place orders online, fill the order, send text message saying order is ready, drive 40 minutes for them to tell you we won't be able to get to you before 6pm so we canceled your order. I used to love this place but this really put a bad taste in my mouth!
First time since curbside pickup was mandated. Very impressive how the team pulled together (at personal risk to their health and safety) to ensure that customers are well served. Wait time was a bit longer than in normal times but that's to be expected.
They've been awesome with making sure things are running smoothly and safely specially considering all things that are happening now. Love this place and all the staff members!!!
My pick up was so much better today. I was actually texted prior to my order being canceled. I did need some extra time to stop at an atm and was able to alert staff. Very convenient , safe , friendly and efficient. Great job!
