I've been to this dispensary several times. I used to love this dispensary. Good quality product but, I don't see myself returning to this dispensary until they learn how to talk to people. That applies to the staff and the security!

Great location!! Collin was amazing! Very knowledgeable and made me so comfortable to something I was unsure of. Always coming back here before any other place!

Was a loyal customer at another dispensary but stopped in Starbucks just to take a look. And I'm glad I did! Starbucks is now my primary dispensary. Vinny is an incredibly awesome person. Auston was my budtender and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I love the fact that they weigh out & package your flower right there at the counter verses my previous dispensary where everything is prepackaged. Furthermore, 1 of 3 Starbud brand vape cartridges I purchased was defective. It was absolutely no problem exchanging it. And I LOVE Starbuds' brand Vapes. Far better quality than compared to MPX and much cheaper. The Starbuds' vape battery with strength setting and a preheat option make for a smooth hit everytime! If I had to choose something negative to say, the place is a little smaller, a little more cramp than my last primary dispensary . For someone who experiences social phobia this will take a little getting used to. But I'll learn the best times to visit the store when therest no crowds. Overall, this is a super friendly, top quality dispensary and I look forward to building a long lasting relationship with Starbuds'!

AJ has been my budtender on more than one occasion and he is the man. Always has a smile on his face, you get excellent and knowledgeable service, and he turned me on to two of my now favorite strains. It's always a pleasure when I get to go to his register and even when I don't he gives me a wave and recognizes my face :) stop in and see him at Starbuds off Belair Road.

My favorite dispensary HANDS DOWN! I love the environment here, very nice bud tenders. Always greet you nicely when you come in and start a conversation. Makes me feel like i’m talking to a friend. Great bud and concentrate selection. Also very professional and the rewards you can’t beat them. I even rock their lighter. Must try!

I love Starbuds, I’ve been a customer going on three years. Love love the point system

I've been coming to Starbuds for about 6 weeks now. During the pandemic my previous regular dispensary stopped offering bulk flower deals, raised prices, and stopped their extra points incentive; I was struggling to afford my medicine after my job industry was shut down for almost 4 months due to the pandemic. Enter Starbuds. I had been sleeping on this dispensary for over a year. I always heard about their $200/ounce shake deal but thought "what can the quality be if a regular ounce costs $400"? I was so wrong. I'm not sure how they swing it or if they just are less greedy than other dispensaries, but the quality of their "shake" is on par with their competitor dispensaries midshelf prepackaged flower. I've yet to get actual shake, it's just smaller buds, and no BS branches/twigs to add weight. The dispensary seems to always be busy and the employees are always on top of things and i have been particularly impressed with the level of calm they exude. Its one of the smaller dispensaries I've been in and sometimes I experience some sensory overload, but that's why I appreciate how calm and engaging the staff is. Bonus points that they will help you place an order over the phone if leafly isnt your thing, and they are very patient about it!

Very dissatisfied that you are getting rid of student discounts in 2022 which you have had since opening 4 years ago. Also getting rid of the medical personnel discount. Really Very thoughtless and careless to do this in the midst of the pandemic. Profits > Patients at Star Buds

I liked how efficient they are and how knowledgeable the budtenders are. Mercedes in particular really knows her shit and didn't make me feel dumb. You get the sense they're looking out for you and the selection is insane...in a good way.

They had what I wanted and it was quick and easy the people are very friendly I would recommend to others

Have spent alot of money here and always had friendly budtenders,But last week when I took my dad there we had a really lazy ignorant budtender she acted like she didn't feel like getting anything out was telling us the wrong information ie.he wanted to know the terp profile and she said it wrong 🤦🏻‍♀️like she knew nothing we knew more then she did..also the new"connisour shelf" is BS every other dispensary maybe one other don't discount cookies and any CULTA products and you can't use points and my dad being a veteran enjoys warrior Weds but not even allowing any discounts on a day for vet's is wrong and you Lost him as a customer and it's sad. .. dispensaries that don't honor your veterans are gonna lose ALOT more customers most likely!

I LOVE this place!!! I have 3 places I like to go and this is probably my favorite out of all of them. They have a big parking lot behind the building, they have security at the door who will open the door for you, they always play great music, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and my favorite thing about Starbuds is they have great daily deals and the BEST point system... I’m half way to getting 250 off my next purchase and a quarter for 5 dollars... I can’t wait!!! I don’t live too far from here but I do drive pass at least 4 closer dispensaries that I know of to go to starbuds!!!!

Fast, efficient and helpful. Been going for years and was recently serviced by Akil a newer hire. He was just as professional despite the influx of new customers
