Star Buds Baltimore

On 8/5/23 I came to pick up my pre-order of a 1/2 oz. jar. Upon arrival I was denied access after they falsely claimed my mmcc card was expired. Once I was allowed in I was once again told my card was outdated do to a system error in their computers. I was then given four small bags instead of the jar. The cashier then attempted to make me pay tax despite my medical license. I then attempted to use my 25% off coupon only for the cashier to use it on a single bag instead of the entire order. After arguing for 15 minutes a manager finally came out to tell me the requirements of the coupon which the cashier refused to tell me. Finally after a half hour of arguing and being blamed by employees I was able to leave with something different than what I even ordered. I left with a headache do to employees and the blaring music in the lobby. I would not recommend this store to anyone unless management makes some serious adjustments.

First time I’ve ever walked into this place and it will definitely be the last. Are you people fucking serious are you that greedy for a dollar that you will let a woman bring a newborn infant into your establishment where drugs of bound the smells of marijuana just smoked reeked everywhere and this child has no option or no choice but to sit amongst all of these people while her mother buys drugs for herself. This place should be shut down and the owner should be publicly ridiculed for allowing this kind of occupational practices in that area.

I love love loveeeeee Star Buds. I never have to wait too long even when there is a line & everyone who works there is knowledgeable so if your attendant isn’t sure on a strain there is another one close by that can be of assistance! Flavors are plentiful when it comes to PRJ, flower & carts & I have yet to have a negative experience. Definitely my go-to!

Some bud tenders here a very rude. Second time in the row I get the same bud tender who'd rather do anything than work. Think you need to weed through the bad ones aka the small bearded guy with glasses. I didn't get the shake deal today because my tender was tired of digging through the trim to make a half oz and told me because of that it was gone. While 2 people after got entire ounes of the shake because their bud tender was friendly enough to pick through the trim. Not my fault there is trim and it hurts your baby wrists. Time to get a new job 👍 Even another bud tender comment on how harsh his comment was. Anyway live less than a mile away and won't be back. Your shake deals on Sunday are the only thing worth going there for and they are too incompetent to get that right. Go elsewhere people, much better dispensary's in the surrounding area.

I really enjoy Tuesdays at Star Buds, if you havent had the chance...check it out. This past Tuesday a.k.a. yesterday I was waitied on by Vanny and she was excellent. Happy disposition, very informative, and just all around made my day...

I went online and checked menu...on starbuds personal website and weed maps and leafly all quotes same item same price...I drive out and am told it's wrong and I cant have my previous ordered medicine for the quotes price...I was disgusted at how I was treated...I will never go back and make sure I tell everyone to shop anywhere else....its a 30 min drive one way ...just pathetic

Bud tenders are always friendly and knowledgeable

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I can ask any question and they do not make me feels stupid. I am an old lady and am not hip to a lot of the stuff. But I drink the Dixie and eat the gummies and bedtime. Sleep soon follows despite pain's best efforts to keep me up. I am also experimenting with their flower in the Magic Butter machine.

With so many dispensaries in the state now, I have visited a lot of them. Starbuds is hands down my favorite. Very knowledgeable staff, absolutely huge selection, and everyone is so friendly. A couple of tips: first, they don't discount their prices much, but their loyalty program is amazing. For example, once you reach $1,000 spent, you get $100 off plus a free eighth of your choosing -- kind of amazing! Second tip: they (like a lot of dispensaries, I've noticed) are not great at keeping their full menu online. Every time I've been here, I see things that were not listed on their online menu -- which is far better than seeing it listed and then it NOT being there. So if you don't see something you like, you might want to give them a call or just go and browse if it's not too far for you. Really, Starbuds is worth a long trip no matter what because it's so awesome.

Awesome atmosphere, friendly / knowledgeable staff .

I went yesterday for the first time as I usually use another location. This is totally a different concept it's awesome. Natalie the budtender basically did a educational tutorial on products I was unfamiliar with. Great place, and atomophere. Also like that they package things in front of you. Also really awesome point system and perks. Check them out!

What a great place with the best selection I have seen in any shop. The product is high quality. For the same price that other shops are charging for much lower testing, Starbuds is providing vastly superior product. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful to tailoring to the customers needs and preferences. Further, their explanation of the product was head and shoulders above budtenders at the other dispensaries that I have visited. All in all this was a great experience. Worth the drive to make it my primary spot.

This is going to be long because of my love for this shop. Starbuds is seriously the number one dispensary in Baltimore (in my opinion) and I’ve been to a lot and really, none come even close to them. The amazing customer service, wide selection of products and strains, competitive prices, great deals/sales when offered. Also so many different types of edibles, concentrate, vapes (so many different brands and so many different strains, it’s wild how many they carry), books, smoking devices, like damn.. they really have everything you could possibly need. They also have a cool points system where you earn a point for every dollar spent and then you can redeem points for bad ass things/discount. If you haven’t been here yet, I highly recommend you go as soon as you can. Even the employees are so dang nice and chill and super knowledgeable and willing to help you feel better any way they can! I’ve gone in feeling terrible one day, having really bad anxiety and I walked in, explained what was up and didn’t need to say much more before they pulled down a strain and told me to go home smoke and feel better. When I finally did, I was almost in tears how quick my body just calmed down and relaxed and I was able to take a nap! (The anxiety had kept me awake the night before) so yea, ever since that happened, the way they gave me exactly the medicine that would help, and did, I don’t go anywhere else for my cannabis needs and I strongly promote Starbuds to everyone I know because I truly believe they are the best in Baltimore!!!

My wife and I love starbuds Baltimore is the only dispensary that we go to the people here are fantastic everyone is very helpful seems very genuine very friendly and I would not go any other place. they do not have what I need even when their menu says they have it. I wasted time and money going to this store and will not be going back. They can't give me a good enough deal to come back when they don't have what they say. yes I am upset about this I am disabled and can't afford to waste money so sad. I will never send people there that would make me look bad

Starbuds is my go to dispensary, Yasha was very helpful with everything. Good selection of the medicine that works for me, “Verano” products. You guys are all very knowledgeable, and help each other to help the customer. That’s good stuff right there 👍

When I came in on Thursday Dec.13,2018 I Came in for the half price joint special on Thursdays and the Kaviar Hybrid pre-rolled and was very unhappy to find out that Kaviar was not included in the sale. I only came to try for the first time the Kaviar that cost $30 per joint regular price and I was about to leave and Vee,my budtender said "wait let's see how much reward dollars you have" and I said "probably not much,because I was going to buy 4 before the bad news." Vee said "you have $50", I said "$50"and we repeated that a couple more times because I couldn't believe it. Thanks to Vee I got to buy 4 Kaviar for just $10 more,not bad when I also had a $5 house joint on my account too that Vee told me about too.This is not my first time there and it won't be my last. My third time visiting this store and each time has gotten worse. The final straw was with the rude and rush you out the store attitude. The people who work including the manager are very racist. We need to start a petition to have this dispensary moved to the suburbs. The people who work at this dispensary don’t live in the city nor neighborhood. They look at you like nothing at this store. Parking is terrible. Any reviews that are good, they are from the Caucasian people. The white folks come to this location so they can hide amongst the black people. They are several dispensary in county. They don’t want to be seen in there own neighborhood buying weed.

Budtender Alex is always attentive to questions...needs and concerns. They have a large variety of strains to choose from with rewards and sales always available.

Best Dispensary In Baltimore

This is a place you only go to when everyone else is closed... like on a Sunday. Horrible deals, higher prices across the board... and limited product selection. $200 for an ounce of shake in shake and bake Sunday? That’s a deal? Other places sell whole ounces of untrimmed flower for $230. $200 will buy you better than that on the street. Wondering about their odd pricing? That odd amount thrown in is their middleman tax... and you can buy the same thing everywhere else for $5-$15 cheaper. If it’s a Sunday and you are desperate... this is one of your few options in Baltimore. This is the “convenient store” of dispensaries- and is the equivalent of going to 7-11 for a can of coffee versus Walmart. It’s going to cost much more, without the experienced bud tenders to justify any type of extra cost for product. These are
