This place has the highest prices in all of Baltimore. Never has good sales! I live 3 mins away and don’t never stop in any more because I feel like I get ripped off everytime! I bet tomorrow’s 4/20 sales are a joke too!

I would really like to talk to the owner of Starbuds Baltimore, because I have some legitimate complaints. The staff is great, and the reward system is better than other places, and those are the two reasons I choose Starbuds. I’ve been a long time customer here but I’ve been having some issues with some of their practices. For the price you pay for the produce here (and this is across the board) I find the lack of accommodation and flexibility frustrating. If the medical laws are so strict and rigid, how is it so easy for the dispensaries to change the rules when it’s beneficial for them?
The fact that there are “eigth limits” on certain products doesn’t seem right. They say it’s so that everyone can have some, but the truth is, they make less money selling it in bulk, every dealer knows that. That’s not honest, and I guess no one said you had to be, but it would really be cool if there was a place you could go and pay an honest price for this produce. I’ve personally spent quite a bit of money at this place, and the truth is, it’s not just poor value, it’s a rip off. There’s no way to justify charging that much for produce anywhere, now that it’s legal. I wish these dispensaries would figure out whether they’re a “bar”, a medical facility, or a big corporate luxury novelty store, and just charge an honest price for the produce. This one location makes MILLIONS. They could still make money AND be fair. I will say that if there is a place that could do it, I would bet on Starbuds! I will be happy to continue to be a customer here, because as I said, their reward system is not a joke, and the staff is great, even if they don’t like me. I would, however, really like to talk to the owner about the complaints that I do have.

NEVER AGAIN! SMH
Yosha needs extensive training on how to properly interact with patients! Sadly this used to be an awesome shop. A couple overcharges by the same woman could be overlooked. This one cannot be. I asked management or ownership to reach out to me if they cared. Unfortunately I guess I gave them more credit than was due. I've not heard anything and likely won't. Stay Classy Starbuds!

I bought a PAX 3 vaporizer from here and it didn’t work correctly. I went to return it and was told they didn’t accept returns. I was never told the sale was final and there was nothing on the receipt or signage in the store or literature that said all sales were final. The owner admitted they needed to make those changes in the future but she couldn’t help me.
She also was so rude and condescending that I just got angrier and angrier talking to her, or rather listening to her talk over me with a long list of excuses as to why they couldn’t take back a product they sold. A machine, not perishables. I say this because she told me they can’t take flower back either! Can you believe that? There is no comparison between a medicine you ingest and a faulty machine. Nothing but a terrible excuse analogy.
I also left a review on Google and the owner responded and lied through her teeth! When all this happened I told her that I was not going to just go away and that I would be following up with the BBB and MMCC. She then said I was threatening her and her staff. I said, “No Megan, that’s not a threat, that’s what people do when a business is in the wrong and refuses to correct the problem. She literally just made things up in her response, things that NEVER happened. It’s all so crazy! I have never seen the owner of a business behave this way in my life!
The whole thing is so bizarre. And the owner is a fool because I spend way more a month than 265$ and I was planning on returning. That’s not ever going to happen. She even mentioned it was my first time at Star Buds in her lie of a response. Yea Megan, it was my first time! That’s when you’re supposed to make a good impression so I’ll return again! She sure made sure I never returned. She’s just a terrible businessperson, nothing but excuses and lies. Save yourself the drama and go somewhere else! There are so many better options than Star Buds.

First timer today, high prices, took cash only and seemed upset that I had to use the atm (mentioned out loud “He has to use the ATM” in a disappointed voice to coworkers) Sorry to inconvenience you, I’ll go elsewhere

all in all they have a good selection, pretty freaking overpriced though. And not to mention the staff is very pretentious with no it all attitudes and egos bigger than their stock size. the advantage of them is that they are open until 9 p.m. every day of the week. I only go here when I have to go after everybody else is closed. Even though it's one of the closer ones to my house. if you go be prepared for hipsters with attitudes who think they are better than you, but good quality product that is way overpriced. all in all I rate them "Meh"/"underwhelming"...

While I've never shopped here, I've followed this shop (via Leafly) for sometime waiting for deals and/or pricing to reflect other shops in the Baltimore area. Still waiting!! I do like that they update there Leafly site everyday and they always seem to be open. The store's location is easily found on a main route and would be great for me but they need to do something better to get me in the door:/

They are very expensive compared to other dispensarys in the area and only give out the full vet discount on Wednesdays. Their parking is also very limited.

5 seeds in 1/8 of Mai tai....... my question is this, if it's REALLY checked and regulated and dispensaries put out top notch stuff, why are there seeds in it? seeds and grinders do not go together..... so does this mean the thc levels are B's as well? smh.....

Mediocre all around. If there was nothing else in the state then this would be just fine and I’d never complain, but when you can go to other shops and compare prices and service, this one has some work to do.

usually i have an amazing experience at starbuds but today was different. when i was asked what dispensary i work at (as i am industry and requested the discount) i was given a nasty look from multiple budtenders followed by a laugh and a “oh whew thats rough”. i did not expect to leave feeling bad about myself and my location or employment. please do better

Today was my first visit at Starbuds and I couldn’t be more satisfied with everything from the cleanliness, to the setup, and the friendliness of the staff. The dispensary area is secure and setup well. They have multiple registers and staff at each register so while it’s busy, it’s still a very personal conversation, and any wait moves quickly. They have daily deals and their rewards system is freakin awesome!!! I worked with Auston and he was fantastic. From start to finish he was amazing!! He was super helpful and made me feel completely relaxed, comfortable and at ease. He didn’t hesitate to ask someone if he wasn’t sure of the answer. Starbuds is a place you can feel comfortable going to! As odd as it sounds, it’s almost like a group of totally accepting, non-judgy people who truly want to help you find relief; whatever that means to you. If you’re looking for an awesome place to get what you need, Starbuds is your place!! P.S. The Mango Ginger gummies are AMAZING!!!

Horrible customer care service over the phone!!!!! the bud tender named Austin, seriously had an rude attitude. He had answered the phone really quickly and short! I could not hear him due to loud background talking in the store. I had a serious question about my personal patient information and account. I was concerned about my information being shared at there other starbud location in Colorado! (I kept getting their text messages.) But Austin had told me to rudely to "hurry up" because he had a patient in front of him. Clearly I'm calling as a patient being concerned of my account ! I asked for the manager no response and hang up! He had no care or compassion in his job as a bud tender. A little advice Star Buds.. this is not the first time I seen inexcusable manners and behavior at your location Plus unsanitation for your medical marijuana as well ! I will say I am shocked how your staff had handled me and the customers I referred to you. I will make sure this won't be brushed under the rug.
I ordered PreRolls online and went to pick them up, before I left the store I opened the preroll container to find out that it was empty. This isn't the first or second time that product that I ordered online was missing when I went to pick it up. It appears to me that this is a known problem at Starbuds. No one at the store, including the manager appeared surprised that this is happening. I get it, mistakes happen, but the best mistake is the one that you learn from. My takeaway from this is: ALWAYS verify your product BEFORE you leave Starbuds. The quality of service and product at Starbuds has gone WAY down!!! This used to be my go to dispensary, but not any more.

Went to purchase a pax device and pod,on sale,,wasent working so i took it back,they exchanged the device out,charged it but hardly any vape,on any setting!!,went outside with the gentleman, showed him it wasent working properly, his lame ass response was that unfortunately, theres nothin we can do,soo that means u dont stand by what u sell to patie ts....awesome 👌!!,ILL NEVER SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN!!,.i cant recommend a place that doesn't stand by product they sell,if its defective,,FIX THE PROBLEM!!

First time I’ve ever walked into this place and it will definitely be the last. Are you people fucking serious are you that greedy for a dollar that you will let a woman bring a newborn infant into your establishment where drugs of bound the smells of marijuana just smoked reeked everywhere and this child has no option or no choice but to sit amongst all of these people while her mother buys drugs for herself. This place should be shut down and the owner should be publicly ridiculed for allowing this kind of occupational practices in that area.

I really like the way the bud is out in the open for you to see. However, parking isnt that great, the employees seemed nice but like they werent really to educated about what they were doing. Out of the 5 shops ive been to this is forsure my last pic. I do want to say that although they seemed uneducated the people were still very nice and the others around me buying medicine seemed like they really enjoyed their visit. Maybe i just came on a bad day. I might just make a night time visit soon to see if it was just a bad dreary day for the day time employees. They also had pretty decent deals though. Maybe i just have high standards because of the previous places ive been.

Huge selection served deli style. Budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly.
This is the dispensary I use 95% of my time. However I can honestly say that my last few visit have been dissatisfy. There seems to be a shortage in multiple items. I try to preorder but can’t some things on line. I use the website to figure out what I want to get and even have 2 others just in case they are out. Lately I can’t even get my second or third option. I love the staff but find that limited in products may cause me to switch to another place. I have had the opportunity to talk to other customers while waiting to get in and find they are having the same issue. It’s bad when your customers are referring you to other places. Hope this helps because I would hate to leave. I also called there about a promotion to receive 50 extra bonus point to do a survey. The sales clerk was familiar with survey but couldn’t understand why if it was sent to me that I had to contact the store because I wasn’t on the list. Went tonight and you were out of pre—rolls and the flower I wanted. Hope this helps. Loved this place but lately would rather shop elsewhere.
