I've just had my first visit here. I got my card just a few days ago, and it was my first time at a dispensary of any kind. I was really nervous, but the receptionist lady was very reassuring and nice, and the guy inside helped me pick a few things out. I really liked the atmosphere, there was good music playing and everyone was in good spirits!

I was a patient many years ago. My son developed an inoperable brain tumor, I reached out to a manager whom I follow on Instagram. Not only did she make me a believer in compassion, she made me cry, the love and compassion she had for my son. Very humbling to me, a very huge sacrifice on her part as most was her personal meds! Also donating stuff "quality med's" from this dispensary. The amount and the quality, the love and fact that they treated us as if we were spending a million bucks. All was overwhelming and needless to say, I will be going back, as often as my wallet can, lol. Thank you all! Your Dispensary is beautiful! Everyone we were blessed to meet, was kind and caring, knowledgeable and very sweet to my son! Who can be a handful at time =) lol

This is the first review i have written for anything, ever. But my recently superb visit warrants such a review. I came in early today for some medicine and just assumed i was going to be in and out. But i was met with a very knowledgable and relaxed budtender who talked me through every CBD product they had and helped me narrow down which form of intake would best suit my needs. I'm not sure what his name was, but he helped tremendously. Thank you Sonoma Patient Group for having such a knowledgable staff!

Hands down the only place to go for not only great products but fantastic service in the Santa Rosa area. Regardless of your smoking style and knowledge they have the product and the answers you need. They also have demos and classes constantly which is an added bonus! Highly recommended!

I'm a newbie at this, but after visiting dispensaries local to my area I feel a review is waranted. This place felt far more professional and run proper compared to my local area clubs. I'm sorry but I don't want to go to a place where patients are sampling and using all around me. I value my job and career and want to go to a place that treats me like a patient, not a hommie. My daughter works at a prominent dispensary in Sacramento and she liked viewing my purchase and she said I got a good deal and liked the way everything was labeled. I specifically like the fact that I could buy from a large assortment of edibles and CBD only treats. I'm a light user and don't just want to be stoned out of my mind (at least not daily, ha!). I truly want to treat my medical conditions in an optimal manner with least side effects. They took me serious and I love the little folder and patient guide they gave me to help me track and organize which medication is best for me. All ready know which ones are great for sleep and menstrual cramps! My daughter who manages a club also discourages me from using any club that let's customers sample at the club. I'm very satisfied and will go back.

When I first went to this dispensary last Fall (2017) I was impressed by the attentive customer service and the small, low key, comfortable atmosphere. I returned this week, for the first time in 2018. Now they have retail customers... I was informed at reception they "lost" all of their electronic customer data at the beginning of the year. When they couldn't find my record and a line was forming behind me in the tiny waiting room- they waived me aside to start helping the customers behind me. After a 40 minute drive, a painful twisted ankle, a high dose of PTSD anxiety- and even more importantly a change in my medical cannabis needs- I was grumpy and pretty freaked out. Then glad to finally get into the dispensary only to be helped by a young gentleman who was totally turned off by my questions- like I was just so seriously uncool... As I was leaving the famous song "Super-Freak" started to play loudly. I won't be returning. True medical cannabis patients can do better than this.

This was my first time in a dispensary and I was incredibly impressed!! Granted they were super busy since it's 420, but even being that busy, I got incredible service. The guy that helped me gave me everything I'll need and gave me recommendations for my symptoms. So excited to go back on a normal day!!

I have been going to this place for years now, it has definitely been a great experience. The employees treat me like one of their family members. They have a great selection, their Private Reserve grades are top quality but the Honeycomb (Earwax) hands down is the best in town.

All in all a good place. Needs a little renovation work done inside and the quality of their product is usually pretty good. Upon your first visit you receive a edible or pre-roll. The staff is friendly but what I like about other dispensaries are their background knowledge of strains. Besides that I will continue to keep shopping there when I'm in the area.

I had a question right before I went as a first time patient and he gave me all the information I need right before I got there. once I got in the back everyone was helpful. props to London for helping me out. I'll be back

I left Sonoma Patient Group a FULL review 16 days ago and would reply back directly to his defensive reply to my 100% honest review but I don't mind sending another one until the public sees what kind of, from my humble opinion, GREEDY UN-compassionate UNgrateful person/ people, (Leafly said I can't single out any one person, which I totally understand, which is why I include both since it takes more than one to run a buisness) are running this "compassionate" clinic... Sonoma Patient Group says they never deleted my message, but Leafly did. I received an email from a representative from Leafly since I did reply in an immature manner, ill admit that, but I revised it, made sure I meant every single word I said, and sent it again, and you can tell by their defensive reply to my review that SPG didn't like that :) FIRST, they don't even apologize for my bad experience. I mean, I spent about 500 in just a couple weeks, I thought I would at least get sent a sorry, but then again you have to realize that the people running SPG are GREEDY, MONEY HUNGRY, ANGRY, RUDE RUDE RUDE PEOPLE!!! And whoever wrote this reply didn't check up on the fact of this incident (since the (person) was yelling at me the entire time and ME, THE CUSTOMER, had to calm (this person) down!! The ONLY reason I said ok and 'accepted' what this person told me was because first: I reached the highest amount of yelling I could take at one time before getting mad, and second: I would NEVER be immature enough to argue back with a cannabis clinic that had its security staring us down the entire time and I was not about to get kicked out like a child, the person that attended me was trying to get a rise from me obviously but I'm a grown man with a full time job that just wants to be satisfied that he spent his $500 at a place he can continue giving more business with, and Im glad it happened sooner rather than later because ORGANICANN on TODD rd. in Santa Rosa has a 100% guarantee on anything you buy even if you just dont like it!!! I told the manager of Organicann the incident I had with Sonoma Patient Group and not only did he apologize for disrespectful, rude, UNcompassionate people like the person I dealt with that bad day I had at SPG, you could see that he was sad/ angry with me that there are people like the people at SPG that are so INCREDIBLY fortunate to run a COMPASSIONATE clinic. Keyword, compassionate, which SPG definately misses. Again, sorry for the people that are truly compassionate, I just had to reply because of this ignorant reply I got. Oh and btw, the Do not go to cheap places that counts nickle and dimes like Sonoma Patient Group... If they are going to complain over a $35 disposable cartridge and put it in a bag, name it, and put it in the back,, dont even bother going back. When I exchanged my first cartridge at Organicann because I (the PAYING customer that will go back over and over if treated like the person putting money in their pocket) simply thought it tasted funny, the employee literally looked at it and threw it in the trash and exchanged it no questions asked! Seriously, working at a cannabis clinic is my dream, its a privilege, maybe next time think twice about yelling at your paying customer that never rose his voice because getting angry at a dispensary just sounds evil...

Sonoma Patient Group, is my favorite club due to the polite manor that I am greeted, and the knowledgeable tenders, to all the products that are available, as well as the samples that let me about new products so that I am aware of the high dose items so that I no longer have to rely on smokeing

I've been to this location three times. The guy that runs the place needs an attitude adjustment. He was rude to me the last time I was there. I have a service dog and he told me to leave my dog home when I come there. That's discrimination. The other employees are nice. The prices are i consistent. Each time I have been there I have bought the same exact item and the price went up every time. The prices are ridiculously high. Nit to knitpick, but the music was so loud when I was there last time that I couldn't hear or be heard by the guy helping me. I don't recommend this place unless it's your only option.

It did not feel much different than a normal dispensary, all the normal strains but a little pricey compared to other places.

More quality flower than RHA but much less options. Less concentrates too, but lots more options for those who roll. Will have to visit again for more impressions

It was really easy and quick to sign up and everyone working there was nice. I didn't feel rushed at all. The budtender working made good recommendations and did their best to save me money. I like that they're open on weekends, not all dispensaries are. I will be visiting again. The only downside I can think of is that it was hard to get in the parking lot and the waiting room is a little clinical.

Great place to get you meds, very nice knowledgable bud tenders and they have a very good selection of different kinds of way to medicate. So if smoking isn't your thing but you still need to medicate they can find what's right for you.
