I left Sonoma Patient Group a FULL review 16 days ago and would reply back directly to his defensive reply to my 100% honest review but I don't mind sending another one until the public sees what kind of, from my humble opinion, GREEDY UN-compassionate UNgrateful person/ people, (Leafly said I can't single out any one person, which I totally understand, which is why I include both since it takes more than one to run a buisness) are running this "compassionate" clinic...
Sonoma Patient Group says they never deleted my message, but Leafly did. I received an email from a representative from Leafly since I did reply in an immature manner, ill admit that, but I revised it, made sure I meant every single word I said, and sent it again, and you can tell by their defensive reply to my review that SPG didn't like that :)
FIRST, they don't even apologize for my bad experience. I mean, I spent about 500 in just a couple weeks, I thought I would at least get sent a sorry, but then again you have to realize that the people running SPG are GREEDY, MONEY HUNGRY, ANGRY, RUDE RUDE RUDE PEOPLE!!!
And whoever wrote this reply didn't check up on the fact of this incident (since the (person) was yelling at me the entire time and ME, THE CUSTOMER, had to calm (this person) down!!
The ONLY reason I said ok and 'accepted' what this person told me was because first: I reached the highest amount of yelling I could take at one time before getting mad, and second: I would NEVER be immature enough to argue back with a cannabis clinic that had its security staring us down the entire time and I was not about to get kicked out like a child, the person that attended me was trying to get a rise from me obviously but I'm a grown man with a full time job that just wants to be satisfied that he spent his $500 at a place he can continue giving more business with, and Im glad it happened sooner rather than later because ORGANICANN on TODD rd. in Santa Rosa has a 100% guarantee on anything you buy even if you just dont like it!!!
I told the manager of Organicann the incident I had with Sonoma Patient Group and not only did he apologize for disrespectful, rude, UNcompassionate people like the person I dealt with that bad day I had at SPG, you could see that he was sad/ angry with me that there are people like the people at SPG that are so INCREDIBLY fortunate to run a COMPASSIONATE clinic. Keyword, compassionate, which SPG definately misses.
Again, sorry for the people that are truly compassionate, I just had to reply because of this ignorant reply I got.
Oh and btw, the Do not go to cheap places that counts nickle and dimes like Sonoma Patient Group... If they are going to complain over a $35 disposable cartridge and put it in a bag, name it, and put it in the back,, dont even bother going back.
When I exchanged my first cartridge at Organicann because I (the PAYING customer that will go back over and over if treated like the person putting money in their pocket) simply thought it tasted funny, the employee literally looked at it and threw it in the trash and exchanged it no questions asked!
Seriously, working at a cannabis clinic is my dream, its a privilege, maybe next time think twice about yelling at your paying customer that never rose his voice because getting angry at a dispensary just sounds evil...
