It was really easy and quick to sign up and everyone working there was nice. I didn't feel rushed at all. The budtender working made good recommendations and did their best to save me money. I like that they're open on weekends, not all dispensaries are. I will be visiting again. The only downside I can think of is that it was hard to get in the parking lot and the waiting room is a little clinical.

very friendly and knows their products well. been going since they opened. have a calender that shows when specials or samples are. they even gave my caregiver a birtday present! from nan bowers

I've been to this location three times. The guy that runs the place needs an attitude adjustment. He was rude to me the last time I was there. I have a service dog and he told me to leave my dog home when I come there. That's discrimination. The other employees are nice. The prices are i consistent. Each time I have been there I have bought the same exact item and the price went up every time. The prices are ridiculously high. Nit to knitpick, but the music was so loud when I was there last time that I couldn't hear or be heard by the guy helping me. I don't recommend this place unless it's your only option.

Super helpful and had a really friendly staff snd general vibe.

More quality flower than RHA but much less options. Less concentrates too, but lots more options for those who roll. Will have to visit again for more impressions

They've got a great selection and staff! The ambiance is very rootsy. The prices for the quality goods are a bit high. Then again, so am I after my visit!

Every time I visit Sonoma Patient Group, I am impressed with how friendly everyone is. Plus, I got my membership card and admission to the store within five minutes from the time I came in with my doctor's letter. I was also impressed with Leanne's enthusiasm…and the quality, value (less than a buck a day cost) and taste of the glycerin-based CBD-rich concentrate she made herself!

I love this dispensary: they have flowers and edibles at all levels of price, quality, and strength. Some of the bud is a little pricey but it's worth it not only because it's organic and tested but the quality is supreme . The cheaper stuff sometimes looks a little funky, but you get what you pay for. I'm a constant bargain-buyer and this is the best spot. Their edibles are the best in town, you just can't beat the level of strength or variety they offer here. Just make sure to keep an eye out that it's not all priced at the level of strength. Though the decor is a little homely, the laid-back staff really give the place warmth and a great atmosphere. They really care and are always upbeat and helpful.

Great atmosphere, nice knowledgable staff. I mainly buy edibles, concentrates and caviar from them. Their flowers are a little bit pricy so I usually don't buy flowers from them, but I love the fact that they just recently started carrying caviar meds, omg this stuff is fantastic definetly not for beginners or your grandma lol.

Very friendly staff. Not as informed about product as I would like, had to help them understand the label showing amounts of THC & CBD. I will return for the product that I purchased. Very high quality.

The ladies at Sonoma Patient Group were outstanding. It was my first time shopping as a patient, and they answered all my questions and provided helpful information. I have carpal tunnel, and one of the staff members makes her own salve. She was out of stock today, but she graciously offered to call me when it gets in. They even gave me a free sample of another salve. I can't speak to the quality of the products yet, but the experience was wonderful. I will definitely be back.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Great variety of strains, edibles and oils. Staff is always available with up to date info on medicinal effects and usage. A no brainer choice !

Four great reasons for me to visit: 1. They are close to my work 2. Green Frog Balm (the best topical for pain I have found, and I kissed a lot of frogs before finding Green Frog!) 3. Baked! 500mg peppermint patty 4. They take credit cards! Didn't think to ask 'til after I'd made my first purchase, but good to know going forward! This will be my pet dispensary going forward!

This was my second visit to Sonoma Patient Group on Cleveland Avenue in Santa Rosa. I have severe orthopedic issues. After many surgeries and MANY prescriptions my doctor & I knew I must find an alternative to manage my chronic pain. I researched options and dispensaries. I am very grateful to Karen. Karen greeted me as if I was family. I had many questions... All thoroughly answered by Karen and staff. Thank you for many me feel comfortable. I appreciate the kindness and understanding. This is a huge life style change for me. I am grateful to have received it all. I will be returning!
