I don’t like the system requiring customers to declare what they intend to buy, to an employee with a clip board, standing in the entrance foyer, in front of a line of people, requiring the customer to share personal information publicly.

I feel the need to write yet another positive review and recommendation for Sanctuary Medicinals in Gardner MA. They are a great company doing good things for the community, not to mention some extremely quality products. Although, my focus is going to be on the staff. I recently had my very first issue with a product that I was pretty shocked about. I’m not going to get deep into details, but something was missing, not a problem with a product itself. I sent an email because I could not get through on the phone for whatever reason. The manager on duty called me promptly, and I explained the situation to her. The situation was resolved with a quickness, but on top of that, everyone there was extremely nice(always are).... but even more so, because of the obvious stress that it put on both sides. I always leave there with a smile. You folks are appreciated ✌🏼It was handled in a professional yet empathetic manner that transcends customer service

I enjoyed this place very much. The process was very quick in-and-out in 5-10 minutes. There is a counter for people who don't know what they would like to get and then a process for people who know exactly what they want. I was able to examine each product before purchase which is something that 80 percent of other Mass dispensaries don't do. Some of the people seemed like the wanted to get you in and out and weren't up for friendly conversation. The flower is high quality but on the denser side but not bone-dry. Concentrates were awesome and reasonable prices compared to other dispensaries. I would visit this place again and recommend to others.

I am a regular at this location and everyone I've encountered so far has been very friendly and helpful. Samantha is always there to greet people with a smile. They also have some of the most knowledgeable budtenders from any dispensary I've been to. Especially Liz, as she was recently able to perfectly recommend a new strain to me and was very friendly. You can tell the people that work here CARE about their customers and want to see us leave happy. I love this place and refuse to shop anywhere else now.

Poor supply line. Always out of 1 gram stock. Can't rely on this place anymore. Going to Worcester today. More product to choose from too. Sorry Sanctuary fix the supply issues or I'm sure additional business will be lost.

Haven't tried any flower, but I really recommend their shatter very delicious and potent.
So quick to put orders together! She's a Rockstar! Great quality too.

I am a regular customer. There isn't a single thing I don't like about Sanctuary. The only down side is the gouging from the State Tax, but that is out of Sanctuary's control. Sanctuary makes everyone's life better. 💓
i think the employees here dont get enough credit for what they do on a daily basis. i have seen customers curse at employees insult them yell at them & even become verbally abusive towards them. in my opinion most if not all the employees do what they can to help out the customers & medical patients that come into the store. people shouldn't be so critical , no one perfect, its customer service and they are all human beings. maybe try seeing things from a different perspective rather than just judge and throw reviews online out of anger.

I've visited many different dispensary accross Massachusetts and written acouple reviews. This sanctuary unlike the other two in every way. My experience was a nightmare on two accounts. The first time I arrived few weeks ago i drove around 1hr to there location in Gardner on arrival the Employee at the front told me I couldn't use my discounts cause I used them already in woburn. I was very frustrated I knew the people at woburn who are great people, and I know they had given me correct information. So after the Employee at the front cared nothing of of my frustration proceeded to laugh and smile. When I had asked him why he was smiling when I was clearly aggravated he he said just customer service. So I didn't let it get to me I walked away to the order counter, to place my order. They Female Employee at the order counter asked me if I was ok seeing I was clearly upset, so I explained the situation. She told me he was wrong.
Situation 2
Do to the Coronavirus I had called and asked if I spend over 200 may I stack 2 of my 3 remaining discounts. The Female Employee who answered clearly heard me and said yes that's fine also she was a supervisor. After driving there again 1hr I made it to the order desk with no issues this time. I proceeded to make my order I asked the Employee how much I was at and about how i talked to a supervisor about stacking 2 of the discounts as long as I spend 200, he said let me ask my manager I told him it was a female supervisor, he ignored me and asked Jake the manager he said no. I realized the only female was working collecting ID and was the supervisor I spoke to. I called over and asked her to confirm she lied right off that bat and said oh I thought you asked me if I could use your discounts in different locations. I know I was very clear on what I sad because I had visited another dispensary and asked the same question. It was repeated and clarified! Jake the Manager was completely rude did not care and just told me I hope you like the product! Totally un professional. The only thing I will say after calling some good people in there company I was put in touch with Managment I am awaiting an answer on these issues which I'm confident I will.
the location is AWESOME. 10 minutes from my home. always good quality. prices are a little steep but hey its LEGAL CANNABIS and you can't beat that!

You have grams and prerolls in house but don’t ever have them available for ALL PAYING CUSTOMERS!! It’s like any other store picking and choosing who can by what, it’s outrageous!!
The security and bud tenders were very friendly and polite. The prices are very high compared to other dispensaries. Shatter 75 to 80 dollars a gram pre tax, ouch to expensive. I’ll be back when they sell for 60.

This was my best retail experience so far. There was no wait and the staff was very helpful. The L9 pen and super silver haze x purple trainwreck liquid shatter cart was by far my best vape pen experience ever. None of that fake skittles flavor, it tasted like vaping flower. I got a 1000 tank for $120. The flow started to clog at the last %10 of the tank but it was fixable by just pulling really hard on it before engaging the tank into the battery. I also got some bud. While the quality was great, there are issues with dryness, a common complaint in the reviews. Bottom line this place deserves a visit from any MA resident that can take beautiful drive on RT 2.
I love the staff, I loved the product at one time but they stopped having any good product a few months ago and when they do get something good it's gone in a day. I love this place i love the staff but now I'm being forced to check out Gage in Ayer because I refuse to only have one option. Not worth the high price when it's a product you don't want.
I am so confused over what is happening in this state with the majority of dispensaries. I thought product supply would increase not decrease so drastically. One option to buy flower right now. I had more options from my dime bag dealer back in the 80's. Can't imagine going to a liquor store and have 1 option to choose from. I don't get it.

The quality of the product is top notch. Service is helpful for the most part. They are always there to answer all your questions. If there was anything to improve on it would be the option of buying smaller quantities of different things instead of a lot more at once. For exampe: a gram of this and a gram of that vs. 3.5 grams as a minimum. Other than that it's great! Keep up the good work!
poor selection/ not that favorable. security guy is rude and acts like your in a prison being there have stuff listed for 26 that is really 18. wont be returning going to take the extra 30 min drive to 253 farmacy from now on
This was my first time at Sanctuary Medicinals Gardner. Lots of parking, no wait, greeted by a very nice gentleman who pointed me in the right direction to grab my Leafly pickup. All in all, it was a very good experience. My only gripe is that my flowers were wicked dry and underweight. The weight was 3.1 instead of 3.5. For $50, I would expect it to be right on point, but sadly it was not. Flowers do look and smell great though; I will rehydrate them with a boveda pack, so it’s all good. Enjoyable experience, I’ll return to check it out again.
Highly recommend everyone to start weighting stuff you buy from here - I always love everything about sanctuary, from the people to the service always on point but I bought a gram of blissful concentrate / sauce and weigh it out and I got ripped off .3 it weighed exactly 6.998 . I’m not sure but this will be a problem , if you guys keep this up -I highly recommend for everyone to start weighing stuff they buy from here it happens once it will happen again
They are the best dispensary in MA. Online orders are quick. The product is excellent and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Ask for Genesis when you go in!
