Where's all the Medical products? You've turned into a Recreational place. Looks like you have no desire to cater to your Medical Patients as you promised. You're only concerned about profits and that's clearly on the Recreational side.
All I see are complaints everywhere and nothing being done about it. You could at least make believe that you care about your reviews by actually answering them instead of automated responses like "Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. If you'd like, please send us an email at lcooper@sanctuarymed.com so we can discuss how to make your next visit better."
